Una pena
Para que una App que te lleva a un navegador tradicional para hacer el pedido, que pide de nuevo autenticación y que no hace nada diferente a ir al website normal. Mala experiencia de usuario

Pésimo
Dos horas esperando el pedido y no llegó estamos intentando llamar al numero que sale en la app y nadie contesta cero recomiendo que compren por aqui no sabemos que onda con la comida o la plata
Keep it simple, put the checkout bag back
The newest update eliminated the bag to check out, if you would stop changing options, and keep it as simple as possible. It would eliminate the need for future updates. Keeping it simple, Stupid!
Unable to use
This app works occasionally. The tutorial for the rewards keeps popping up and there is no way to exit. Several times now I’ve been able to use a deal because I can’t get out of the stupid tutorial

McDonald de toa baja / levittown the worst ! This is not the first time that this restaurant runouts of products and the manager in charge refuse to exchange the product that they don’t have for another
WHY
So this app works on my phone but why not on my grandmas phone it’s really wierd so please fix this for iPhone 7 and make a USA language for iPhone 6 if you don’t do it I will give this a 1 star so you better fix it
Terrible app. Tells me I’ve used deals I haven’t used
Won’t allow me to use daily deals I’ve used yesterday. Also using deals at window sometimes tells me I have to wait 15 minutes before using the deal as if I just used a deal when I haven’t. Terrible app, should get fixed…
Ridiculous
What a waste of time. They don’t allow you to use a password. You have to verify through email every time you want to use. Why aggravate your customers? It should be easy to spend money at McDonald’s with their app. Not so here.

Me sale en el app que tengo una notificación que no se va. Ha pasado más de un año y sigue ahí. He hasta borrado el app y bajarlo otra vez y sigue apareciendo. Primero fue por los whatsapp stickers y ahora verifico todo y sigue ahí.
Cannot Sign-in To Existing Account
I’ve been using the app for years without issues. Then stopped showing Deals. Decided to remove and reinstall app. Now it won’t allow me to sign-in and register my device. I’m tech savvy, but this is ridiculous. Great app when works and signed in.
NO CUMPLEN LO QUE PROMETEN
Tenía dos cupones que recibí por compras en el Auto Mac que demoraron más de 60 segundos en entregar y los vine a redimir, me dicen que no son válidos los cupones para la hamburguesa cuarto de libra. No hay respeto por el consumidor y hacen falsas promesas
One star for deals, -4 for everything else
This app is consistently failing. Now there is no cart to check out. I assume this is since the last update. Do you not realize that orders cannot be placed through the app? Or perhaps this is another ploy as with the menu pricing that is anything but consistent!
On Aug 7 at about 530pm I went to mcdonalds my husband and daughter the staff was in the back literally screaming to the point I couldn't hear my daughter talking to me . I waited a 25 min for my food before was even served it to listen to staff screaming at one another I will never eat there again!
