How a worker allowed someone to push in when they knew you were waiting first
Was at the braken ridge maccas on the 17/7/21 & a worker allowed a police woman to push in front when we were feeding children & the cop had to just feed her self. Like I do not care if they have a badge or not they have no right to be disrespectful to people. The next time this happens I will be taking my services to hungry jacks. Children should be first choose over someone that has a badge. Your workers need to stand up to the police in their work place & not allow them to push in front cause really what can they really do when they can't fine the workers for telling the truth that someone was there before them. I would like to know how I am watching people looking at me but won't take orders. It's 1:12am and it's a 24hr store. I'm looking at the manager but she doesn't make eye contact. I have two related complaints.
First one. Last year I visited this McDonalds.
I asked the cashier if there was WIFI, and could I dine in. Yes to both. So I ordered my meal and sat down to eat at the table that was "sanitized for your safety". Open my bag and prepared to eat. As I was taking my first bite, This pimply faced kid walked up to me and told me I can't eat in. I told him the cashier said I could. He yelled across the restaurant and asked he as he pointed at me. "DId you tell him he could eat in"?
Yes, she said. So he stomped off.
Couple minutes later someone who appeared to be a manager approached me and told me I could not find in. I was halfway through my meal by then. I apologized and said I would be done soon.
He raised his voice.
"You don't understand. You need to get out of my dining room!" Now I am pissed.
I told him I was going to finish my meal.
He actually reached toward my food as if he were going to remove it. That didn't go well. He threatened cops. I said go ahead.
All but the cashier were very rude and aggressive.
I then resolved never to eat there again.
So a year later. I heard they are under new management, and have remodeled. I manage the Family Dollar store across the road, walking distance, so I thought I would give it a try. my experience began well. The cashier was courteous and did a good job. The meal was also good. I got it to go.
There was a diner in the dining room in the corner. I assumed the dining room was open. So an employee walked up to about where I was and saw this diner. YELLED AT HIM from across the restaurant. "Sir. I hope you're done. You can't eat in here.'. a second or two went by, and she yelled louder and repeated.
He continued to eat, at least for a few seconds. So she turned and spoke to those in line."He act like he don't hear me'.
I had had enough. I told her.
Perhaps he could hear you if you were nicer. She did get a funny look.
How the heck to your associates think that they can be so profoundly rude to people who give your company their money?

on the 06/07 I get tall cappuccino R49.80 then on the 13/07 I get the same then the price is R54.00 on the 08, 09 price is R54.00, on the 120/7 R54.00 and today on the 14/07 R 49.80 again I do not understand how the price can change so many times. I support Mc Donald's every day.

Opening times
I will start by saying that I have to be at work at 6am every morning and I looked it up online as to what time McDonald's in Mechanicsvilleville, VA OPENED. It states at 5am. I pulled into the drive thru at that location just to have the employee tell.me that they did not open until.6am. I also.wprk in the food.industry and will.not be able to eat anything until 3pm this afternoon, since you were not.open. I suppose that I will just not return to McDonald's in the future for any visit. I feel like it is false advertising your opening times.

Came into McDonald's location 950 parton ave North Carolina today July 8th 2021 around 10:15 two other people was ahead of me . There was a nice fellow, didn't catch his name greeted me as he walked in behind counter, couple in front got there order taken and was waiting on there food, I approached the counter and sat there for 5 minutes waiting on someone to acknowledge I was there, waited another 5-6 minutes everyone in the back all looked at me but no one even spoke to me as to say we will be right with you nothing ! I felt as if I was un important enough to acknowledge me . So In normal fashion I left very pissed off and dissatisfied to say the least ! The place wasn't busy at all at that time I was in there and plenty of staff to accommodate the very few people inside at that moment .

