Cleanliness and service
We arrived at about 730 am. The tables were all dirty and floor had not been mopped. When we received our food, there was no salt and pepper, butter.
My husband had to request creamer and sugar for his coffee, it was not offered. The server did not smile and acted like we were disturbing her. She was very rude.
Desired outcome: Clean table and mop floor, so my shoes do not stick to it. Talk to servers to see if they can be more pleasent.
McDonalds Mobile App
I am unable to pay through credit card on McDonalds mobile app and website in Pakistan.
I have done multiple complaints to the McDonalds local office through social media and email but unable to get any satisfactory response. I have used cards from multiple banks but its not working for any bank.
Nastiness and embarrassing for me as a black woman myself
Went last night about 10pm 8/8/21 to this mcdonalds on 28th st. Grand Rapids Michigan (closest to the mall and east beltline) and the staff was clearly using unsanitized and unprofessional methods of serving customers and the line was extremely long and growing longer. Soon as you pull up to the window you see and young black lady in pajamas with braids to her butt swinging them around and mixing the red and blue slurpee drink together in a cup... Then she puts the cap on it and licks around the cup the splashes that was there from overfill.
My daughter who is 12yrs old watched this and was digusted and as a mother to a young daughter I feel embarrassed because I dont want to raise my own black daughter to know that is a proper way to act at her job. Then after my order was completely messed up and all the food that was given to me was cold (nuggets and burgers) I watched a motorcyclist man pull up and go to the mcdonald window and bang on it only to give the girl a cell phone through the glass.
The cashier had on a pink wig no mcdonald uniform and nails that looked to be over 25inches long... She took my money didnt give me a receipt and walked away from the window for at least 5 minutes not explaining what was going on... When she finally appeared she had her cell phone in her hand talking on the phone as if she was at home on her couch... Geesh stay away from this mcdonalds because this is a all time liw and somebody will get killed the way they are running this place... It hurts to know that mcdonald out of all places are not putting customers health and needs first... But good news is the burger king next to it is awesome. Thank god I went there after this mcdonald disaster I might not be a new customer to burger king... Food was hot, yummy, and fast. Thanks
please shut down this mcdonald or do some serious hiring evaluations dont matter the race, sex, religion, or etc... Clean up this pig pen mcdonalds or close down.

Crispy chicken sandwich
I just ate a crispy chicken sandwich that was both rubbery and had the fried part coming off, against my hesitations. I'm experiencing nausea and fatigue now. It's the only thing I've eaten today, and the symptoms began around an hour after eating. I ended up on this page after googling if this is a common problem with crispy chickens. Probably going to be puking in a few hours.

Service sucked there was a lady that accused me of taking a burger I asked for two 3 dollar bundles one double cheese and one 6 piece when I entered the window and received the food she accused me of taking a hamburger 😂 however there was only one burger in the bag I felt embarrassed unbelievable I am so mad I will not be visiting any McDonald's for a while wry disappointedly this branch

Drive thru forever wait/cold stale food on a bigger order!

I came threw the drive thru spent 23.00. When I arrived at the window to give cashier my money and my code for rewards she accepted my code but was using her phone. I checked my receipt and saw that the deal I had used was taken off my total but never received my points! Which I now realize she was using her McDonald's app to gain my points!
I know it's not a huge deal but this is some bull! I choose to spend my money with businesses that will give back but if this is tolerable I will not spend my money at any of your stores

I work at Little City. A place for people with mental disabilities. I came through the drive-thru with 3 clients. I asked the cashier if I could do 3 separate orders. She said she'd try to. When I got to the window, after I was charged for what the first order I had thought. After I paid, the manager came and said I couldn't do it. I said ok, take 1 order off. The manager and the cashier started getting aggravated and huffing. Rolling their eyes and shaking their head. Mainly the manager. Then, I tried to pay for my other order. Of which they said they had already charged me. I can understand that we're humans and make mistakes. I didn't say anything. I kept calm. After all, I had 3 clients in the car. I just said ok. And went to the second window. Where I was pretty much thrown the food out the window. When I said I was missing fries, the manager proceeded to speak Spanish, of which I am fluent. They were rude and being very disrespectful. I was fuming. I don't appreciate being disrespected. But I really really really don't appreciate mistreatment of people with disabilities. People whom cannot defend themselves. It's unacceptable. They were upset and it isn't fair. I understand we're not perfect. However, I know that as a manager, this woman should be held at a higher standard. We were not at fault if the manager was having a bad day. If I was wrong, I would admit it. However I have a moral obligation to maintain and keep my clients integrity as a priority. I'm not trying to get anyone in fired. I would, however, appreciate an apology to my clients.

