McDonald's No foor , no refund

To whom it may concern,
this is the second request for a refund and some show of customer service . During this pandemic one of most concerning thoughts at this location was that they received the food back into the building after it was in my car exposed to me and my passenger ..

No response has been received by email, text, or phone .

You guys sell a great product, now if it could come with a ( chick-fil-a ) service ... This location will own it !

Desired outcome: JUST DO THE RIGHT THING , BE FAIR

McDonald's Service

Pulled up to order they told me hold on and the person that pulled up after me took their order never came back to take my order. This is nothing new every time I come at night I'm told they can't take any orders this time skipped me and never came back..What a disgrace for mcdonalds name! If this is a franchise shut them down they are smudging the mcdonalds name!

There is a nigerian/african lady who is putting milk of magnesia (milk laxative) into peoples drinks, and also sprinkling milk of magnesia into the whole milk bottles. She thinks this is okay and has been doing it for the past 7 months, all within growing city of Austin, I do not appreciate brittle bones after my Caramel Frappucino, she needs to be banned...

McDonald's Poor service

On Nov. 9 I went to McDonald store no. 31771 and order 2 happy meals for my grandsons, only to arrive home with french fries in either one of the meals.
I was not going back so the boys were disappointed.

About 2 weeks ago I then wen to the same store to buy 2 happy meals for the boys, when I arrived home there no cheeseburger in either of the meals.
This time I had to go back which was an inconvenience.

You should look into your employees and make sure they supply the customer with the correct order.

I been a crew member for almost 5 yrs at macdonalds and ever since I started terrible and horrible that way they treat their employees not even cause I have 5 yrs they appreciate what I do especially thru this pandemic is js gotten worse wanna force u to do doubles or go in on ur day of i used to do that and not even like that never got a thank u or raise js that's why people don't last they expect more then what they appreciate and also the fact that I was actually on training for manager yet I promoted my self down cause they rather believe the customer no matter what the scenario of what really happen that's dumb cause they don't even wanna hear our version its like we don't exist or have rights but I guess its js macdonlads right [censored] the workers and I work on Sam Houston in San benito js hopefully someone can actually do something about the workers rights but I really dough it thanks in advance gasperxp

McDonald's Your lack of pay to employees throughout the US

I have been a McDonalds consumer all of my life, but to see a company earning 4.7 Billion dollars a year to pay its employees so poorly i cannot continue to support your company. I am OUTRAGED by your behavior.

Desired outcome: Raise employees wages to a living wage, support health care for them

McDonald's The couple of female workers

Ate dinner at your restaurant tonight and the females working were very rude threw my large cup on the floor and said oops, just sitting the to go orders on the counter and not calling them out, we had to go and look in the bag to see if it was our order or not, i don't usually like to complain but it was a little ridiculous, the manger on duty was doing the best he could while it seemed like the other workers up front were just running around, trying to look cute

McDonald's Fake advertising

You are advertiseing 2 breakfest sand on bisquet for 4.00 all over the net. I went to mcdonalds by my house yeasterday morning at 8.30 am, and I was told you are only serving sausage egg and cheese on bisquet. Thats it. So I went to wendys who also is haveing a special, bacon egg and cheese, or sausage egg and cheese on bisquet, for 1.00 each. Ate there, enjoyed it, and from know on I will be eating at wendys for fast food. Not mcdonalds who do not keep there menu correct and serve what they say there serving. Your chicken nuggets by the way are the grossest [censored] in the world, and your ff, are always cold and soggy, you cant compare to wendeys ff, there so so good. I went to the mcdonalds on rt 130, bordentown nj just for your info, food is usually warm there, never ever hot.

McDonald's Lack of available food, got my order wrong almost every time, and incompetent employees.

