McDonald's

Ordered coffee in the drive through. When I got to the window, I was asked to pull up and wait because they didn't have coffee. Was told that it would only be 1 minute before the coffee finished brewing. I waited 15 minutes; eventually had to leave because I was late for an appt. poor service, how do u run out of coffee? Not about the cost of the item, but the Principle.
