They tried turning us away after I purchased a mobile order but after telling them it's already paid for they told us to wait. Then turned away 7 cars behind us. They won't let us do three different orders, I shouldn't have to not come here because of the service. I love eating here, but have decided that I'm not gonna eat here anymore as long as I get this kind of service! Do something about it! Please!

Money withdrawn illegally from my account
Your app has worked once since March and again two days ago.
I went through the drive thru tonight to get my order and they could not find it. So I went to the A&SW restaurant instead. When I got home I found I had been charge for my order of $7.02. from McDonalds that I never received. I tried to phone [protected] and that is as fictitious as your orders.
So here I am. Money stolen from my account and no one to get hold of. So here you are.
You never answered my last email, so I dont expect much better service than that. So i will notify the better business bureau with a copy of this email.
Desired outcome: Already wasted more time that the $7.02 was worth.
Laughing while taking my order
Whent to the restaurant was ordering 40 piece chicken nuggets had to repeat myself because she was laughing and then told me they only carry 20 while laughing when web site stated 40 piece. Very unprofessional and lost a customer because of it. Never have I ever been treated like this. Very mad about this that this happend.

We placed an order with McDonalds, and after they did deliver BUT they did not supply us with a printed invoice slip and only after they left we realised the order was not correct, there was a burger and chips missing. We phoned them to correct that but still had no response.
We asked them to provide us with a slip as well because the amount paid does not add up with the prices on the menu?
Milk Shakes
My brother Terry in Nanaimo BC sent me the following email about your Milk Shakes " If you are driving around a feel like buying a milk shake for the family, stop at Mac Donalds as they have Milkshakes on sale. They are $2 for small and $4 for large. I made the mistake of thinking for $2 regular would be small so I got a large one. It had to be over 1 quart and I only eat ½ and had to save the other ½ for today. terry"
I went out in Surrey to get one :
- Transaction date: June 20, 2021, Merchant: MCDONALD'S #8606 Q04, Purchase amount: $3.14, No deals, had to purchase a regular price one!
- Transaction date: June 22, 2021, Merchant: MCDONALD'S #8250 Q04, Purchase amount: $2.10. They had no great deal just a really small milk shake.
- I also tried June 21 and the MacDonald's was out of them!
Desired outcome: I am just letting you know how frustrated I am and surprised that each MacDonald's seem to have different items and prices. With Covid-19 I had stopped going to MacDonald's and I now think it is time to check the others out.
Service and time
It's multiple times I pass at this McDonald's! Supposed to be open 24/7 and I've been turned away at 5 AM cuz they aren't open... and if I happen to land on a day they are open it's the worst service ever! 5AM one car in front of me it took 10 minutes to take my order then 7 minutes to get it. ordered a meal, got no drink. Asked the window person several times about my drink, stated i did not pay for one. Long and behold on the receipt i did pay for a drink.
So what Mcdonalds? cant read orders? dont trust honest customers?!

Tonight around 10:40pm, I placed an order and the guy taking my order was pre occupied with doing something else. I ordered 2 large fries, a filet if fish meal, a 10 piece nugget meal, a 4 piece and an extra drink. I get up to pay and he took my payment. I noticed I was missing a drink so he was like 1.07 and I went to give him my card. He was like give me 1.07. I was like all I have is a card and a 20 dollar bill. I asked him for some sauces, he gave me 3 and the. I was like can I have more sauces he was like they are in the bag. He wouldn't give me more sauces and was the nastiest cashier that I have ever encountered at your establishment which I frequent.
egg mcmuffin
I stopped in your place of business and ordered an egg mcmcuffin on my way to an appointment. I ended up throwing part of it away due to there being small pieces of egg shell in the sandwich. I would have returned to the location but due to an appointment elsewhere I wasn't able to. Very Disappointed I have always stopped at this location but never had this happen before. This may be due to shortage of help but it sure is not my fault.

Whoever was the order taker this morning 6/13/21 at about 8:30 needs an attitude adjustment and should check herself. I understand in these times it is difficult to find good help but you don't see this kind of rudeness at Chick-Fil-A because Management would not stand for that. You might need more training on customer service as well. It doesn't matter if you are having a bad morning, you do not need to take it out on everyone else. There is no need to raise your voice over the speaker. I am guessing that was the shift leader/mgr who piped in with the rudeness/loudness on the speaker and not the girl at the window because I have seen other complaints on this as well. It was really really uncalled for, and you might want to work on your customer skills.

This video was on Facebook your company can see this clearly wasn't ok.read the comments. This really looks bad on McDonalds. This man obviously has issues and just wanted something to eat the sad part is YOUR employees laughed at him until he started breaking stuff. Was it really too much to allow him to have food? This really is very sad. I hope you view this and do something about. Compassion is honestly FREE. This guy will actually get help but it could have turned out differently and McDonalds could have helped someone in need. Rude manager
Manager Abby is unnecessarily rude to Doordash workers. Refused to let us get our customer coffee creamers that they requested, saying it was against store policy after having just told us to come back around through the drive-thru. Won't be coming back here again to do orders.

My whole life I have lived in Ain Sebaa-Casablanca, I was so excited to know that a McDonald's was opening for the first time in my hometown. I can say with no hesitation that McDonald's Ain Sebaa is a comfortable place for me, I find the comfort food that I like near my home.
Unfortunately, I come to you disappointed with the service and the quality of the food served at that place. This is very constant, and I am only writing this letter after many disappointments. That is not the quality of the food that we are used to in Morocco.
While the price is considered merely affordable compared to Morocco's economy, the service at the very (McDonald's Ain-Sebaa) is unbelievably disappointing. Here are a few of the reasons for my complaint:
1- The personnel has decided not to share the Wifi;
2- The food gets served cold as if it were sitting there for hours;
3- Today, June 7th, 2021 I witnessed personnel throw things at the counter because I said that they missed one item to my order, that the food was cold, and a cup of milk that I ordered was half empty.
I cannot stress how disappointing it is to find missing items and cold food to an order on many occasions. It is very disappointing, especially that McDonald's is very dear to the Moroccan consumers because we grew up enjoying it. Many Moroccans from Ain-Sebaa complain about this matter. If you didn't read about it before, it is probably because not many Moroccans don't speak English fluently.
I trust that you are going to deal with this complaint seriously.
