I arrived at the Russellville, Alabama restaurant to pickup my online order via curbside service at 7:30 pm. At 8 pm, after having not received my order, I went into the restaurant to check on it. I was greeted by the cashier who told me they were behind on orders. She did not ask for my order number or what I had ordered, she just turned and left the register area. Finally, at 8:23 pm I received my order with no apology whatsoever. I do not feel this acceptable service for any fast food restaurant. There was less than ten people in the dining room, and maybe 10 cars in the drive thru line. They appeared to be sufficiently staffed. I believe it was a result of poor management. Further more, my Big Mac had no pickles or lettuce, my wife’s Big Mac had no Big Mac sauce on it and they were out of Coke.
Desired outcome: I felt like the manager should have offered me a discount and/or an apology.
