JustAnswer took my money without permission

This useless Just Answer Company advertised 5.00 one question and they took 46.00 out of my account for a membership. 1 simple question dont have A bunch of legal stuff. Ripped me off, I cancelled my debit card they will no longer rob me. So i called them got live person, could not resolve there told them i wanted my money back amd said they would have supervisor call me yep took my money doubt i will see it in same boat as everyone else.

JustAnswer reoccurring membership fee

I have never heard of this company. I have never used this company. They have been charging my amex account $78 per month for 7 months but they refuse to refund my money despite acknowledging that they can not locate an account under any of my email addresses or under the 10 (!) digits of my credit card that they claim they do not see. I keep telling them that I am looking at the charges from them on my credit card with their company name and the phone number that I am calling them on but they said that they can not see the charges so they will not refund them.
This company is a total and complete scam and have stolen over $500 of our money.

JustAnswer Justanswer solicitors

I set up for the five pound trial and didn't proceed as I didn't need the information that urgently and I'm not in a position to become a member.
I have now seen my most recent bank statement and JustAnswer solicitors have debited my account of a further 40 pounds for membership, using my credit card details.

JustAnswer money taken from my account that I was not aware of

I asked for help last weel had to pay $5.00 twice and then $48.00 plus $55.77 an now another $68.00 has gone from my account an nothing was resolved for me because the link I was sent didn't take me anywhere just lost the link and couldn't get it back unless I paid more money I dont want any more help as nothing came from your service do please don't takd any more money from my account please cancel I have no money left in my account for the week so please reimburse me the $181.77

Money was credited to my Master Card on Jan. 11 2019 as I cancelled request. Then on JAN [protected] another withdrawal on my card for $85.00 was taken off my card. Please deposit this amount back on card and END this I NEVER talked to a sole about appraising it was cancelled as soon as they were not ONE TIME FREE.and charged. THANK YOU

Money was credited to my card on Jan. ll 2019 as I cancelled the request. Then on Jan [protected] another withdrawal on my card for $85.00 was taken off my card. PLEASE deposit this amount back and End this as I never talked to a sole about appraraising it was cancelled as soon as they were going to charge me. THANK YOU.

On or about January 31, 2019, I was seeking help for a problem with a Trane furnace and attempted to use ‘Justanswer.com'. I provided my credit card info but was unable to ever get an answer or even a suggestion. I asked to cancel the transaction and to credit my card for the charge. Today, My records show I was charged $38.00 on January 31, 2019. My name is Joseph Otto from Chesterland, Ohio.

JustAnswer refund, no answer given

I need a refund of $46.00, since I submitted a question and received no answer. This is ridiculous, and a scam. Your company is preying on people who are desperate for answers. I was asking about a serious illness I have, and you just took my hard-earned money. The charge was made to my debit card on Feb. 13th, and I didn't even receive any sort of help or assistance.

JustAnswer refund

I'm seeking a refund of $46.00 charged to my credit on dec. 27, 2018. I paid the $5.00 upfront but i didn't know or see how to cancel. I'm sorry but i'm 75 yrs. Old and i can't pay this. Please consider my request. I didn't know that i was signed up for this site until i received my credit card statement.
I don't remember why i used this site but i'm sorry that i did for i'm haven a hard time trying to get refund. I won't use this site again.

I'm requesting a refund of $46.00 charged to my credit card in Feb and March of 2021. (96.00 Total)... I paid the $1.00 upfront but I didn't know or see how to cancel. This is very deceitful in how they conduct their business. Please consider my request. I didn't know that I was signed up for this site until I received my credit card statements.
I'm sad that I used this site and know having a hard time trying to get my refund. I won't use this site again.

JustAnswer I asked for help to set up skype paid the 5.00 that was asked but did not proceed

Asked for help to set up Skype on their help line asked a few questions was told to pay $5.00 which I did then they directed me to a tech for further help was going to cast $59.00 so I then left the site noticed on my credit card that the amount of $59.00 had been taken and for what at not time did I use a techs advise. I want that money back

Pls I needed to ask a question and they told me I couldn't ask until I pay and clearly I didn't want to pay so I decided to leave the site not knowing that I was charged for a service that I wasn't able to see my answer unless I paid and I didn't need their services again cos I was fine and now all my money in my account is gone without my knowledge and Please i need a refund of the money

JustAnswer charged without permission or knowledge.

Hi I used Justanswer regarding an automotive question and click to pay $5 (as stated) to answer a question.
There was a $36 or $38 fee for a phone call so I obviously didnt use that option.
and no other fees were stated.
There was no indication or request or summery to show that there would be anything other amount other than the $5 fee.
I would not have proceeded otherwise.

