16-02/12/[protected] - This is my order no and Estimated Delivery Time is 14:15 but receiving the order at 15:03. The Ice Cream my friend ordered has been melted and only drink that ice cream! Seriously this services are too BAD.. What the point we are ordering using our App for delivery? to get food on time right but now I feel I can drive out and get my food! Please respond on this!

Breakfast and peppermint mocha iced
Hashbrowns were barely cooked. Iced coffee I think started out hot then ice thrown in. The whipped topping was melted also. Bacon on bacon, egg and cheese sandwich was stretchy.
All in all worst breastfast ever.
I was there at 6:10am and no one else was in line.
Management
I walked into the restraint and was greeted with the manager arguing with a customer calling her derogatory names. I was then told my family needed to exit the lobby because the "Karen" in the lobby. The manager stated we can all thank the "Karen" for closing the lobby. I exited the store and will no longer shop with your franchise. I was refused any managers name or contact, I was refused corporate or franchisee number. My contact number is [protected]. My name is Wayne Lancaster. I'm considering contacting a lawyer about my civil rights being violate. By your manager making racial slurs.
Desired outcome: Manager reprimanded or replaced
Hair in food
I purchased an order of 20 piece chicken nuggets on 11/28/2021 at the McDonald's in Montpelier Ohio around 10:30PM. When I arrived home I gave them to my wife. Afte a few minutes she told me she found a hair in the nuggets. I called the manager that evening and told her what happened. I asked if their employees wear hair nets when they are cooking food. She stated they don't have to wear hair nets if they wear hats. I responded it's not working. She offered to replace the food. I declined because I don't want any more food from there with hair in it.
Service
Mantua OH has the lousiest store in the area. 6-7 min waits at drive through after ordering and waiting 8-10 min to place order. This morning they shorted a # 7 breakfast with the smallest burritos ever. In the past I have gotten big macs with only one burger, coffee without sugar, no sauce packets, cold food, fry packet with 12 fries etc. I do not go there often any more.
Desired outcome: Some other fast food moving in.
Food
Went there twice on different occasions and ordered a burger combo and hot and spicy combo. And the buns were smooshed as if it had bern trampled on. I didnt realize it until I got to my destination so I threw the sandwiches away. Why would the buns be served to someone in that manner that they wouldn't want to eat.

Its about the time it takes to get a cup of coffee at mcdonalds in bristol ct. Main st location. Today was very bad, the drivein was backed uo with 30 cars, we went iside to get a coffee which took 20 min. This does not happen every day but this sens to be getting worse, some cars just drove and turned aroud and left. Many of the people there just cant keep up with the amount of peoplecoming there. I love there coffee which I usualll get every morning

I arrived at McDonald's at 6:00 PM and the drive-through is so backed up that it's back clear up to the road where people cannot get in line or pull into the parking lot due to having to get in line for drive-through. The line is barely moving and cars are just sitting here. I am highly unsatisfied with the service being so slow. It is now 6:15 and traffick is having to line up on the main highway. This is not the first time that I have been there and this has happened. I have even called them on the phone and ask them why it's going so slow and they cannot answer my question. I have never gotten such slow service at any drive-through I have ever been
Desired outcome: My desired outcome is that the drive-through time will get quicker and people will not have to wait so long in line and be backed up clear down the road not even in the parking lot
Frappe
For the last 3 months, I have went to McDonald's at least 3 times per week, sometimes five per week, and tried ordering a frappe. There's always an excuse as to why they couldn't make it. For the last month, their excuse was they didn't have ice to make it. For some reason or another, I've rarely gotten a frappe when I tried to order one.

I ordered from Uber eats from Mcdonalds on main and Gilbert in Mesa Az the burgers were cold fries as well. Ice was melted also the burger was over cooked. Not happy with it at all. It cost me almost 30 dollars for this order and it certainly wasn't worth it.
I was very disappointed. As I was just going to make my own burgers now I wish I did totally not worth it.

My order
Again. Here I am! My 12 year old grandson's order was wrong. Not a happy meal, either. He asks for just pickles on his two cheeseburger meal, got the works on one. The other was fine. I never got my Big Mac and fries. I did get my drink. My mom's order was correct.
C'mon now. I paid for it all, too.
I hope it doesn't happen again.

