McDonald's Poor management wrong order

I am getting ahold of corporate office these people will not give me my order right because everything I go in they only take cash so the are stealing my money and everyone else's not giving receipt I'm contacting the Albuquerque news along with BBB and the city health departmnt this is [censored] and it's not going to happen no more also there's nothing but illigal immigrant talking [censored] in Spanish while I walked in it's a discrace I need o be contacted immideatley the crew members selling drugs outside taking Doo out the back door come on wtf is going on I'm getting ahold of the bcso also

Desired outcome: I want corporate to call and a health department to be issued as thieves are running that store

McDonald's Toilet

McDonald’s 15 Mondial Way, Bath Rd, Harlington, Hayes UB3 5AR
Closing their toilets after 12:00 night time, when asked couple of times I was told toilet are blocked (out of order) after a while seeing this, they said it’s closed because we do only takeaway but the restaurant is open 24hrs
I’m local resident, McDonald’s is about 10 min drive so I come often myself or with family I do Night Shift and I come to eat but every time at night toilets are closed.

McDonald's Management and customer service

Suddenly became homeless earlier this year. Every morning at 6a.m I would go to McDonald's for a coffee and muffin, charge my cell phone, get out my notebook, look for jobs and rentals , ask to use the washroom and then leave.

I looked forward to going there and my first impression was how friendly they are.

One day the manager was speaking to an employee behind me but I could hear them clear as day. What they said About me was shocking, and I immediately broke down in tears.got up and left.

The next morning I showed up again, as it was my turn to order . The girl at till said just a moment, she went and got the manager and again I heard them talk about me . He said to her ... Just take her money and tell her she can't eat here... I left in tears again and didn't return for over a month.

I would like to be treated the same as other customers. Including being allowed to use the washroom without them assuming your doing dope in it. They judge you at sight and tell u the washrooms are broken. It's a horrible feeling . I'd like someone to go into this location undercover and find out what's going on with management training staff to disrespect people whom are paying customers but may be homeless, or just look a bit rough.

McDonald’s on 7041 Parklane road, Columbia SC has a bad habit of turning away customers before closing hours. This has happened numerous of occasions, waiting in line at the drive through to get up to the window to be told they’re closed. McDonald's Sponsorship of Bubba Wallace

As a stockholder in your company, I want to know why a family oriented restaurant would continue to sponsor Bubba Wallace. He flipped the bird on live television during an interview. I’m sure it’s very expensive to sponsor a NASCAR racing team & he is an impediment to the family values that are associated with McDonalds. Please reconsider your sponsorship of him and find someone else who understands how to behave.

Desired outcome: Don’t sponsor Bubba Wallace any longer.

McDonald's For one I ordered from DoorDash

I ordered a steak, egg and cheese bagel with extra onions and extra breakfast sauce. a mocha frappe with extra whip cream and caramel drizzle and two apple pies first apple pies were not in there when I got my order the mocha frappe was half full with no whip cream and no caramel drizzle and let me tell you about my steak egg and no cheese bagel. It was the driest bagel I had ever add, considering there was no sauce at all and no onions. so I am very disappointed and not only that when I went to call them, they hung up on me twice and then the woman when I got a hold of her was acting like she could not hear me and asked me if I was a worker there. I told her I informed her that I was not a worker that I was a customer with a complaint. She said she did not have time for this. Can you please call back later and hung up on me again

McDonald's Service, ignorant employee

I ordered online and paid. My husband went to get it to have lunch with me at work. Drive thru was busy, so he went in and asked if he could get it. The girl went and got some kid. The kid got smart with my husband, saying what if he was under age, my husband told him then he shouldnt be a manager and that he wants to see a manager cause the kid got smart with him and told him it was a drive thru order. My husband told him i know but it was ordered ahead and since drive thru is backed up he came inside. The kid turned to walk away and said he was the manager, my husband asked what his name was and he told him he didnt need to give him that information, and if he didnt like it he would give us our money back and told us to go somewhere else. My husband went out to drive thru, gave the code then he got smart with him after he told him he had to go thru drive thru cause he wasnt getting our food quicker just cause he went inside. So my husband already waited 45 min and tols him to give us our money back cause its already been over 45 minutes and we didnt want the cold food. So my husband got my money back. Very rude and inconsiderate and this kid shouldnt be a manager. I deleted the app and wont ever order from their again.

