McDonald's Poor customer service

I would like to formally file a complaint on the McDonald's located at 101 E Tx-114, Grapevine, TX 76051. I wasn't given my receipt, so I'm not aware of what the manager's name is that served me today. She was of Hispanic descent and looked to weigh between 180-200 pounds. She has short black/dark brown hair. I went inside of the restaurant to order and saw that a man was finishing at the counter prior to me walking up. By the time I approached the counter, the manager walked away. She began to put together orders she had received from the drive through all the while never acknowledging me standing at the counter. I had been standing there for approximately 6-7 minutes when she turned around, threw her hands up in the air and called out something. I couldn't hear or understand what she said, and I wasn't sure who she was saying it to as there was no one directly behind, or on the other side of the counter her where she was standing. At the time that I was waiting, another lady had walked in shortly after, stood behind me and asked after waiting if we were supposed to order from the kiosk. I told her that I wasn't sure as there were no signs posted instructing us to do so, nor had the manager said to either of us directly to order from the kiosk. So, we continued to stand behind the counter and wait. Finally, after roughly 8 mins of waiting and being completely unacknowledged, the manager comes to the register and says that if I want to be served faster, I need to place my order at the kiosk and then proceeds to ask me "do I know what I want?" I told her yes and gave her my order. She walked away without giving me a receipt. So, when she started calling out order numbers, I had no idea what mine was. My order was not fully accurate, and the fries were stale. Even with all of this, the thing that compelled me to write this complaint was because I was there for breakfast this morning and received poor customer service in the drive through. The same manager was taking orders and charged me more for an item that I frequently order when dining there. Then when I questioned her about the overage, she told me that, that was the price it was now. The item that I ordered was a sausage patty. She originally charged me $1.19. I ordered a hash brown, which she originally charged me $1.39 for. When I told her to switch it to a sausage biscuit, she changed the price for both items to $1.00 and had it labeled as the $2 Bundle. I don't understand why, as a paying customer, I am being treated this way and having to argue over being given a fair price on the items I'm purchasing. This manager needs to undergo some form of customer service training, or needs to be monitored, and/or disciplined for this kind of behavior. If not, I will take me business elsewhere and be sure to advise others to do the same.

Desired outcome - The authority over this manager, needs to have a discussion regarding this complaint and to devise a plan to put controls in place to keep these issues from happening again. Placing an assistant manager on duty with her that can help manage the location better by communicating with customers on using the kiosks and assisting them if they run into any issues placing their order.

It was mentioned in order to be without tomato, received a call from branch telling me that order out for delivery but with tomato because we didn't notice the comment!
Order was mc royale to recieve a double mc royale with worst quality ever and cold fries
This is not acceptable at all

McDonald's Stalking and being rude samone

Hi my name is John every morning I used to go to the McDonald's on Broward. Next 2 the bus terminal then one morning she followed me home and start coming by my house stalking my house me and my wife have a picture of it I don't know what kind of supervisor that is working at the window but I think she has problems y'all need to find a better supervisor to supervise that drive-through window and she drive a brown Toyota and her name is Miss Simone thank you y'all please hire somebody better have a nice day

I am a delivery driver about 90 percent of the time I'm waiting 25 min for my order when it should be ready when I get there the employees are rude some people have waited up to 20 min for a tea people walking out can't get help from any one at the counter I saw a employee throw a guy's cup on the floor there are many things wrong at this store its poorly ran Sierra has the worst attitude I have ever seen

McDonald's 20 piece nuggets and 2 medium fries coupon code 7038

I went and order 20 pieces of chicken nuggets and 2 free medium fires with the coupon code 7038 on the drive thru. I provided the code like the flyer asked, and posted on the speaker. When I went and got my food, there was no chicken nuggets and I kindly ask for it knowing that once the code was processed and accepted on my phone the code 7038 will change to a different one. The lady on the window was confused and so I show her my coupon on my phone and she told me to move forward and park on parking spot one and will send someone out to give me my 20 piece nuggets. A employee by the name of ( Fidel) came out with an additude insisted that he have never saw such coupons and he won't provide me with my 20 piece nuggets. I asked him again if he will acknowledge the coupons and complete my order of 20 nuggets. He refused and I left the scene without the 20 piece nuggets.

