2- Bacon Egg Bisquit

2- Sausage Burrito

After arriving home from the restaurant (5 minutes away) I gave my wife the Burritos, they were so hard and tough she could not eat them. It seems like they were microwaved so much they were like rocks. Very disappointed in the Condition of your food.

On the plus side, the Bacon & Egg Bisquit's were great.

My son been having target at this McDonald's for whatever reason I also have video... He have a problem getting his check when we went to the interview we told miss Brenda's he had 2 job.he was still put in the clock at time he was working his other job..and Amanda she shouldn't be a manger and she need customer service classes..I asked to speak to a manager I was given a co-worker..they was very unprofessional..

The Concord, NH location at 90 South Main, has been my preferred location for 25 years or more. I am there daily.

I have a life-threatening allergy to Diet Coca Cola. Daily I order, a large coffee - 4 creams and 4 Splenda, and a medium Coke.

I end up in the ER at least every 8 - 10 weeks when they give me a Diet Coke despite my specifically asking for a COKE! This is costly to me and it happened again today.

I have spoken to Mgmt. in the p[ast to stress the importance of staff giving someone a Coke and not a Diet Coke unless they request the diet drink.

After all these years, I will NEVER return to this location or any other McDonalds. It is appalling.

First off, I'm not one to ever call and complain about food because I'm afraid about what they will do to your food. I say that because I have 4 boys of which all of them have worked there. It was about 10:30 at night on the way home from my sisters when my wife tried to order online. I then found out you can't order online. So I waited for my wife to text me the order. Mind you I have the kids with me that have school tomorrow. Never the less I place my order which comes to 40 something and I try to pay with a 100 which they don't take so I have to then find the money to continue with the order. After we received the order and get home... The wife goes through the order. When she notices that it looks like the custom orders have been scraped to remove what we didn't want on them. I should have known it because we got our order in like 3mins which would be a record but we had order to much for that to be possible. Long story short I called to complain and the manager Heather was rude and very poorly trained for her position. She told my wife and I quote "if you think I'm gonna replace the whole order your wrong, bring it back and I'll look." To which my wife replayed "I can bring it to you tomorrow it's late tonight" it was rude and very, very unbecoming of a manager

I then got on the phone and asked for her name and bosses name she got rude with me. I told her your not allowed to be rude to customers and she said if your rude to me I'll be rude to you I told her I wasn't being rude just wanted to know her name and bosses name and she said her name was Heather and if I wanted replace to bring it back and hung up. I'm sorry for the Grammer here it's late and I wanted to inform you while it's still fresh in my. Mind.

On the 28th April I order a bigmack meal and a large milk shake and a few other meals like the family meal and they didn't put all the things and there was hair in my burger and the milk shake was off it didn't taste right please and it happened in pelican Park McDonald's and I ask to see the maneger and they didn't want me to and it's not the first or the second time and due to this I would like to say that the service is also bad we have to wait so long and get cold food

I have ordered 3 Big Mac Burgers Medium and 3 Oreo McFlurry with 2 Apple juice and 1 Orange juice at Clayville Mcdonald Olifantsfontein late around 19h:00 and I got the order at 19h:45, when I get home the order was incorrect, there was Regular Big Mac Burgers instead of 3 Medium Big Mac Burgers with no straws and sauces. the drinks I got 2 Sprite and 1 Coke instead of 2 apple juice and 1 orange juice, the whole order was just bad experience compared to the amout of money I spend R330

I was hired and completed orientation on 4/12/2023. I begin work on the following Saturday, then Sunday...I was told by manager on duty to be back Monday when I came in the main store manager was in. I asked for my clock in pin and uniform, I was then bullied by that manager with nasty looks and given a nonchalant response replying she has to go and judging my stance. Also saying to me I didn't have to come back if I couldn't wait. Very rude. And told me she was full for the day and I couldn't work that day. I then spoke with the shift manager who told me to be back Thursday 4/20/2023 when she work. I did that I came in time completed my job. Majority of employees played all day, stop taking orders to chill and complain the store managers family came and hung around for hours when we were closed in the inside, everyone including the shift manager was leaving coming back cursing horse playing smoking all kinds of unprofessionalism. I survived the madness. But a coworker dropped me off whom the store manager was harassing sexually has some sort of liking for so the Next day it rained profusely so I was running late called in to let the shift manager know.and I was told that the store manager said I couldn't work...she couldn't give me a direct reason...This is unacceptable.

At St Pete Beach Florida McDonald's on February 14, 2023, around 9:45pm,

I told my voice code at drive thru order telecom, a staff person claim he "don't know what that meant". I went to the window, Jeff and the staff person that claimed he didn't know what my order number meant, told me they are refusing to provide me service. I asked for my refund since I paid through the app. and they both refused.

I was told by another store in the area that Carlee is the General Manager

And James is the District manager over the store.

I have video footage of the two that refused my order in a racist discriminatory manner for no reason.