We went to McDonald's tonight and got a few items. We first asked for ice cream, and they said it was broken. So I switched it to a red icee, and that was out I guess. And after looking in the bag I realized they gave me the complete wrong sandwich I ordered. Last time I came they gave me icees that overflowed all over my car. And the time before that we gave them a code, for a free drink and fries with a burger. Pretty simple. But after we find out she chargers us double of everything.

McDonald's Service

Drove through McDonalds for a quick dinner. I was in the first drive through for over 10 minutes and three cars in the next drive through had went through! I drove on through and sat for another 10 minutes before asking for my order. Also there was no soda, ice cream, orange juice, coffee, so no frappes or milkshakes available. But got to the window to pay and had to wait for them to open the window so I could pay, no receipt, just my debit card returned. When I got to the food window, the girl just held my bottled water out the window, not saying a word, and again I waited for her to hand me my bag of food and she held my sack out the window without saying a word! I said "oh, thank you" and ask if everything was in there. I told her thank you and finally she responded with have a good evening, but my complaint was the wait at BOTH DRIVE THROUGH ORDERS, and then having to have to drive around the building to go to the other order lane and having to change and wait and wait in BOTH LANES! This has actually happened more than once! And they were not busy!

McDonald's Service experiences

I buy food for myself and my family from this McDonald's often. Rarely ever are my orders accurate. There is always something wrong. Mostly missing food. Some of the employees taking orders for drive thru are very rude. There is also an employee named Axil that said something to my daughter at school about her mom being a Karen and complaining that my order was wrong. The manager on duty has a very nasty attitude and has had one every time I see her. I have the choice to purchase food for my family, and I have said several times I will never go back, but it is convenient for a single parent. I have worked in fast food for several years, as much as I can personally relate to the frustration, it is also a choice to work there. Please check in on this store and its treatment of customers before I decide to take the news crew up there and televise this establishment. Address proper, common courtesy. Address proper order taking...don't rudly interrupt or deeply exhale during order taking. Take the time to listen. Make sure you pack the order RIGHT. DO NOT GET MAD WHEN THE CUSTOMER CHECKS THEIR BAG BECAUSE ITS ALWAYS WRONG AND MISSING FOOD FOR MY FAMILY ONCE WE'RE HOME TRYING TO EAT IT. Make sure you give sauce with nuggets, so the customer DOESN'T have to ask. Also, as a manager, do not talk about the customers in their face, or come look at a customer and roll your eyes. This happened today. And today, I'm taking time to reach out and ask for assistance.
It was my choice to do this instead of go inside and address the manager DIRECTLY AND ASK HER WHAT HER PROBLEM IS. WHICH IS CLEAR. SHE'S NOT LEADERSHIP MATERIAL. WHAT EXAMPLE IS SHE SETTING? HOW IS SHE AN ASSET? PLEASE TAKE TIME TO ADDRESS THIS STORE AND ITS ISSUES. I HAVE SEVERAL VIDEOS AND WITNESSES. THANK YOU.

McDonald's All their burgers, especially filet o fish and now American cheese supreme chicken

So I ordered filet o fish 2 times in 2 different localities in mumbai, and they use half cheese slice! What the hell do you think we are paying for?! For a half cheese slice? Here the burgers aren't [censored]in cheap! They're like 200 and 300 rupees that is very expensive for a normal working family in india. They're tiny [censored] burgers and I pay like 300 which is equivalent to like 300$ for us normal people. And yet we pay cuz we believe in ur quality and this is what y'all are doing now? Just cuz y'all are established?!
I ordered an american cheese supreme chicken burger today and today the whole cheese slice was missing and when I asked the manager he doubted me?! And asked me for pictures and then he sends someone with a burger as a replacement?! He wants that burger back? After making a mistake they wanna argue w the customer?! Instead of compensating?! Horrible! Very horrible! Im never ordering again neither im gonna let my friends order when im around! My family is never gonna order again im sure! I just want to let u, and everyone I know, to know mc donalds is going to the dogs!

