I buy food for myself and my family from this McDonald's often. Rarely ever are my orders accurate. There is always something wrong. Mostly missing food. Some of the employees taking orders for drive thru are very rude. There is also an employee named Axil that said something to my daughter at school about her mom being a Karen and complaining that my order was wrong. The manager on duty has a very nasty attitude and has had one every time I see her. I have the choice to purchase food for my family, and I have said several times I will never go back, but it is convenient for a single parent. I have worked in fast food for several years, as much as I can personally relate to the frustration, it is also a choice to work there. Please check in on this store and its treatment of customers before I decide to take the news crew up there and televise this establishment. Address proper, common courtesy. Address proper order taking...don't rudly interrupt or deeply exhale during order taking. Take the time to listen. Make sure you pack the order RIGHT. DO NOT GET MAD WHEN THE CUSTOMER CHECKS THEIR BAG BECAUSE ITS ALWAYS WRONG AND MISSING FOOD FOR MY FAMILY ONCE WE'RE HOME TRYING TO EAT IT. Make sure you give sauce with nuggets, so the customer DOESN'T have to ask. Also, as a manager, do not talk about the customers in their face, or come look at a customer and roll your eyes. This happened today. And today, I'm taking time to reach out and ask for assistance.
It was my choice to do this instead of go inside and address the manager DIRECTLY AND ASK HER WHAT HER PROBLEM IS. WHICH IS CLEAR. SHE'S NOT LEADERSHIP MATERIAL. WHAT EXAMPLE IS SHE SETTING? All their burgers, especially filet o fish and now American cheese supreme chicken
So I ordered filet o fish 2 times in 2 different localities in mumbai, and they use half cheese slice! What the hell do you think we are paying for?! For a half cheese slice? Here the burgers aren't [censored]in cheap! They're like 200 and 300 rupees that is very expensive for a normal working family in india. They're tiny [censored] burgers and I pay like 300 which is equivalent to like 300$ for us normal people. And yet we pay cuz we believe in ur quality and this is what y'all are doing now? Just cuz y'all are established?!
I ordered an american cheese supreme chicken burger today and today the whole cheese slice was missing and when I asked the manager he doubted me?! And asked me for pictures and then he sends someone with a burger as a replacement?! He wants that burger back? After making a mistake they wanna argue w the customer?! Instead of compensating?! I came through McDonalds drive thru. I order 20 Mcdoubles and 10 small fries. My burgers were not prepared properly, the meat was dry and burnt on all of them. My fries were cold and not freshly cook. I feel that if im paying $51 for my food I would prefer it to be fresh and properly made. I just wasted my money on eating McDonald's tonight and the sad thing is that McDonald's is normally my number one go to place to eat. Im very unsatisfied with the service.
Managers on duty
There is a small black woman working as a manager I believe and she is rude to very customer and even employees. She acts like everyone is a problem and she couldn't care less if your food is right. Her employees are all over the place there is no order and the lobby is always filled with kids acting like thugs bit locked to the general public. The store looks disgusting with her in it. Hood store!!!

Upon getting home found I got two mcribs extra onion and a single quarter pounder no chesse or bacon. Charged $13.98. Very long line and had to wait twenty min.Quit hiring high school dropouts.

I would like to formally file a complaint on the McDonald's located at 101 E Tx-114, Grapevine, TX 76051. I wasn't given my receipt, so I'm not aware of what the manager's name is that served me today. She was of Hispanic descent and looked to weigh between 180-200 pounds. She has short black/dark brown hair. I went inside of the restaurant to order and saw that a man was finishing at the counter prior to me walking up. By the time I approached the counter, the manager walked away. She began to put together orders she had received from the drive through all the while never acknowledging me standing at the counter. I had been standing there for approximately 6-7 minutes when she turned around, threw her hands up in the air and called out something. I couldn't hear or understand what she said, and I wasn't sure who she was saying it to as there was no one directly behind, or on the other side of the counter her where she was standing. At the time that I was waiting, another lady had walked in shortly after, stood behind me and asked after waiting if we were supposed to order from the kiosk. I told her that I wasn't sure as there were no signs posted instructing us to do so, nor had the manager said to either of us directly to order from the kiosk. So, we continued to stand behind the counter and wait. Finally, after roughly 8 mins of waiting and being completely unacknowledged, the manager comes to the register and says that if I want to be served faster, I need to place my order at the kiosk and then proceeds to ask me "do I know what I want?" I told her yes and gave her my order. She walked away without giving me a receipt. So, when she started calling out order numbers, I had no idea what mine was. My order was not fully accurate, and the fries were stale. Even with all of this, the thing that compelled me to write this complaint was because I was there for breakfast this morning and received poor customer service in the drive through. The same manager was taking orders and charged me more for an item that I frequently order when dining there. Then when I questioned her about the overage, she told me that, that was the price it was now. The item that I ordered was a sausage patty. She originally charged me $1.19. I ordered a hash brown, which she originally charged me $1.39 for. When I told her to switch it to a sausage biscuit, she changed the price for both items to $1.00 and had it labeled as the $2 Bundle. I don't understand why, as a paying customer, I am being treated this way and having to argue over being given a fair price on the items I'm purchasing. This manager needs to undergo some form of customer service training, or needs to be monitored, and/or disciplined for this kind of behavior. If not, I will take me business elsewhere and be sure to advise others to do the same.
Desired outcome - The authority over this manager, needs to have a discussion regarding this complaint and to devise a plan to put controls in place to keep these issues from happening again. Placing an assistant manager on duty with her that can help manage the location better by communicating with customers on using the kiosks and assisting them if they run into any issues placing their order.