Desired outcome: Discipline action on the employee and my 20 piece nuggets

McDonald's Restaurant and ladies bathroom very very unclean

On this date October 21, 2021 I visited restaurant only to use ladies bathroom.
Very unclean store inside lobby and definitely the ladies bathroom. Thank you. The restaurant inside lobby is very dirty. And ladies bathroom very dirty. Too many young ones hanging out in lobby from high school and employees are talking very loud very disrespectful.

McDonald's suggestions for improvement

The date of the incident is Wed Oct 13, 2021 . I visited the McDonald's store #40135 located in the Stockyards WM at 2525 St Clair Ave W Toronto, Ont [protected] at 4.52p.m
I had made arrangement with the store Manager 2 days prior to my arriving, to use the free WIFI and order a meal also. When I arrived and wanted to set-up my laptop and plug it into an electrical outlet...there was NO OUTLET, at all in the ENTIRE retail food outlet place.
I went to the then, store manager, to ask about the wall outlet, who did not respond to me at all...Sorry cannot help you...
I went to the Customer Service Dept of Walmart and the Lady there point to an electrical outlet at the wall far down from the McDonald's and in the area where the checkout cashiers were. I asked her for an extension cord and she said "NO". I told her I could not sit at a table in McDonald's to do some work if I did not have a long extension cord ...she said ..."No"...Sit on the floor at the electrical outlet and work there.
I sat on the cold floor for 2 hours and no one even offered me a blanket or chair.
I finished my work and then asked customer service to call the GM of Walmart and he came and we chatted about the situation. He told me that McDonald's is a 'tenant ' of Walmart and that for some unknown reason there is 'no electrical outlet ' in the area. There are electrical outlet for the kitchen machine, but they are located in the back behind the counter area.
I was very upset by all this and very humiliated.
I feel Walmart is responsible for designing the store without electrical outlets readily available in common areas. It is also false, misleading advertising to say, "Free WIFI" at 11, 500 stores and then not to allow customers to use it more than 10 minutes or so because they cannot plug their laptop in to recharge the battery or use it with the extension cord for the laptop...How can you provide a partial service and not a full service? It is like providing a hamburger with some onions on it and no meat ...it's a hamburger isn't it and it only cost $1.00 ...why complain?
I find this entire situation not the usual service for both McDonald's and Walmart ...something has gone wrong here.
I feel I should receive a credit voucher, gift card or a new laptop computer that is ;wireless and does not need a charge ...atleast to feel happy and positive instead of feeling sad and humiliated ...

Desired outcome: Gift card to purchase a new wireless, no need to have a charger Laptop with Windows 11 on it .

McDonald's Double quarter pounder

My son got violently ill with vomiting for 1, 5 days a few hours after eating at this McDonald's. As soon as he finished eating he felt Nauseous then began vomiting and continued for 1.5 days. He's still sick in bed unable to keep even water down and it's Monday. He ate McDonald's Saturday night.

McDonald's Steak beagle meals

Last couple weekends. I have ordered. Multiple steak beagle meals The. Never. Have sauce or onions on them. Today. I specifically asked. Can u make sure. The steak beagle meal. Have sauce and onions Once at the the speaker. And again at the window. Both time. I was told ok no problem. I waited. 15 min for my food. To get it. With no sauce. No onions. And the beagle was so burnt it was black. And Uneatable

Ordered coffee in the drive through. When I got to the window, I was asked to pull up and wait because they didn't have coffee. Was told that it would only be 1 minute before the coffee finished brewing. I waited 15 minutes; eventually had to leave because I was late for an appt. poor service, how do u run out of coffee??? Not about the cost of the item, but the Principle.

