June 11th 23 at 5 ish. I ordered large iced mocha coffee. She takes my money then runs away for 5 minutes, then comes back and tells me they can't make my coffee because machine is down. This happens every time I go to this mcdonalds no matter what time of the day. So what I want to know is, if coffee machine is down why do they let you order coffee? If they are doing me like this every time, how many other customers are they doing it to. Losing lots of money.
I understand machines brake down ,but every day. I think they don't want to make them. I may b wrong, but when u constantly go to get a coffee, and machine is never working . Looks like they would know not to take coffee orders.So I think they need to get it fixed or get a new coffee machine.
