I contacted lg about a problem I was having with my lg dvd micro hi fi system model no fb1631. I was happy to pay the original 5.00 quoted. But as I got further into my inquiry I discovered these extra charges. At this point I closed down the site. I now find I have been charged $54.00 through my pay pal account. I would like a refund please. I am being told my inquiry is short on information the transaction number for pay pal is 8b1960823e828630p

I was originally told that I would get my $5.00 deposit back if I wasn't satisfied. I never did get an answer to my problem and was told I wouldn't have to pay the $64.00 for a technician. I did get a $5.00 refund on my Visa on or around Oct. 20th. The $64.00 was never approved on my account and it therefore disappeared. But on my account on Oct. 29th. I was billed for the entire $69.00. What in hell is going on. Do I need to cancel my account so that you won't get paid. I need feedback quickly or I will phone Visa and inform them the charge shouldn't be there.

I had forgotten my apple ID, so I requested your adviser to help with this. He was very polite and helpful, bfter many abortive attempts, he admitted he didn't know the answer and would go and ask someone else. This other person was equally at a loss to help, . We tried many methods. Resetting the APPLID password, resetting the SUM UP password etc. All to no avail.
I would like a refund please.

On the 12th of October having a problem with my computer I logged on to Just Answer, I was asked to pay a $5.00 fee for assistance, which I was happy to pay, however as the answer I was given did not help me I logged off.
I have just received my Visa account and note with dismay that I have been charged $74.00 for Tech Help, I did not get to communicate with a technician. Further to this I note that I have been charged a membership fee of $89.00, I was not asked if I wanted to be a member and indeed do not.
I would therefore ask that these sums be credited to my Visa card forthwith. I have found this whole episode very upsetting, being an older person I certainly can not afford this money. Also, I hope that by sending this report I am not going to be charged a fee.

you ruined my files
I called for help. I paid $25 and $39. Not sure why. I should get my money back. I couldn't get my email anymore and by the time they were finished, yes I can get email but in the meantime, all my other files were erased. I have to apply for forgot passwords, put in new ones for everything. Notes is an app which I had years and years of information in them, vital information that I literally consult on a daily basis. By the time they were through telling me what to do, I lost the information on my cell. They said, do this on your iPad. Are you sure? Because it's the only copy left. Yes. I did. iPad no longer had any notes. It's ok it's on the Cloud. Hook to your iPad to the laptop. I did. Those notes, the very last copy, erased. I've checked the cloud since, and yep. Erased. And I paid you for this? Inept, not helpful. Then I got disconnected. The first thing they ask when I get my call through is, what is a good number to reach you if we get disconnected? I told them. Did I get a call back? Of course not.
Yet I looked at my bank account and yep. You took my money.
Your experts are inexperienced, inept, fumbling idiots. Wait. I do have my email now. But in the meantime they removed some critical information.
I am NOT happy.
This was a waste of hours of my time.

Why does Just Answer keeps charging our Corporate credit card for unauthorized charges. There was a question someone submitted and paid the $5 charge, however an "expert" never got on to answer the question, and was disconnected. The corporate credit card was charged an extra $10 for the expert. Now, six months later, our corporate credit card is being charged again $34 for no reason. Please explain what this unauthorized charge is for and issue a refund.

justanswer secure remote assistance
I was given a refund on transactions [protected] for $5 and [protected] for $31 as I wasn't satisfied. However, requested a refund for the Secure Remote Assistance I was charged $39 for. When your "Secure Remote Assistance" person called me we got disconnected. A second person called me and she hung up on me after she said she couldn't make out what I was telling her. No one called me back after that so I didn't get any "Secure Remote Assistance". I am therefore asking for a refund of $39.

MR Glenn gilongs treated me very rudely, I was accused of asking questions and than refunding after receiving answers which is not true, he started giving me attitude and I refuse to use him as my tutor, in fact I asked for someone else to help me and he took my order instead which is very disrespectful, I hate JustAnswer, the refund also happened for a resosn, I used Mr Glenn once and he was a bad tutor, he didn't care to explain while another tutor did, I tried placing another order for another tutor and he still took me instead of the person I put in the message box, I am very disappointed and wish for this tutor to be removed for not following his correct job, I didn't ask for Mr Glenn I asked for another tutor and this is what happens, than I ask for another tutor and he said "PLZ POST YOUR QUESTIONS RIGHT NOW" that's unacceptable and when I asked for another tutor he just picked me up again and than k requested another and he still took me, it's very annoying

I needed an answer. I was prompted $5 to continue. No where in clear language did it state that another $23 Would be taken without my approval for the person answering my question. I made sure not to click on anything that stated "free trial" thinking, in the end, I'd only be charged $5. The $23 was not stated clearly enough for consumers to understand. This website then tried to charge another $28 for some other unknown reason, but my pre-paid card denied it thank God! This website needs to change the shady way it does business. Another thing is the fact that the "customer service" employees can barely speak English. I think she said I was getting a refund, but I could barely understand her poor English.

I joined under a 7 day trial period.I asked a question about my boiler, paid £5 and then waited and waited for a response.i messaged your expert on numerous occasions and was promised a response within a timeline.The timescales involved were never met.I was continually requesting some feedback all to no avail.
I did message that night saying how disappointed I was and that I wouldn't be joining or using you again.i now find that on 5th October you have now taken £25 from my account.if this is how your business model works then I would suggest that it is not very ethical.

taking money without authorisation from my bank
I signed up to JustAnswer a few weeks ago and asked a question. I got a pretty useless answer. The deal was that you could cancel membership after 5 days, which I did. I have now discovered that JustAnswer has taken over £30 from my bank account. I have tried to follow their website instructions to check whether they did cancel my account, as I had thought I had done, but there is no way of doing so. So I have been scammed by JustAnswer for over £30. And I cannot find any way (a) to get my money back and (b) ensure they will cease and desist from raiding my bank account.
Thanks. To be fair, the matter has been resolved and apparently my money is being returned. But I would never have noticed the deduction unless I had checked my bank account quite carefully.

i submitted a quesion to "just answer" and they connected me to someone else without telling me i had to pay for it. All it said was i had to give my credit card number for a fully refundable $5.00 deposit. It gave another option for a $35 call to the mechanic which i declined. I noticed it charged me for the $35 anyways, but I let it go giving them the benefit of the doubt (maybe i missed a detail, not the end of the world its $35). Now i see a pending transaction on my credit card from "just answer" for an additional $55.00 which i definitely did not consent to. Had i known I would have had to pay for their services i never would have considered using them, as it would cost me less to call a few of my friends who are all mechanics, or just straight up taken my car to the shop instead. I used the site merely out of curiosity, to try to research the symptoms of my car online, and now somehow im ending up paying $95 for something I pretty much knew the answer to already.

I paid for an answer to my problem with Internet America Airmail. I could not get on because I cannot remember the old password. I have tried over and over. I paid the company to find an answer and one was not found but later I received a text telling me that they would work further but for another $47.00. Although they have refunded me with 30 pounds paid for a service, I did not receive in a proper manner, they refunded to my bank card registered on the website, but this card and the account had been closed by the bank and the funds are now nowhere.The justanswer keep telling me that their payment processor shows successfully refunded and the funds has gone to the bank...on other side the bank tells me that the funds will bounce back to the sender, as there is no more bank account where the funds to arrive in...