The door was closed because the machine inside was not working, then the lady said we should go to the drive through to order, when we got to the window to order it became as issue to be assisted and the ladies were making funny comments as they are passing the window, asking each other if I haven't left the window. The lady who was taking orders and the one who prepared our orders were very arrogant, the lady taking orders told someone there that she doesn't want to assist us and they were making a point that we hear what they are saying about us. And i had asked that they dont put ice in my drinks and because they were not listening they had put ice in my drinks

McDonalds at 130 N Main Street, Elkhart, IN 46616. 7-3-21 @ 10:02 am, Order # 98.
We waited in line for 20 minutes figuring the vehicles ahead of us had large orders. If that were the case, they should have been asked to pull forward and wait for their orders. Once we were 2nd in line to the window, the car ahead of us gave their order back and got a replacement order. Again, another long wait. when we finally got to the window to get our food, the employee didn't even look at us or acknowledge us. We could see our food was sitting at the window along with several others. When we opened the bag to get our breakfast, both of our sausage McMuffins with egg were burnt. The muffin was burnt as well as the sausage. It was not edible. My husband wanted me to go back in line to reorder but I said I wasn't going to go back and wait in line for another 20 minutes for $8.52 worth of food. I am, a regular customer of mcdonald's at the '159-01 Jamaica ave., location. I come in, just about everyday & when I go to the kiosk to put in my order for the ice cream. It continues to say & stay 'Out of Stock & all the ice cream products as well. I asked the manager about it, he told me last 'that the ice cream would be back the next or following week. That was, at least 2 weeks ago! The summer just started 'why is, the ice cream missing for so long? Then, also, the 'little yellow handled brown paper shopping bags for the customers to take with their food or drinks in, that have the 'cup holders that fit snug inside...
Both have been missing for 'at least '3-6 mos. now. The manager again, keeps saying they're coming, but they never do... So, this I find to be 'very unprofessional & insensitive to the customers needs & requests, as well as a 'serious financial loss for business, when it comes to the food items & products especially. Then, the customer should not have to suffer without having something to carry everything in, that their hands (even those plastic bag cup holder are sometimes not enough, if a customer has more than one item to carry) may not be able to because they refuse to replenish & restore by taking inventory of the restaurant's products & services needed to fulfill their obligation & responsibility to 'good paying & regular customers coming into mcdonald's everyday. Something needs to be done about this situation & asap because it is not fair to any customer. Other than that, their 'direct service to the customers is, absolutely outstandingly
Desired outcome: All restaurant items (i.e., plastic cups, little yellow handled paper bags with cup holder insert included, etc.)need to be restored... Also, all ice cream & ice cream products need to be replenished 'asap
Closed the drive thru early and started no more food was left.
We arrived at the McDonalds on Francis Lewis Blvd and Willets point Ave in Bayside New York at 10:45pm. We waited Patiently on a long drive tru line for 15 minutes. The individuals in front of us received there order however when we arrived to place our order we were told the store will be closing because they had exhausted all the food that was left. I asked what was left as we would work with what they have. They noted nothing was left and they were closing earlier than scheduled. I asked for a manager and he told me sorry no more food and no staff. If they were closing early the. Someone should have advised the last car on the line so we didn't waste our time on the drive try line. This was unacceptable as an answer as we were willing to eat what was available.

Your app has worked once since March and again two days ago.
I went through the drive thru tonight to get my order and they could not find it. So I went to the A&SW restaurant instead. When I got home I found I had been charge for my order of $7.02. from McDonalds that I never received. I tried to phone [protected] and that is as fictitious as your orders.
So here I am. Money stolen from my account and no one to get hold of. So here you are.
You never answered my last email, so I dont expect much better service than that. So i will notify the better business bureau with a copy of this email.
Desired outcome: Already wasted more time that the $7.02 was worth.
Laughing while taking my order
Whent to the restaurant was ordering 40 piece chicken nuggets had to repeat myself because she was laughing and then told me they only carry 20 while laughing when web site stated 40 piece. Very unprofessional and lost a customer because of it. Never have I ever been treated like this. Very mad about this that this happend.

We placed an order with McDonalds, and after they did deliver BUT they did not supply us with a printed invoice slip and only after they left we realised the order was not correct, there was a burger and chips missing. We phoned them to correct that but still had no response.
We asked them to provide us with a slip as well because the amount paid does not add up with the prices on the menu?
