McDonald's Service

On December 7 2021 approximately 3 o'clock pm I entered into 4526 Erdman Ave. McDonald's., To pick up a door dash order that was not ready or in the system when I arrived at the store. The supervisor that was on shift at the time was very rude and Loud asking to hold my phone to see the order which I held the phone up for her to see what the order as I do at other McDonald's, she insisted on holding my cell phone and I replied no because of Covid she then immediately got an attitude and walked away and said that she was not helping me with the door Dash order that I was assigned to pick up from the store and she also told a cashier not to wait on me so that means that the customer that I was therefore was unable to receive their order which they had paid for in advance.I thought that was very unprofessional I will not be spending my money at that location ever. As a customer I should have not have been treated that way and it is unacceptable.

Desired outcome: I never received the customers food

McDonald's Dr. Pepper tasted like dishwashing soap

I purchased a Dr. pepper at about 2:30pm at the mcdonalds at 46219 near shortridge and East Washington. It tasted exactly like dish soap. I hope nobody gets poisoned or something. I had to throw it down my drain it tasted nasty, didn't even taste like dr. pepper at all. I was very disappointed because I rarely eat out because I can't afford it and now my one drink a week tastes like dish soap. I will definitely not get sodas there again. WTF is this some sort of sick way of disinfecting your cups so I don't catch something?! did I swallow Dawn detergent or what?

McDonald's Treatment for their mistake

I went to the McDonald's on North Street in Calais, Maine. I know it is a busy new store but what happened is not right. My order was as follows:

1 order of 2 for $3.50 of the Mc Chicken sandwich
1 Order of 2 for $3.50 of the Mc Double
1 medium strawberry shake
1 medium Moka Frappe
1 Hamburger

Here is what I received when I got to pickup

1 Mc Chicken sandwich------not what I ordered
1 Mc Double-------not what I ordered
1 medium strawberry shake-------OK
1 Caramel Frappe-------Not what I ordered
1 Hamburger------OK

The manager was called over and he told me that I had to drive back around to the back and wait in line again to correct their mistake. He said I could also come in side and get the correct order. It was raining in a down pour outside. I said I would be happy to pay the diffenrence but he didn't want to hear it. He was very rude to me and my wife. The lady waiting on me was very nice and acted very professionaly. I am expecting nothing out of this but I feel you should know how they treat their customers. This was the second time in 2 trips to the same Mc Donads that they got the order wrong.

McDonald's Fast food

I went to store #20893 and ordered 10 nuggets and fries combo. The cashier charged me extra for extra sauce I did not ask for. Then re -rang meal as a large when I asked for a medium. When I got my food the fries were cold. They then took back the cold fries and quickly gave me some hot, oily, and not full cooked fries. Nuggets were old and cold as well I tried to call number on receipt but it didn't work.

Desired outcome: Full refund and address the issue.

McDonald's Not Honouring an Advertised Promotional Offer

1st December 2021 on the McDonalds app I received my daily notification for Rock the Christmas Sock, one big Mac for only €2.

I drove from Ghadira, Mellieha to the McDonalds, Bugibba Square, Bugibba to accept this offer, arriving in the branch at about 11:43. On my arrival I went to the sales counter where I was told by a member of staff that I could not have the valid offer for today as they were having an IT issue.

I explained that this was completely unacceptable and wanted the offer I have been presented with. She then went away and got another member of staff after I asked to speak to the Manager for the branch. A gentleman by the name of Lazlo then came and told me that there was an IT issue and I could not have the offer. I explained again, this was not my issue, McDonalds had sent me an offer that I had now driven 9.3km to accept the promotional offer, and that I was very unhappy with the service. The customer should not be inconvenienced because McDonalds has an IT issue! He then said let me get the manager! I already asked the first member of staff to speak to the manager!

After 3 minutes a female approached me and advised she was the manager, and that I could not have the offer but I could have the normal big mac and she would discount the price, it would not be down to the promotional offer price I was sent. Again I explained that this is not acceptable. I explained I work as a Manager for one of the largest companies on the island and we would never tell a customer they could not have a promotional offer we had advertised because there was an issue within the organisation. As part of the management team I would have ensured no customer was treated like this and cause bad feelings to a customer refusing to honour a promotion they were sent!

McDonald's Poor quality food and long waiting time for food

Ordered 2 happy meals, a #2B, cheeseburger meal. Half of the food was ready in 5 mins, the other half wasn't ready for another 10-15 mins which caused the first half of the food to be cold. I Asked for fish filet meal but they were out of fish. Fries were unsalted and fried too hard and inedible. They were Also out of red fruit punch! Food was disgusting. A complete waste of time and money. Waited 15-20 mins for my food only to be disappointed. I live up the street and visit here every so often. Quality of service and food is always inconsistent.