For the last three weekends I was unable to order a Frappe on the McDonald’s App at the store on the China Spring Rd in Waco, Tx. It was incorrectly listed as unavailable. Each time I was able to order the frappe at the store but not on the app. I usually use the 20% off deal but for my other items but end up paying full price for the frappe. Please fix this in the app! Employees at the store say it’s beyond their control.

McDonald's Customer service

I visited McDonalds this morning at 6:09am ant the ruthness of the Lady who took my order was unacceptable. She did not greed me nor did she thanked because she was too busy talking to another Associate. No word was exchanged once I gave her my debit card to pay for my food. I ordered a number 1 with a coffee. At the window she ask me, what size of coffee I wanted, which I replied the size that comes with the meal. she stated, just tell me what size you want! I told her I would like a medium.

She charged my card and handed back never look at me or say another word. Once I collected my food I saw that she charged me extra an upcharge for me coffee! This was the worst customer service I encountered in a while. This location is very disappointing.

McDonald's I am complaining about the purchase of an arch-card.

On Wednesday, May 3rd, 2023 I purchased a Decaf Coffee using an Arch Card at 2891 Canyon Springs Parkway, Riverside, CA 92507. This transaction depleted the card. I asked the young man at the counter if I could have the card refilled. He agreed that it could be done. I used a bank card to pay for the refill, which was $20.00.

When I tried to use the card at another location, on May 12th; they told me that the card had a zero balance. I was shocked because I knew I had recently paid for the refilled card on May 3rd. This was a very busy time so I wanted to return to the same McDonald's where the purchase was made. I looked at my bank statement to assure that the charge was indeed made. My bank statement shows the purchase.

When I went back to the restaurant #12252, the manager wanted to reimburse me with a free meal. I told her $20.00 from my account is not a free meal. She offered 4 cards for free meals at "Only 4 Riverside" locations. I resent her telling me where I should spend my money. I am sometimes in L. A, San Bernardino, Rialto and numerous other cities in California.

She told me the time lapse from purchase time to when I returned to her store was too long and intimated that I could have brought in another used card. Since when do I have to use my card within a couple days or weeks after purchase, and how dare she think I would try to cheat her when I showed her the transaction from my bank statement.

Desired outcome: Apology, the restitution of $20.00 and restitution due to embarrassment both at the place that declined the unfilled card and where people were listening to her castigate me and impugn my character.

McDonald's Incorrect order

I went to McDonald's yesterday afternoon and I ordered 3 bundles 2 only mayo. and mustard and 1 only mayo and ketchup. I was charged for that order but once I got. home. I seen that I received 2 double chz burgers instead. So I tried calling and did that over 10 times but got no answer so I walked back up there and was telling a cashier what happened but was told that I was wrong so I threw away the food and walked out because I didn't want to go back and forth with anybody. I was really upset about it because I eat McDonald's on a regular basis and didn't like how I was treated yesterday so I said I wasn't going back anymore.

Desired outcome: I would like to get my order replaced and a refund if possible

I have been charged TWICE for a recent visit to McDonalds. I have emailed the outlet concerned, and got no reply.
Visited on the 15th April, got my credit card statement recently and have been charged twice.

McDonald's Service

I just went to McDonalds Rome-Hilliard and Rener Rd. in Hilliard, Ohio All I wanted was to place an order. Well after waiting 4-5 min. and watch 5-6 cars go by me (in the other lane) as I was waiting patiently, I was told to wait. So I did for about 2-3 minutes more and watch 3-4 cars go by me (in the other lane). Then I just got mad and drove off.

Desired outcome: Correct or fire staff member at inside window? Send me a card for my lost time for nothing?
