Visited this site 10/20/2024, I received the worst service ever with Abate (Cashier) when placing order. He argued with my order regarding pork sausage breakfast. I don't eat pork and informed him the order was incorrect. Proceeded to explain that Turkey Sausage was ordered. He and a co-worker began to argue about what I ordered. After paying $10 for the incorrect order in front of other customers, this is not acceptable by any means. I was embarrassed, nervous and beyond upset to even video this. Too early in the morning for this type of nonsense. He doesn't understand English and needs a course.

I am a repeat customer of Dunkin. I recently saw on a visit Tuesday they were unpacking the Halloween buckets. I checked the webpage/APP, and nothing was listed. I checked again the next day, and nothing was listed. So, I goggle searched and found the buckets were to be available beginning on October 16, for a limited time. I ordered 50 assorted munchkins hoping they will place them in the special bucket for my grandsons. When I got to the location the gentleman handed me the regular box and I asked him about the special buckets, he said they sold out the first day. I repeated the story, and he just said sorry, we are trying to get more. I guess what really got me upset is that when I dropped them at my grandson's home, the assortment was just two kinds, glazed and some mystery hole... No powered, no blueberry, no chocolate, no special Halloween sprinkle, no pumpkin, etc... Now my daughter called, and they won't eat them they are not kid friendly.

To whom it may concern, I went to Dunkin on Saturday, @ 4793 west Tilghman St Allentown, pa. I order 1Donut, 1 Muffin, was so hard to peel off the paper cup and when I tried to pull apart, it was so hard I could throw it at a wall and the wall would crumble. The donut was the same way, hard, and may been stale. I ordered the food @Dunkin in Allentown, pa.

2 Lg Ice Swt Tea & 2 Boston Kreme

Price $23.24

What I received instead of 2 Iced Teas, was 2 Cold Brew Coffee's, also, they only gave me 1 6pc Hash Brown, not 2.

I frequent this store every Friday, so I am very disappointed about their mistake. This needs to by made right.

I got one dozen donuts on Aug 25, 2023 and the Bavarian Ceam with chocolate frosting seems to have no parifin thus causing the chocolate to be it a liquid state and running off the donuts. Even having placed some in fridge made no difference. Needless to say it gets all over your hands and creates a huge mess. Service there is subpar also, they get my order wrong most of the time.

I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts in Fort Dodge and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with the way one of the workers was treating her colleagues. She was calling them names and being really disrespectful, which made everyone else look unhappy and like they didn't want to be there. I don't know who she was or what her name was, but she was a bigger girl with short hair and dark skin. It was really uncomfortable being there because of her behavior.

Usually, the workers at Dunkin' Donuts are happy and cheerful people, especially when Nick and Stacey are working. They're always on the go and very helpful. I hope they're still there!

I just wanted to let you know that several customers were upset with how this worker was behaving. It's not a good look for Dunkin' Donuts and it's not fair to the other workers who are doing their best. I hope you can address this issue and make sure everyone is treated with respect.

This place is like, really bad. I mean, I wouldn't even give it a 1 point rating, ya know? I've called Dunkin like, 4 times and they haven't done anything to fix my problem. Like, if you have a serious issue, don't even bother because they won't help you at all. And don't even think about getting what you actually ordered. Like, read the reviews, one person got super sick and another person had coffee grounds in their cup. My experience was just terrible. I'm like, lactose intolerant, so I always make sure to order stuff without dairy. But my order was missing stuff and had dairy in it. It's like, come on, how hard is it to get an order right? I think the owner's name is Tracey, but she doesn't even respond to you, even though Dunkin corporate says they've asked her to follow up. I was sick for two whole days after spending $7 on a treat for myself. Like, seriously, don't let this happen to you. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Dunkin location if you want their coffee.

I went to Dunkin' Donuts at the Plaza Sing branch on January 4th, 2023 at around 12:20 pm. When I arrived, there was an employee on the phone with someone in the back, and there was no one at the counter to take our order. I signaled to him to take our order, but he continued to be on the phone without taking our order. We stood there for about 5 minutes waiting for him to take our order until he finally got off the phone and took our order. He apologized after getting off the phone and said "I'm sorry," to which I responded, "It's okay," and turned around to talk to my friend. However, the employee raised his voice and said, "I said I was sorry," in a very rude and threatening manner.

