Order got auto cancel
We put a online order 23/09/2021 & paid via a visa card. After 1 hour we got a call from McDonald's saying the order got cancelled automatically. & They will refund the full amount to the same card holder within 2 working days.
But until now we haven't got any refund.
Desired outcome: Need a full refund
Food not delivered for on-line credit card payment
On 01st of October, we placed an online order through your website. We did the payment, but at that moment, the website crashed and we didn't receive an order number or any information to confirm our order. Yet, we received a message from the bank saying our payment was authorized. The amount of Rs. 3, 940.00/- was debited from my credit card (ending xx0411) at 21.30pm on 1st Oct21. We called your hotline number [protected]) to inform you of the matter, and we were told to wait for 20 minutes to receive our order. Now two days passed, and still we didn't receive what we have ordered or not refund our money.
Service/mobile orders are not working and have not been able to get a receipt through drive-through for over a month
I use to work for McDonald's. Not here but the service/food and no mobile service half the time and NO Receipt in the drive threw. They said it was suppose to be fixed over 3 weeks ago. Manager on duty was Samantha. Is there a reason you cant buy a new printer? Order was wrong and I had NO receipt. Came in and they MADE me leave or they would call the cops. This is BY FAR THE WORST fast food I've ever been to. I know the owners are mike and deb klak. What's the problem? Stop pinching your pennies and fix the [censored]!

On 9/30/2021 I went through the drive through to order a couple iced coffee's at roughly 9:38 p.m. The person that took my order was very rude and when I spoke with her about it she just got ugly and irate. At that point I got pissed and said somethings maybe I should not have, but her actions from the beginning to her problem solving with a customer service was non existent. Once I placed my order she told me to pull up to the first window, but before I did I was trying to see if I had the cash on me to have it ready so I asked if I could get a total? Mrs. Emily who took the order said to me through the speaker, "Can you not hear? I said pull to the first window!" At that point I pulled to the first window, I asked if she was who took my order at that window, she said, "no Emily is taking orders." So I paid for my order and went to the next window. I asked the person handing out the food if she was Emily and she told me no. I asked could Emily come to the window. When Emily did come to the window she stuck her head out the window and said, "What?" Was very ugly. At that point I proceeded to tell her that she should work on her customer service skills when someone asks for a total you should give it to them or you should let them know you will have it when they get up to the next window, not ask them if they can hear, and demand for them to go to the next window. At that point she got very defensive with a bad attitude and begin to run her mouth. I personally have a major chemical imbalance and easily triggered by someone being aggressive or nasty for no reason, really me just being made angry. Before it was over the lady had told me [censored] you so I told her the same and if she wanted to come outside I would be happy to smack that nasty right out of her. She said, "the customers do not pay my salary." She is right but wrong because yes the store pays you but what keeps the restaurant going the customers continuing to consume so running of regular guest that spend plenty or any guest even one time visitors is bad for the whole company. The attitude that she has makes all the other employees look bad as well cause a first time guest to only assume that all the employees are like that and they are allowed to act like and speak to guest in such ways. Maybe something should be addressed here!

Today is children's day in Sri Lanka. For over an hour I have been trying to place an order online however the website isn't working it is very disappointing and past the children's dinner time. Should have selected a different provider. Since it was children's days I wanted to order what they liked for dinner. Why would you advertise a children's day offer if you are unable to carry out any other the orders. Extremely disappointed.
Horrible Food
I decided to have supper at the Macdonald Adderley Street branch. The service is slow and top of that you are given old food not even a dog can eat. They don't give you your slip back after giving your food so you can complain about the dried out nuggets, salty fries and cold burgers. Shame on you Macdonalds taking peoples money and giving them crap!

I went thur the drive in window and ordered a chicken sandwich that was pom the dollar menu.It was cold and tasteless and I thewit away after getting nauseous.

When I read something on the menu to an employee through the drive through and it doesn't come up the same on your screen with the same title as what the menu in the drive through does… that is not my fault. I don't need to be treated with a poor attitude because your menus aren't on the same page. and when I come to the window, a greeting would be nice instead of a silent interaction & a thumbs up to leave when I'm checking my food. I'm a pregnant momma coming to get some cravings & for the last 3 times I've helped your company, it's been poor poor service.

