BEWARE!

I bought some nba jerseys from lightinthebox.com(they have another site called Sellerkey.com), thinking they might be ligit because of the pictures. when i recieved them after a month i was very dissapointed. they dont look anyhting like hte picture. and they wont give me a refund but a coupon instead. thats ridiculous cuz im never using this site again.

The jerseys was sposed to be a swingman which means it should be stitched. the numbers looked like they were spray painted on the jersey. and there is no tags. its all mugged.

These guys just stick in nice pictures, bottom prices, once you pay, that`s it, you are ###ed, it is just a BIG BIG RIPOFF.

I NEVER received my order. When asking for a refund, customer support only says: "It's on its way, just keep waiting some more things usually arrive within 20, 45 or 90 days" (we're almost 3 MONTHS after order now!) and closes the ticket as "resolved". I ordered because the website said shipping within 2-3 DAYS - not MONTHS! This is not customer SUPPORT but customer FOOLING.

Still no product, no refund, no support. The complaint button to have this issue checked by a supervisor only goes to an "Access denied" page. Very convenient business politics - they make the customer FEEL as if they can complain but at the same time make sure they never actually RECEIVE any complaints!

All I get is SPAM emails although I never subscribed to a newsletter but UNsubscribed already multiple times but keep getting their SPAM.

Be wise - DO NOT order from LightInTheBox - they are SCAMMERS! They are taking your money and wasting your time.

Hi I ordered some shoes for you they took over a month to be delivered and now I have to pay a customs charge at the post office before I can get my item I was not informed of this when I purchased my item and I have already paid a delivery charge so I would like to be compensated for the customs charge please.

Initiate the Refund of my money and STOP making fool to customer.. I don't want this package now. Its been two months and I won't be able to check in postoffice as I'm not in delhi right now. Initiate the refund and I'll publish on the web that there is no guaranty of buying products from your site.

I placed an order for shoes and have not received them nor have any way of contacting anyone to track the package. The money came out of my account right away and it's been three weeks later and I still have no shoes. I am very disappointed!

I've ordered some shoes on the 12th of December with the express delivery. Order number [protected]

The shoes had a 24h shipping.

It was never mentionned they were coming from China.

They still haven't arrived, and they haven't arrived on time.

I would like a refund.

I had ordered a dress on 18 nov 2017. I have still not received my order. Today I logged in my account and it says no order. What will happen to my order now. I have already paid for it. It was for my 84 year old mother for Christmas. Today is December 28th my package has not arrived yet. Very disappointed. My name is Brenda Bethea. I submitted a dispute with my credit card. I would rather have my order, but that's likely to happen.

I ordered on 1/11 with expectation of 5-7days for shipping. Today is 22/11, so 21 days and no delivery, no information, no way to connect with customer service.

If they are not going to deliver, I need a full refund. If they are going to deliver, I need a date and tracking info.