Shortly after that, while packing our order, I asked him, "Can I have a bag with that?" He replied in the same rude tone, "Of course, sir. Why would I not give you a bag? I can't give it to you in a box just like this." Overall, I was very displeased with the customer service and rude tone of the employee.

I understand that everyone has bad days, but as a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and kindness. The employee's behavior was unacceptable, and it made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope that Dunkin' Donuts will take steps to ensure that their employees are trained to provide excellent customer service and treat customers with respect. I would like to continue to visit Dunkin' Donuts, but I hope that my next experience will be better.

So, me and my buds went to Dunkin' Donuts the other day and we hit the drive-thru. I was feeling like a macchiato, but I don't like it too milky, ya know? So, I asked the girl if they could make it on the darker side. And let me tell you, she was not having it. She was all like, "ma'am, we have a measuring system, it comes out the way it does!" Like, excuse me? I just want my coffee a certain way, is that too much to ask? So, I tried to explain myself again, and she was just so rude about it. She was like, "ok ma'am, you want it on the darker side! Cool!" I mean, come on, I buy these drinks like three times a day, I deserve a little respect, right?

Anyway, when I got to the window, the girl there was super nice and apologetic about her coworker's behavior. She even agreed that the girl was rude. Her name was Tabatha, and let me tell you, she needs to learn how to treat customers. I mean, I know Dunkin' Donuts wouldn't want someone like that representing their company, you know what I'm saying? As a business owner myself, I know how important it is to have good customer service.

But, I gotta say, my macchiato was actually really good. It came out just the way I wanted it, on the darker side. So, I don't wanna slander Dunkin' or anything, because I really do enjoy their coffee. But, I just wanted to share my experience and let them know that they need to work on their customer service skills.

I put in my order online for some Dunkin' Donuts and scheduled it to be picked up at 10:20. The coffee was really good, but the customer service was terrible. I don't want to say the person's name because I don't want to embarrass them, but they need to be fired or reevaluated. When I asked for my order, they slammed the coffee on the counter and walked away. They didn't even listen to the rest of what I had to say, even though I was also waiting for some munchkins. Before that, I said "excuse me ma'am" and they just looked at me and walked away. I'm a teenager and I work long shifts in the restaurant industry, so I know how important it is to be nice to customers. I didn't disrespect them in any way, so there was no reason for them to treat me like that. It's okay to have an attitude if someone is being rude, but I was just trying to get my coffee and go.

Every time I come to this Dunkin' Donuts, there's always some excuse. Either they didn't see my order or there's a long line in the drive-thru. That's not a good excuse. If you're going to work in customer service, you need to be able to handle situations like this. I hope they can improve their customer service because the coffee is really good. Have a good day!

Anyway, after all that drama, I decided to go to Dunkin' Donuts to get some coffee and donuts. And let me tell you, it was a much better experience. The line was short and moved quickly, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered a medium coffee with cream and sugar, and it was just the way I like it.

As for the donuts, they had a great selection to choose from. I ended up getting a glazed donut and a chocolate frosted donut. Both were fresh and delicious. The glaze on the glazed donut was just the right amount of sweetness, and the chocolate frosting on the other donut was rich and creamy.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience at Dunkin' Donuts. The coffee and donuts were great, and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick and tasty breakfast or snack. And if you're in the mood for something sweet, be sure to try their donuts. You won't be disappointed!

This review is for Dunkin' Donuts on Inman Ave in Edison, NJ. I gotta say, this place is not good. I've been there a bunch of times and every time I go, I see the same thing - the girl who takes your money also makes your coffee with the same dirty gloves on. It's gross, man. Especially now with all this corona stuff going on, you'd think they'd be more careful about hygiene. But nope, they just keep doing the same thing.

Last time I was there, I finally said something to the girl. I asked her to please give me a cup that she didn't touch with her dirty money gloves. And you know what she did? She got all mad and started yelling at me! Can you believe that? I was just trying to look out for my health, and she acted like I was asking for the moon or something.

Anyway, I don't go to that Dunkin' Donuts anymore. There's another one down the road that's much cleaner. If you're in the area, I'd recommend going there instead. My username on their page is biddogs, if you want to read my other reviews.
