McDonald's

The two of us sit down we ordered food and two caramel macchiato’s we wanted them hot. They brought them to us cold. We waited over 20 minutes. They did not bring them to us. This is the second time it has happened. They were very rude. They were very disrespectful to my partner and I. The employees name was Leann Thomas. This happened at the Marion Virginia store. The managers name is Angel she refunded our money but refused to give us drinks. This is unacceptable. Customer service will never go back to that store again.

Why in the world is a Marta Ray and TA Ray publicly Threatening on Facebook Local Marion, VA McDonalds Managers. Is there really that much Drama or a Mental Health Awareness of Drug Abuse Issue?
I am by myself that the young man Tristan Ray, (child of the 2 individuals named) is allowed to cut an x on himself while working on the line in order to be sent home.
This is mental illness but also so unsanitary. This kid is suicidal, should we all worry who will be the next victim. I will make sure my entire family never visits this location. How Horrid to have mentally unstable staff and family members to monopolize such a food chain...
Should customers be aware and have to test for Hepatitis?
Disgusted and will never place another order in Marion, VA McDonalds. I will be forwarding this to local DSS in hopes the young man gets help. Beyond Sad!