Drive through
I was in line for 20 minutes waiting on someone to take my order. I'm pretty sure the lady in front if my never had her order taken either. I think the radio thing is broken or something but they should at least put a sign out saying that it's broken. I watched about 8 cars in the other lane have their orders taken while I sat there so I left but it should be taken care of

I ordered on line you have these incompetent people that don't no what there doing I'm waiting in online space I called McDonald's some women answered and can bearlly speak English didn't no what I was talking about waiting 30 min for 2 orders of chicken McNuggets this is terrible I live in the community I want to support my community but this is real bad lines for drive thru are worst

Manager's customer service
On July 24, 2021, I went to the McDonald's on Soncy and 34th. I asked for a senior coffee and a small cup of ice water. I was told they didn't have any ice water and it was obvious the person didn't know what i was talking about. I paid not thinking about it until i got to the second window and asked for a refund. The following is why I am writing you today.
They refunded me the price of a small coffee. When I explained to the cashier that I was refunded the wrong price, she went to get the manager to open the register which she did. I asked her to verify the amount ($18.25 out of, a $20) and she looks at me and says "I don't have time for your problems. I have enough going on back here." I couldn't believe it. Then when I asked for her name, she rolled her eyes at me and said "Ugg' and slammed the window on me. Her name is Alexis.
She should absolutely be fired. Under no circumstance is it ever acceptable to treat a customer that way I don't care how busy and overwhelmed you are. I am hoping this letter find you in agreement and show it by letting her go. Also, there are 2 witnesses who were at the drive thru that day. This incident would have occurred between 2:00 pm and 2:40 pm. You can check the video footage.
Desired outcome: Alexis should be immediately terminiated.
No Ventilation Mcdonalds: Kyalami
I ordered a sit down meal at Mcdonald Kyalami, i opened one of the doors next to me as there was no ventilation in the store and the heaters were on the maximum. With Covid being so real at the moment, i don't understand how this is permitted, instead i was told the open doors would damage the aircon?!? Surely this is not permitted, with a full staff compliment and 4 other customers in store. very dissapointed and totally Uncomfortable.

Service is really slow
The service crew and the manager they are very slow, they just keep talking to each other, i just ordered a soda it takes 20 minutes before I recieved, there is no customer inside only me, and the drive thru is only 1 car. 20 minutes for a large sprite. This Mcdo is ridiculous, it happened around 7;20pm, I am the only customer that time. They just keep on talking, ignoring me. I'm the only customer, supervisor also non stop talking to his crew.they don't care about their job.
Bad customer service
Hello my name is Patricia I stopped at McDonald's this morning the store was busy bad customer service I had order a happy meal so I check the box and they didn't put the toy inside so I went to ask for the toy and the manager throw that toy in my stomach! Order shortage
I was at Mcdonald stone ridge on the 24/7/21 and my order no was 3206, when I got home I found out that my order was short with fries, am so disappointed cuz it means they don't double check our orders, I tried to call the store but no luck, so now I don't know what else to do, cuz I really can't drive back there, my patrol, time honestly am not happy...plz resolve this matter Asap...

cheese burger i did not receive
i ordered qn happy meal and a cheese burger. the uber driver said there was no cheese burger in the order that was given to him. im calling the McDonald's in stellenbosch but im not reaching them keep saying the lube is busy for 2 hours now. i would like to have this matter resolved as soon as possible please cause ive paid for the food. this is not nice from stellenbosch to not read an order incorrectly.

Milk shake
I've been to the McDonald's in Vienna Illinois 8 times in 4 months and not once have I been able to get a shake.the machine is always broken.this time I ordered a filet of fish n asked for extra tartar sauce n cheese n what the got was, add bacon n sweet n sour sauce.hen I stopped at the pay window I explained to them what was wrong and wouldn't you know it I still got sweet n sour sauce n of course no milk shake.ive stayed loyal to McDonald's all thru covid but Wendy's all has milk shakes, do something to make me stay with u

Dine in restaurants at McDonalds
Is McDonalds ever going to re-open dine in at your restaurants here in Texas and many other states we travel through? This is ridiculous for people like us who used to be loyal McDonalds customers when ever we are looking for fast food. All of your competition has re-opened dine-in months ago. We can just become strong fans of Burger King instead, as we have been going there ever since they were to cheap to re-open their eat-in restaurants.
We travel the Country with our RV, and have many other friends who agree that they are done with McDonalds... ... I passed our local McDonalds two days ago at roughly 5:45p.m., the Jarrell, Texas McDonalds. The cars were lined up for the drive-through only line all along the street in front, and around the corner, causing a real big chance of being the cause of a serious accident. What is going on with McDonalds? We have been to the Giddings, Texas location maybe three months ago, the dine-in was open for about 1.5 months. Then the next time we stopped there, closed! Are you slowly going out of business?

One particular window worker
I pull up to the window and notice the menu sign is blk I tell the lady she respond. I don't have nothing to do with that I say excuse me how am I supposed to order if I can't see the menu? She respond I have nothing to do with that... Well maybe she don't but I l feel u work here u should have something to do with it I almost parked my car and went inside...