My account has been charged both amounts for some reason, so I will demand a refund of the $36 - $38 amount ASAP.

JustAnswer money deducted from credit card for? no service given

On 7th January 2019, we were attempting to install a new printer. We thought we were in the manufacturers site and asked for assistance. We were advised that a payment of $5 was required, so gave credit card details In good faith as was advised that the $5 would be refunded if necessary. Before any assistance was given we were able to solve our problem and advised consultant of this. He/she kept asking for information and repeatedly we advised that we no assistance was required. Several emails were sent to us, and each time, we answered that we did not require assistance. On checking bank details, is was discovered that not only was the initial $5 taken, but a further $44 and again $64 making a total of $113. The credit card will be blocked for any further deductions, but hope that refunds can be accepted. We are pensioners and cannot afford to throw money away on SCAMS. JustAnswer no answer to my question and charged me anyway

I n0ticed that you charged me 39.96 gbp fot nothing, as i never had an answer to my question.

Refund my money back.
I asked how to open an iveco daily 2001 van bonnet with a brocken cable.

Payment was effected on the 16 th december 2018 by banif bank malta
now i do not require your fake system i have opened it myself, again refund the money back ..

JustAnswer advice online

I did sign on for the trial membership for $5 and asked 1 question in August 2018 . Before the end of the 30 day trial period, I cancelled the membership which is hard to online. They don't have a form, so I sent them a message. I have been billed $46 per month since September 2018! …. Buyer beware! … I have contacted the credit card company to stop paying & filed a complaint.

I’ve had the same experience, I cancelled on their website during the trail period, stopped my direct debit with my bank & have just realised they’ve somehow still been taking £35 a month for the past 6 months. Beware!

I am writing in regard of fraud against me.I woke up his morning and was surprised to find out that my money was taken from my credit card on January 13, 2019, 46 usd by JUSTANSWER *MEMBERSHP [protected] CA . I do not recall ever using their website or services at anytime in my entire life. So I am very concerned about this situation and would like to solve this issue is soon as possible?What should I do? JustAnswer avoid this website!!!

I joined this website on their $5 trail basis to seek help with an immigration/visa issue. Though the person I messaged with was very helpful, the company charged me the full $46 membership account fee shortly after my signing up with no notice at all and I immediately cancelled the account within literally SECONDS! They absolutely refuse to refund me. They will steal your money!

JustAnswer legal advice

This is the second time I am having to write a complaint which is quite thought provoking as a result of the way a complaint is submitted.
After being satisfied with the answer from the question being asked from a legal perspective and donating £5 for the privilege, after pursuing through my bank statement, i then found out that an additional £40 was deducted from my account, to allocate me to a membership to this site or company, to which i was not expecting. Is this practice common or normal at have additional monies added to the request for legal advice, masked by having to be put into a membership of something I have not been made aware of. Rather thought provoking. Will look forward to reading the excuse.

JustAnswer a appraisal they wanted 5,00 and they would give appraisal of vintage dishes

I went online to see about appraising some vintage China and this place never gave answer but they took 5 bucks and was trying to charge my bank 67 more dollars and then charge me 83 dollars a month from now until I cought it.it could have went on for months if I had not had the ping set up on my phone for money leaving my account to alert me. Theses guys are Thiefs people be. Cautious or be Taken for a RIDE.

complaint/just answer/auto billing. on 04/05/18 I called just answer on internet and talked to a tax advisor named robin D. .It said it would cost 5.00$ and I could ask for a refund .She was unable to help me with my state tax question That order I:D: # was [protected]-460 .I then asked for a refund .First Refund confirmation on 04/19/18 at 10:40 am transaction ID: [protected] amount $5.00 C.C. ending 3756 Time 7:12 pm .on my internet mail address.Second refund confirmation on 04/19/18 at 10:40 am transaction ID:[protected] amount $41.00 card ending 3756 time 7:12 pm .But I never gave them consent to be billed for a Membership at $ 41.00 in Just answer ! And I thought I was given a Refund I was not! So now I find I have been getting Auto Billing from Just Answer *Membershp for $46.00 gives a phone # [protected] on my bank statement Every month middle of every month for Membershp $46.00 I did not provide my consent to this company to debit my Credit Card and should be immediately Refunded To the amount of $455.00 .The amount of $455.00 should be Refunded for following Debits.:04/05/18 amount $5.00 //;04/09/18 amount $41.00 //;04/16/18 amount $46.00 //; 04/19/18 amount $41.00 //;05/15/18 amount $46.00//; 06/15/18 amount $46.00 //;07/16/18 amount $46.00 //;08/15/18 amount $46.00 //;09/17/18 amount $46.00//; 10/15/18 amount $46.00 11/15/18 amount $46.00 total = ($455.00) As seen on my bank statement.