I went and order 20 pieces of chicken nuggets and 2 free medium fires with the coupon code 7038 on the drive thru. I provided the code like the flyer asked, and posted on the speaker. When I went and got my food, there was no chicken nuggets and I kindly ask for it knowing that once the code was processed and accepted on my phone the code 7038 will change to a different one. The lady on the window was confused and so I show her my coupon on my phone and she told me to move forward and park on parking spot one and will send someone out to give me my 20 piece nuggets. A employee by the name of ( Fidel) came out with an additude insisted that he have never saw such coupons and he won't provide me with my 20 piece nuggets. I asked him again if he will acknowledge the coupons and complete my order of 20 nuggets. He refused and I left the scene without the 20 piece nuggets.

Restaurant and ladies bathroom very very unclean
On this date October 21, 2021 I visited restaurant only to use ladies bathroom.
Very unclean store inside lobby and definitely the ladies bathroom. Thank you. The restaurant inside lobby is very dirty. And ladies bathroom very dirty. Too many young ones hanging out in lobby from high school and employees are talking very loud very disrespectful.

The date of the incident is Wed Oct 13, 2021 . I visited the McDonald's store #40135 located in the Stockyards WM at 2525 St Clair Ave W Toronto, Ont [protected] at 4.52p.m
I had made arrangement with the store Manager 2 days prior to my arriving, to use the free WIFI and order a meal also. When I arrived and wanted to set-up my laptop and plug it into an electrical outlet...there was NO OUTLET, at all in the ENTIRE retail food outlet place.
I went to the then, store manager, to ask about the wall outlet, who did not respond to me at all...Sorry cannot help you...
I went to the Customer Service Dept of Walmart and the Lady there point to an electrical outlet at the wall far down from the McDonald's and in the area where the checkout cashiers were. I asked her for an extension cord and she said "NO". I told her I could not sit at a table in McDonald's to do some work if I did not have a long extension cord ...she said ..."No"...Sit on the floor at the electrical outlet and work there.
I sat on the cold floor for 2 hours and no one even offered me a blanket or chair.
I finished my work and then asked customer service to call the GM of Walmart and he came and we chatted about the situation. He told me that McDonald's is a 'tenant ' of Walmart and that for some unknown reason there is 'no electrical outlet ' in the area. There are electrical outlet for the kitchen machine, but they are located in the back behind the counter area.
I was very upset by all this and very humiliated.
I feel Walmart is responsible for designing the store without electrical outlets readily available in common areas. It is also false, misleading advertising to say, "Free WIFI" at 11, 500 stores and then not to allow customers to use it more than 10 minutes or so because they cannot plug their laptop in to recharge the battery or use it with the extension cord for the laptop...How can you provide a partial service and not a full service? It is like providing a hamburger with some onions on it and no meat ...it's a hamburger isn't it and it only cost $1.00 ...why complain?
I find this entire situation not the usual service for both McDonald's and Walmart ...something has gone wrong here.
I feel I should receive a credit voucher, gift card or a new laptop computer that is ;wireless and does not need a charge ...atleast to feel happy and positive instead of feeling sad and humiliated ...

Double quarter pounder
My son got violently ill with vomiting for 1, 5 days a few hours after eating at this McDonald's. As soon as he finished eating he felt Nauseous then began vomiting and continued for 1.5 days. He's still sick in bed unable to keep even water down and it's Monday. He ate McDonald's Saturday night.
Steak beagle meals
Last couple weekends. I have ordered. Multiple steak beagle meals The. Never. Have sauce or onions on them. Today. I specifically asked. Can u make sure. The steak beagle meal. Have sauce and onions Once at the the speaker. And again at the window. Both time. I was told ok no problem. I waited. 15 min for my food. To get it. With no sauce. No onions. And the beagle was so burnt it was black. And Uneatable
Customer service
Ordered coffee in the drive through. When I got to the window, I was asked to pull up and wait because they didn't have coffee. Was told that it would only be 1 minute before the coffee finished brewing. I waited 15 minutes; eventually had to leave because I was late for an appt. poor service, how do u run out of coffee??? Not about the cost of the item, but the Principle.

I went to the drive through and ordered 22 dollars worth of food, included was 2 orders of 20 chicken nuggets. When I got the order we got all the sandwiches but we got none of the nuggets even though we paid for them. I would like a full refund because of the trouble this caused me with the people that were relying on me for food. Also the guy at the window was very rude. We asked him to read us our order back and he read two items then said blah blah blah. This was a bad experience and I would not go back. I am requesting a full refund.

There were 0 cars in front of me. My order was 2 cheeseburgers. I waited over 11 minutes. You can't defend that poor level of service. Fix your organization. Your direct competitor on trooper road doesn't have this same problem. You can't blame the pandemic anymore.
