McDonald's

My brother and I visited the McDonald's in Saranac, NY yesterday 10/30/2021 for lunch. It wasn't until after we ordered our food that we noticed the disarray the dining area was in. We were told that the dining room was closed even though there was nothing to indicate that other than the mess that we saw. When I inquired with the manager who was taking our order why it was closed, he sarcastically informed me..."it is how the owner wants it". I could have accepted that except the area was filthy. There was old food and drinks on the tables, card board boxes and stacked empty boxes spread all over the dining room. I am asking you to look into this restaurant and let me know that corrective action will or has been taken. If I do not hear from you then my next step will be to contact the NYS Health Department. I have to question when I see such a mess in open view of customers, just what does the kitchen area look like.
