Core Home Security

This company is horrible. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The sales person I had was untruthful. Now I’m stuck in a 12 year equipment contract. I would have never knowingly signed up for this. That equipment is already outdated and I still have about 10 years left to pay on it. The salesperson told me this would be a 60 month term but that’s not true. Read the fine print. Then when I called her at the same number she used to get my business when I had concerns she told me not to call her on that number. She said that was her personal number and was told to call the number listed on their website. The company number is only answered by an answering service regarding what time of the day you call. You can never speak to a rep of the company. I called numerous times before I realized they are just using an answering service. That was the reason I called the useless salesperson

Had an older ADT system, wasn't to happy. Arthur called me from core home security and he was very knowledgeable and convinced me to upgrade to a newer system with doorbell camera. Best thing I did. Highly recommend.

my unit was installed just fine. i was promised if i financed the equipment, they would pay my 2nd and 3rd months payment. Didn't happen. i was shorted a remote thob. One week after the unit was installed, my xfinity internet went out. i waited 7 days finally the replaced the incoming line. The refused to let me keep the same id {it was home 8d92). He said they could not use anything with home in it anymore. They changed my id and pw and now i had no door bell camera driveway camera, or inside camera. i called the company and he said he would have *** call me back and help me get up and going. Never heard back. At that time i told him i was shorted the remote and asked him about another emergency necklace. He said don't worry i will get you those in the mail now. didn't happen. i called back a week ago explained the situation he said let me call you back. didn't happen I called back last week and was answered by recording left a message for ***, never heard anything back. Not a happy camper at all. i am going to do my social media reviews after this. I might could have fixed the problem but the door bell has to be disconnected from electric same with the camera.
