McDonald's

I have complained about this restaurant 4 times, so now I want to write corporate. This McDonalds today, told me to pull over to wait for my order. I waited over 30 minutes for the food. The food was cold so I dont know what I was waiting for. When the employee brought the food, she was rude and forgot my frappe. I had to wait another 20 minutes for the frappe. Then when i received it, it was the wrong size so I had to wait another 10 minutes. I lost time at work spending an hour at a fast-food restaurant, and there was a lot more customers there complaining about their orders. That store needs a manager that cares about the customers and quality of the food. I will never go back to that location ever again because this is the 4th time with a bad experience. I am very dissatisfied and hope corporate can change that store around so the people in the community can have a better experience.
