Whent to the restaurant was ordering 40 piece chicken nuggets had to repeat myself because she was laughing and then told me they only carry 20 while laughing when web site stated 40 piece. Very unprofessional and lost a customer because of it. Never have I ever been treated like this. Very mad about this that this happend.

McDonald's Mpumalanga

We placed an order with McDonalds, and after they did deliver BUT they did not supply us with a printed invoice slip and only after they left we realised the order was not correct, there was a burger and chips missing. We phoned them to correct that but still had no response.

We asked them to provide us with a slip as well because the amount paid does not add up with the prices on the menu?

McDonald's Milk Shakes

My brother Terry in Nanaimo BC sent me the following email about your Milk Shakes " If you are driving around a feel like buying a milk shake for the family, stop at Mac Donalds as they have Milkshakes on sale. They are $2 for small and $4 for large. I made the mistake of thinking for $2 regular would be small so I got a large one. It had to be over 1 quart and I only eat ½ and had to save the other ½ for today. terry"

I went out in Surrey to get one :
- Transaction date: June 20, 2021, Merchant: MCDONALD'S #8606 Q04, Purchase amount: $3.14, No deals, had to purchase a regular price one!
- Transaction date: June 22, 2021, Merchant: MCDONALD'S #8250 Q04, Purchase amount: $2.10. They had no great deal just a really small milk shake.
- I also tried June 21 and the MacDonald's was out of them!

Desired outcome: I am just letting you know how frustrated I am and surprised that each MacDonald's seem to have different items and prices. With Covid-19 I had stopped going to MacDonald's and I now think it is time to check the others out.

It's multiple times I pass at this McDonald's! Supposed to be open 24/7 and I've been turned away at 5 AM cuz they aren't open... and if I happen to land on a day they are open it's the worst service ever! 5AM one car in front of me it took 10 minutes to take my order then 7 minutes to get it. When I got my order thank for I looked in cuz they messed it up!...

McDonald's Either no one knows what they are doing or thieves

ordered a meal, got no drink. Asked the window person several times about my drink, stated i did not pay for one. Long and behold on the receipt i did pay for a drink.
So what Mcdonalds? cant read orders? dont trust honest customers?!

Desired outcome: Nothing. will not be giving my money away for free mcdonalds.

McDonald's Service

Tonight around 10:40pm, I placed an order and the guy taking my order was pre occupied with doing something else. I ordered 2 large fries, a filet if fish meal, a 10 piece nugget meal, a 4 piece and an extra drink. I get up to pay and he took my payment. I noticed I was missing a drink so he was like 1.07 and I went to give him my card. He was like give me 1.07. I was like all I have is a card and a 20 dollar bill. I asked him for some sauces, he gave me 3 and the. I was like can I have more sauces he was like they are in the bag. He wouldn't give me more sauces and was the nastiest cashier that I have ever encountered at your establishment which I frequent.

McDonald's egg mcmuffin

I stopped in your place of business and ordered an egg mcmcuffin on my way to an appointment. I ended up throwing part of it away due to there being small pieces of egg shell in the sandwich. I would have returned to the location but due to an appointment elsewhere I wasn't able to. Very Disappointed I have always stopped at this location but never had this happen before. This may be due to shortage of help but it sure is not my fault.

McDonald's Rude workers

Whoever was the order taker this morning 6/13/21 at about 8:30 needs an attitude adjustment and should check herself. I understand in these times it is difficult to find good help but you don't see this kind of rudeness at Chick-Fil-A because Management would not stand for that. You might need more training on customer service as well. It doesn't matter if you are having a bad morning, you do not need to take it out on everyone else. There is no need to raise your voice over the speaker. I am guessing that was the shift leader/mgr who piped in with the rudeness/loudness on the speaker and not the girl at the window because I have seen other complaints on this as well. It was really really uncalled for, and you might want to work on your customer skills.

This video was on Facebook your company can see this clearly wasn't ok.read the comments. This really looks bad on McDonalds. This man obviously has issues and just wanted something to eat the sad part is YOUR employees laughed at him until he started breaking stuff. Was it really too much to allow him to have food? This really is very sad. I hope you view this and do something about. Compassion is honestly FREE. This guy will actually get help but it could have turned out differently and McDonalds could have helped someone in need. McDonald's not receiving order after paying for it

i placed order on mobile app and manager refused to provide order
we showed proof of purchase and proof of credit card purchase
she refused
it eas not our on her system
how can we order food pay for it and then its our problem because the manager could. not locate our mobile order
this happened at 3380 w 18 ave miami dade fl
we did get charged and we could not get our order rightfully paid and ordered
ordered placed on June 9 2021 at 921 pm

McDonald's Rude manager

Manager Abby is unnecessarily rude to Doordash workers. Refused to let us get our customer coffee creamers that they requested, saying it was against store policy after having just told us to come back around through the drive-thru. Won't be coming back here again to do orders.

My whole life I have lived in Ain Sebaa-Casablanca, I was so excited to know that a McDonald's was opening for the first time in my hometown. I can say with no hesitation that McDonald's Ain Sebaa is a comfortable place for me, I find the comfort food that I like near my home.

Unfortunately, I come to you disappointed with the service and the quality of the food served at that place. This is very constant, and I am only writing this letter after many disappointments. That is not the quality of the food that we are used to in Morocco.

