McDonald's

Hello to whom this may concern,

I went to the McDonald's on 343 Broad st Providence RI. I ordered a Bacon McDouble and large Fry. 1st issue had to wait a long time in the drive through line which happens frequently there. 2nd issue. Pulled up to the window and was told to pull over to wait for my food. When they brought my food to me thr fries where not hot as they should be. The wrapper for the burger was half on. When I took the burger out the wrapper to eat it the sandwich was sloppy n cold. Had 1 very small piece of bacon on the burger.

To me this is unacceptable! Stuff like this happens a lot at this location. I'm not sure what can be done but I'm a little upset.