McDonald's Drive through

I went to the drive through and ordered 22 dollars worth of food, included was 2 orders of 20 chicken nuggets. When I got the order we got all the sandwiches but we got none of the nuggets even though we paid for them. I would like a full refund because of the trouble this caused me with the people that were relying on me for food. Also the guy at the window was very rude. We asked him to read us our order back and he read two items then said blah blah blah. This was a bad experience and I would not go back. I am requesting a full refund.

What a f-ing scam...and a whole lot of [censored] from a supposed company who promote that they do good. Sham you you to use the monopoly brand to promote your business...You know what- l hate yr [censored]ing plastic toxic food and the pollution it creates

McDonald's Drive through

There were 0 cars in front of me. My order was 2 cheeseburgers. I waited over 11 minutes. You can't defend that poor level of service. Fix your organization. Your direct competitor on trooper road doesn't have this same problem. You can't blame the pandemic anymore.

McDonald's Rude customer service, incorrect items in order, and items incomplete

I went to this McDonalds on October 10. I went about a half hour before breakfast menu was to change. I went to the drive through. I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit meal. The line seemed to be extremely slow. Once I got to the first window. The cashier was very apologetic about the wait. He said that the computer went down, and they were doing orders manually. So I got my order after about 20 minutes in line. I went to park and eat my biscuit to find out they had given me a chicken sandwich. So I walked my order inside the facility. there were about 8 people ahead of me all with complaints about their orders. At this point people were walking in to make orders. But, the manager was telling everyone they were not taking any orders. And the thing I found interesting was that the whole kitchen crew in the back of the restaurant seemed to be standing around with no sense of urgency. Now mind you they had a drive through line around the building. The kitchen crew also seemed to have all been in high school, and not properly trained. not wearing gloves when handling food etc. Now because of the long wait breakfast was over, I had to order a filet o fish. Once I got it out to the car and opened the box. I found a fish patty on two burnt buns. No sauce, no cheese. And to top it off the manager was very unprofessional. She actually tossed my food at me when I told her my issue. Such a shame that customer service is at such a low with so many businesses anymore. The whole painful experience was about an hour long. I even tried to call when my first order was incorrect, and the manager hung up on me when I explained my issue.

Desired outcome: Proper training of staff, and more professional management

McDonald's monopoly instan wins

I have tried to redeem my instant wins but the app refused to upload while in the cue. I could not go back as there were cars behind me.
I had to buy the meal.
I had this before and the app mentioned it was due to McDonalds fault.
At home i have dowloaded the codes and tried again later but it has a 15min. period you can use them so had to pay again.
This instant win only works if you have the physical code but it is crazy as we are in a pandemic and handing over little tokens is dangerous but the only way for me to redeem my instant wins.
I have 15 instant wins on my app but cannot use any of them.

Desired outcome: 15 instant wins in hardcopy tokens or a refund

McDonald's Delivery not received/ logical stupidity

We ordered takeaway 9 October 2021 via Foodora Finland. [protected]. Unfortunately we did not receive what we ordered.
1) cappuccino not received.
2) my daughter ordered a triple cheeseburger meal. I know she made a mistake by accepting nothing in the bun, but really ? Who would order a bun with ketchup only?
3) overall service is not good unfortunately
4) We specifically ordered apple juice and got orange juice.

This is very disappointing, I have never complained before, and for me to do so shows you a lot.
Please advise as to what you will do to satisfy a loyal customer of over 30 years!

McDonald's Product the food

My Granddaughter and I ordered a four-piece Happy meal for her and I had two Cheeseburgers no Pickle, extra Ketchup. The Cheeseburgers had a crunch to them then realized there was black stuff on the outside of the burgers bun and the temperature was room temperature so I opened the burger to find it was all black and disgusting looking { both of them } no extra ketchup but I was so hungry I tried eating them any way that turned out to be a big mistake because I got sick and have been up all night so far recovering. Also Tried a French fry from her Happy meal which tasted like cardboard and room temperature and asked her why she was not eating her meal she said it did not taste right. Can't blame her that's for sure. This is not the first time we have had a problem with the food here. I want my money back and in the future, if I get sick from eating there again I will take legal action. It's really sad we half to go through this just for eating at this McDonalds.