While the price is considered merely affordable compared to Morocco's economy, the service at the very (McDonald's Ain-Sebaa) is unbelievably disappointing. Here are a few of the reasons for my complaint:

1- The personnel has decided not to share the Wifi;
2- The food gets served cold as if it were sitting there for hours;
3- Today, June 7th, 2021 I witnessed personnel throw things at the counter because I said that they missed one item to my order, that the food was cold, and a cup of milk that I ordered was half empty.

I cannot stress how disappointing it is to find missing items and cold food to an order on many occasions. It is very disappointing, especially that McDonald's is very dear to the Moroccan consumers because we grew up enjoying it. Many Moroccans from Ain-Sebaa complain about this matter. If you didn't read about it before, it is probably because not many Moroccans don't speak English fluently.

I trust that you are going to deal with this complaint seriously.

McDonald's Rudeness and slowness on W Roosevelt Road Stores in Chicago

On Jun 7, 2021, around 2pm, I pulled into a store around 3200 W Roosevelt in Chicago. I waited in line at the the drive-thru lane for about 10 minutes, with the lane not moving. (I don't know if the issue.fault was with the gent in the car ahead of me, or with the staff, and I really don't care!) The other lane was moving, very slowly, but I could not switch lanes to get into it. I pulled around to order my lunch from the counter, but when I got inside, I saw about 8 other customers waiting around, and NO ONE BEHIND THE COUNTER. I waited a few minutes, then drove off in search of a meal elsewhere.

I then pulled into another McDonalds store, at 5624 W Roosevelt Rd. At least the lines were moving here, but not quickly. It wasn't a noontime rush at all. My order was taken, and it took over ten minutes for me to get my food. I ordered a diet coke; I received a flat, watered-down regular coke. The fries were only warm, not hot, and stale. No one ever said "Please", or "Thank You", or "Apologies for the delay", etc.

Desired outcome: HOW TO RESOLVE THIS, McDONALDS: 1) Apologies from both store managers 2) Gift certificates totaling $25.

McDonald's Dry cold fries, wrong order size of cappuccino- based on assumption, cold doughnut.

I proceeded to the McDonalds drive through just opposite South -Gate Mall, as I craved some fries and a soft drink, upon arrival at the order screen the service attendant was surprisingly friendly as compared to my usual visit where they often seen irritated and as if you are disrupting their peace, however the attendant did get my order wrong and this caused the inconvenience, I ordered a large fries and a large coke and for my passenger i ordered a cappuccino and a doughnut, the attendant didn't confirm the size of the cappuccino so, I assumed it would be the regular, instead she took her own discretion and made it a tall one, because its always such a rush from window to window, I rarely check my receipts but this time, I did, so before, I got to the next window, I told the service attendant to rectify and make it a regular cappuccino, I was told to wait on the side of the car park, he then gave me my order (Fries and soft-drink) and took ten minutes to change or ready the right size cappuccino, he then took another 10 minutes to go correct the amount and bring me change, in the interim we discovered that the Fries were cold, the doughnut was cold and there was no apology what so ever, also in the process making me late for work. This is not the first time I am receiving such poor service from a McDonalds drive-through, so its either a wholistic training gap that needs to be addressed or major attitude adjustment that is needed. If the drive through section is going to be so inefficient then whats the point of sitting in your car wasting your petrol and time, close it! One should remember for most Mcdonald's can be start to a good or bad day, especially to those who like their daily morning visits. if this type of attitude carries on you just might need to change the "I'm loving it" to "I'm doubting it!"

McDonald's No public restrooms, no dining in despite lifting of Covid restrictions

On June 5, 2021 my wife and I stopped at McDonalds located at 1700 Perry St., Port Clinton for lunch. They had signs up that the public restrooms were closed. I noticed that despite the lifting of the governor's Covid restrictions on June 2nd, that they were not permitting any dining in. We didn't order and walked out and went across the street to Frischs. Frischs had dining in and their restrooms were open. It is unacceptable to deny customers the use of a restroom. By not preparing for the lifting of the Covid restrictions, McDonalds doesn't deserve any business especially from the tourist trade.

Desired outcome: Open the restrooms and the dining areas back up OR close the business and sell the facilities to Burger King or another competitor.

McDonald's Online advertising

I have been getting this ad practically every 1/2 hour when I try to read MSN news. It takes over the entire screen and I can't get rid of it without switching to another site. NO, scrolling doesn't get rid of it.

By what right do you take over my computer?

McDonald's Slushie

Purchased a blue slushie from McDonald's on cone Blvd. It had something beige inside of the cup. Took it back inside to get another or refund. Manager was very nasty. I had to go back to my car to get my debit card and receipt because she refuse to help me without it. I had just left the drive thru. It took 15 to get my refund and to purchase a soda instead. No one apologized and they were rude. I live near this McDonald's and I will NOT be going there again. Zero customer service at this store.. rude as can be!

McDonald's Complaining about service

I order a pack of cookies with my order just to make it home (which is lucky 3 mins away ) to not finding the cookies I paid for than when I went back up there I was given some hard cookies and the window was slammed in my face . I really dislike poor people skills especially when you work in the type of environment you do .