McDonald's Very bad delivery service

I made an order from macdonalds call centre to be delevered from new cairo's bransh 1st district (lolo hyper market bransh) at 6.45 pm they told me that delevery time will be 90 minutes as for the rush hour I said ok and waited for almost 115 miutes and called them again to ask why the delay so customer cervice told me the order is on the way 15 minutes and I will recieve it and waited again untill olmost 3 hours from delevery time and told me the order in the way I had guests at the house it was very shamefull is it so hard to be honest and just say we have a problem and cant take your order now istead of waiting for 3hours for the order and disapointing all the people in the house

McDonald's Late Delivery

16-02/12/[protected] - This is my order no and Estimated Delivery Time is 14:15 but receiving the order at 15:03. The Ice Cream my friend ordered has been melted and only drink that ice cream! Seriously this services are too BAD.. What the point we are ordering using our App for delivery? to get food on time right but now I feel I can drive out and get my food! Please respond on this!

McDonald's Breakfast and peppermint mocha iced

Hashbrowns were barely cooked. Iced coffee I think started out hot then ice thrown in. The whipped topping was melted also. Bacon on bacon, egg and cheese sandwich was stretchy.
All in all worst breastfast ever.
I was there at 6:10am and no one else was in line.

McDonald's Management

I walked into the restraint and was greeted with the manager arguing with a customer calling her derogatory names. I was then told my family needed to exit the lobby because the "Karen" in the lobby. The manager stated we can all thank the "Karen" for closing the lobby. I exited the store and will no longer shop with your franchise. I was refused any managers name or contact, I was refused corporate or franchisee number. My contact number is [protected]. My name is Wayne Lancaster. I'm considering contacting a lawyer about my civil rights being violate. By your manager making racial slurs.

McDonald's Hair in food

I purchased an order of 20 piece chicken nuggets on 11/28/2021 at the McDonald's in Montpelier Ohio around 10:30PM. When I arrived home I gave them to my wife. Afte a few minutes she told me she found a hair in the nuggets. I called the manager that evening and told her what happened. I asked if their employees wear hair nets when they are cooking food. She stated they don't have to wear hair nets if they wear hats. I responded it's not working. She offered to replace the food. I declined because I don't want any more food from there with hair in it.

McDonald's Service

Mantua OH has the lousiest store in the area. 6-7 min waits at drive through after ordering and waiting 8-10 min to place order. This morning they shorted a # 7 breakfast with the smallest burritos ever. In the past I have gotten big macs with only one burger, coffee without sugar, no sauce packets, cold food, fry packet with 12 fries etc. I do not go there often any more.

Desired outcome: Some other fast food moving in.

Went there twice on different occasions and ordered a burger combo and hot and spicy combo. And the buns were smooshed as if it had bern trampled on. I didnt realize it until I got to my destination so I threw the sandwiches away. Why would the buns be served to someone in that manner that they wouldn't want to eat.

McDonald's Complaint

Its about the time it takes to get a cup of coffee at mcdonalds in bristol ct. Main st location. Today was very bad, the drivein was backed uo with 30 cars, we went iside to get a coffee which took 20 min. This does not happen every day but this sens to be getting worse, some cars just drove and turned aroud and left. Many of the people there just cant keep up with the amount of peoplecoming there. I love there coffee which I usualll get every morning

McDonald's Drive through

I arrived at McDonald's at 6:00 PM and the drive-through is so backed up that it's back clear up to the road where people cannot get in line or pull into the parking lot due to having to get in line for drive-through. The line is barely moving and cars are just sitting here. I am highly unsatisfied with the service being so slow. It is now 6:15 and traffick is having to line up on the main highway. This is not the first time that I have been there and this has happened. I have even called them on the phone and ask them why it's going so slow and they cannot answer my question. I have never gotten such slow service at any drive-through I have ever been

Desired outcome: My desired outcome is that the drive-through time will get quicker and people will not have to wait so long in line and be backed up clear down the road not even in the parking lot

For the last 3 months, I have went to McDonald's at least 3 times per week, sometimes five per week, and tried ordering a frappe. There's always an excuse as to why they couldn't make it. For the last month, their excuse was they didn't have ice to make it. For some reason or another, I've rarely gotten a frappe when I tried to order one.