Been pulled forward all week for coffee
It's sad for the past week I go through every morning before work to get coffee and always get pulled forward to have to wait it's first thing in morning they should always have coffee there should be no reason to be pulled forward for coffee it's 7:20 in the morning they should always have coffee at this time and for it to happen all week long it's ridiculous

Went to drive through today my order was just over £31 got home and a big mac burger and portion of cheese melts where missing usually if anything is missing I go back but I was in a hurry as had a vet appointment really disappointed it's a big order cost alot and don't even receive all items, also my wee ones happy meal was ment to be a cheese burger and he got nuggets.
Drive Through
I find it nonsensical that one is required to take a drink carrier for two drinks. One of the reasons given as explanation was contact concerns for Covid. This is ridiculous. It was stated early in the pandemic, and never altered, that Covid is transmitted through the air, not on surfaces. Aside from this, McDonald's has no problem with contact when taking my cash.
Desired outcome: Stop this ridiculous policy

They are allowing customers to sit at the speaker over 30 minutes and no one is at the window they aren't taking orders at all… when I drove off it looked like they weren't even in the store and it was a line behind me… at least 7 people drove off before I did … this is poor customer service and it seems like the manager is a huge part of the problem seeing as how they were missing as well

11/16/2021 ordered 3 McRibs, large fries, and Large Coke from the dinning room, to go. After waiting 15 min for the order I asked were my order was, the Assist Manger, told me they was waiting for the third sandwich. I then asked if the other two sandwiches in the bag was going to to die. She ignored my question. After getting my order I checked the meal. The first two sandwiches had died; cold, dried out, BBQ sauce soaked into the buns and the box. I showed her and told her I wanted new sandwiches. I over heard her say to the drive thru operator it will be 20mins before the new ones are ready. Even another customer heard her and commented to me. After 5 more mins waiting she gave me my two sandwiches in a different bag, so, I went to the end of the counter and checked them. When she handed me the bag I got a comment from her "just let you know we expressed your order and bypassed other customers to get you yours" I replied" as you should" They were the same two old sandwiches. I asked to talk to the manger on duty. As I was explaining the problem and showing him the time stamps on the tickets he acted as he didn't care and asked what I wanted done. Either a refund or new food. I told him at that point I wanted new food and a refund. With a hateful attitude and a greatly raised voice " NO, either a refund or new food" I said a refund. At this point I am GREATLY irritated. With ticket in hand he asked if I just got One sandwich. My reply was " the ticket is in your hand read the the damn thing." At that point the assit manger, the girl I was dealing with before, came running out from behind the count and got within 2 feet of being in my face. She was shouting at me to leave and not to talk to her manger manger that way. She had the nerve to say when I got my order the first time I should have left. Heated words were exchanged. Then she threatened me by the cops being called. I told her fu*k off. This whole time the manger I was talking to was correctly getting my refund. She got involved in a situation, at that time, she was not asked to be in. I stayed to talk to them because I don't run from the cops.
Leaving out food as always
This isn't the first time I usually just let it go but my husband picked up my daughter and her husband food cause they have covid and he was taking it to their porch and leaving it ..we are 30 minutes from them they live in Honaker she calls and tells me they only got 2 burgers so I call and ask my husband to check his receipt and he had ordered 3 doubles and 2 pies .so I call to tell them we didn't get one of our burgers the girl keep asking how long ago I said about 30 minutes he has his receipt. Then a guy comes on can I help u I explained to him he said what's the number at top i said my husband hasn't got home yet but just forgot about it.They act like I was lying over a burger really. The number of receipt is KS#13 11/13/21 7:43..This was the rudest I have been treated over something as simple as a burger.
Desired outcome: I know everyone can make mistakes but learn employees to handle things like this better

Hi I just ordered some breakfast online from my phone I drove to restaurant went through drive through and had to wait for 12 mins for a coffee and toasted sandwich and a muffin coffee was cold and the muffin has egg shell in it . The girl that brought me my food was just sooooo rude I gave the muffin to my dog and the coffee was cold and gross I went to a another shop to get a coffee this is my worse experience at macaas for a long time how can you serve cold coffee I got a largest they have and it was crap