This evening around 7pm I received the 1 medium meal of chicken foldover and 3 medium mcfest I bought at Vereeniging McDonald's but I receive two meals of mcfest which I payed for. I did not check if I received everything I only noticed when I got home. And I threw away the slip but I will send the picture of the food I only received as proof. I'm honestly disappointed and my wasted money of the food I didn't receive.
Desired outcome: Reviving food that I paid for and receive exactly what I ordered not the opposite
I am complaining about the roaches that was crawling from the ice cream machine and the rats that are roaming free
Every single time I visit McDonalds they ice cream machine is always down I told the lady at the counter that I seen a rat and they looked at me crazy that McDonalds need to be shut down and properly cleaned and inspected by the health inspector no fast food place should look like that the food is fresh and stuff but nobody wants roaches in they food they don't wear gloves and they hair isn't pinned up

Quality of food
I had a take away for Macdonald breakfast however when I reached home, I was shocked to see the bun was squashed and the egg was uncooked. I had emailed to [protected]@sg. mcd.com and [protected]@sg. mcd.com and there was no revert at all since 06 August. Had Pm in MacDonald FB and the reply I got was so general. This is very disappointing for me to encounter this kind of experience in the service of Macdonald.
I bought a pulot Hitam pie on 16-Aug 2022 at MacDonald’s, Hougang1. It was a great disappointment that my pie is so different from the pic shown in the advert. There was no pulot Hitam in my pie & all that I cld see & taste was plain custard filling. I called customer service & a guy, named Lester, answered my call. He told me that my feedback wld be escalated & someone will respond in a week. It has been 2 weeks. I have yet to hear from any MacDonald staff. Mrs Chen
My order was not proceed, I lost time and money
I order 2 drinks and 2 donut at McCafe Paris Carrousel du Lover on 25/09/2021 15:48 with service table nbr. 180 (see attached bill). Waiting for more than 30mins my order didn't come. When I checked, the servant said it is already closed. No one wanted to handle my complain. I lost time as well as my money. Very bad service of McCafe Carrousel!

I am tired of my orders not being correct from this store. I have complained numerous times to the location manager as well stated my dissatisfaction with having to pull over and wait (from the drive thru) while others behind me go on thru and i have only ordered common and quick items. Example of this was on 22 September 2021 I ordered 2 sausage and egg McMuffins around 9:30am.
I waited 10 minutes and my food arrived cold, stale and neither muffins were even toasted. The person behind me ordered BLT bagel w/egg and pancake breakfast W/sausage (same patty as mine) and they went right thru.
I am tired of trying to deal with this location and am publicly boycotting this store in general as well all McDonald stores should no retribution for bad leadership continue to be rewarded. I understand you wish to reward the people whom frequent your establishments using "The App" but not by [censored]ting on other customers at the same time.
Desired outcome: Improved quality in service and start using FIFO----(first in first out) that exists in most other food service restaurants Stopr asking people going thru the drivethru to service App customers or faster period.

We have been going to your Mcdonald's on Highway 77 in Lynn Haven Florida for 6 years, ever since we moved here. Even through the pandemic this fast food restaurant has been extremely professional. However, the last three weeks have been a nightmare. Service is bad, it took us 25 minutes to get everything today. Three days ago it took us 31 minutes. The staff is rude and can never get the order correct. So you have to circle back for the rest of your order.
We spend on an average of $30 dollars a visit as we purchase food and 4 of your iced caramel mochas, which are not inexpensive.
You are losing customers fast. You need to find out what has changed and fix it.
Desired outcome: Just go back 3 weeks ago and make it work.
Pathetic burger
On 21st September I order spicy grand crispy via food panda from McDonald (Adress: Madina Flour Mills, Opposite S.I. E01، Grand Trunk Rd, Civil Lines, Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan).
Chicken patty inside burger was pathetic and so small and thin that i couldn't believe how McDonald can serve such a pathetic burger. Drink was tastless as well. This branch has done this before as well. Please take strict action on real ground if you don't want regular customer likes us to loose.
Difficulty placing an order. Went to 3 different stores to get served.
I work all over the town of Birmingham, Alabama. I like eating at McD because of many locations. I stopped at a McD in Hueytown at 11:30 today for lunch. this store is 32 miles from home. standing in line behind two customers (no problem) to order. my turn to order and the cashier said "just a minutes" gets a cup goes over to drink dispenser fills her cup and starts talking to another employee. I wait several more minutes then left. there is a unit 1 mile from my house that has never been consistent with quality and service so I am reluctant to eat there. today I went in at about 12: 20. trying to order at he counter a girl comes over and says "I cannot take your order you have to order on the kiosh machine". I am 75 years old and told her I didn't know how
to use it. she says "sorry". the manager here is rude and disrespectful. this unit is in Pinson, Alabama. so I drive 5 miles to another McD. should not take a trip to three stores to place an order.

Crew Paula
Crew member Paula at the Malta San Julian-Spinola McDonalds requires a refresher in customer service and people skills. She was rude and outright arrogant. She is not patient and is unfriendly towards customers in a condescending way. Her attitude at the counter was not welcoming for a McDonald's franchise and A refresher would do improve the image of the brand and management.

food not right
Today (9/21) my husband and I went through the drive in in Bartlesville, Ok. I ordered an egg mcmuffin with bacon. I was asked if I wanted cheese and I said no, thank you. When the order came out and I unwrapped the sandwich, it was a room-temperature muffin with one piece of bacon that had been cut in half and made to little pieces in between the bun. Very thin little pieces. No egg, no toasting of the muffin, no mustard or mayonaise... just bread not warm and one thin piece of bacon in half. I felt for $4.00, that was a pretty good rip-off.