McDonald's Food

I came through McDonalds drive thru. I order 20 Mcdoubles and 10 small fries. My burgers were not prepared properly, the meat was dry and burnt on all of them. My fries were cold and not freshly cook. I feel that if im paying $51 for my food I would prefer it to be fresh and properly made. I just wasted my money on eating McDonald's tonight and the sad thing is that McDonald's is normally my number one go to place to eat. Im very unsatisfied with the service.

There is a small black woman working as a manager I believe and she is rude to very customer and even employees. She acts like everyone is a problem and she couldn't care less if your food is right. Her employees are all over the place there is no order and the lobby is always filled with kids acting like thugs bit locked to the general public. The store looks disgusting with her in it. Hood store!!!

McDonald's order not correct

10/29/2021 #1247 time 16:22 Ordered two mcribs no onions and a double quarter pounder with chesse and bacon. Upon getting home found I got two mcribs extra onion and a single quarter pounder no chesse or bacon. Charged $13.98. Very long line and had to wait twenty min.Quit hiring high school dropouts.

McDonald's Poor customer service

I would like to formally file a complaint on the McDonald's located at 101 E Tx-114, Grapevine, TX 76051. I wasn't given my receipt, so I'm not aware of what the manager's name is that served me today. She was of Hispanic descent and looked to weigh between 180-200 pounds. She has short black/dark brown hair. I went inside of the restaurant to order and saw that a man was finishing at the counter prior to me walking up. By the time I approached the counter, the manager walked away. She began to put together orders she had received from the drive through all the while never acknowledging me standing at the counter. I had been standing there for approximately 6-7 minutes when she turned around, threw her hands up in the air and called out something. I couldn't hear or understand what she said, and I wasn't sure who she was saying it to as there was no one directly behind, or on the other side of the counter her where she was standing. At the time that I was waiting, another lady had walked in shortly after, stood behind me and asked after waiting if we were supposed to order from the kiosk. I told her that I wasn't sure as there were no signs posted instructing us to do so, nor had the manager said to either of us directly to order from the kiosk. So, we continued to stand behind the counter and wait. Finally, after roughly 8 mins of waiting and being completely unacknowledged, the manager comes to the register and says that if I want to be served faster, I need to place my order at the kiosk and then proceeds to ask me "do I know what I want?" I told her yes and gave her my order. She walked away without giving me a receipt. So, when she started calling out order numbers, I had no idea what mine was. My order was not fully accurate, and the fries were stale. Even with all of this, the thing that compelled me to write this complaint was because I was there for breakfast this morning and received poor customer service in the drive through. The same manager was taking orders and charged me more for an item that I frequently order when dining there. Then when I questioned her about the overage, she told me that, that was the price it was now. The item that I ordered was a sausage patty. She originally charged me $1.19. I ordered a hash brown, which she originally charged me $1.39 for. When I told her to switch it to a sausage biscuit, she changed the price for both items to $1.00 and had it labeled as the $2 Bundle. I don't understand why, as a paying customer, I am being treated this way and having to argue over being given a fair price on the items I'm purchasing. This manager needs to undergo some form of customer service training, or needs to be monitored, and/or disciplined for this kind of behavior. If not, I will take me business elsewhere and be sure to advise others to do the same.

Desired outcome - The authority over this manager, needs to have a discussion regarding this complaint and to devise a plan to put controls in place to keep these issues from happening again. Placing an assistant manager on duty with her that can help manage the location better by communicating with customers on using the kiosks and assisting them if they run into any issues placing their order.

McDonald's Stalking and being rude samone

Hi my name is John every morning I used to go to the McDonald's on Broward. Next 2 the bus terminal then one morning she followed me home and start coming by my house stalking my house me and my wife have a picture of it I don't know what kind of supervisor that is working at the window but I think she has problems y'all need to find a better supervisor to supervise that drive-through window and she drive a brown Toyota and her name is Miss Simone thank you y'all please hire somebody better have a nice day
