Customer service
According to the website this location for McDonald’s is set to be 24hrs. I placed an order online and proceeded to try and get my food I paid for I waited 20 minutes both knocking on the window and honking until someone came and told me they were closed. I then asked for the manager she walked passed the window two times ignoring me. After calling the phone mid conversation she hung up on me.

Yeah my order was messed up and when I went up and talked to the store manager he trade saying that we were lying when we weren't we looking back right away to see if we had everything the first thing that we noticed that we did not get those are soda and the second thing that we noticed that we did not get was and when we went told him about it he did not even want to listen to us tell us was that we were lying about our order of being messed up I told him to look on the cameras he did not want to even do it because no I know that it was all there when he did not know that everything was there he tried making it seem like we ate it when we didn't he does not have no good customer service skills or he should not be the manager of he is judgmental & racist too and when we first got here there was a bug on the one of the tables that we first sat at

Double quarter pounder with cheese
Went to mc donalds last night for dinner / my hamburger was so gross i had to through it away . When i called to complain to the manager he said here was nothing he could do and hung up the phone . The hambugers must have been in the (uhc) / universal holding cabinet for way too long . Ive worked for mc donalds through a second hand company for years . I have never been so rudely talked to by anyone from mc donalds . You have lost a customer for life and everyone i tell this story to.
Mc donalds once was a american restaurant / but now is a joke that has employed a bunch of people the have no respect for the customer .

Incorrect order, again
On 06/02/2023 at 5:17 pm I went through the drive-thru at store #123, russell pkwy, warner robins, ga 31088. I ordered 2quarter pounder w/cheese, onions, and mayo. I received 2 quarter pounder w/cheese, pickles, and mayo. Also medium fries were cold and limp. Lastly lg. Unsweet tea and got a sweet tea. This is not the first instance. I called to speak to a manager, waited 23 min. And I finally hung-up.
At the very least, I should receive a free meal. Thanks in advance. I look foward to hearing from you.
Bait & switch sign
Today, 6/2/23, I stopped at McD for a soda. The McDonald's sign right at the entrance to turn in says "$1 soft drinks all sizes". But when I ordered it was $1.38. The manager would not honor the sign. He said there are many signs like that that are wrong but haven't been changed. Well, that's not the customer's fault. If that's what the sign says, they should honor that information.
That's why I turned in.
That's bait & switch.

We came to mcdonalds, picked the eat out option and hence waited more than 40min for our food. We ordered the snack box
The customers that ordered after us was helped first. The staff was unhelpful and rude.
When we went to the counter and asked about our order no one knew that there was An order for snack box.
For a fastfood joint we waited restaurant time.
Desired outcome: Quick service as expected from a fastfood place

Ordered via the app, waiting in drive through for about 5 minutes, 6 vehicles in front of me., line never moved. Backed out of drive through and changed pickup location to main counter. Waited at counter for over 20 minutes for a burger and fry Never going to use that McDonald’s again.

At 10:15 pm went to McDonald's on 20 chole pl jackson tn and waited 15 minutes in a line and then got stuck for another 20 minutes as people started coming in and we was blocked in. Most of the employees were outside. Not one employees answered the speaker to say if they was closed or nothing. Finally after 2 of the ladies started screaming at all the cars that they could leave cuz there closed, which they don't closed till 12.
