On 03/03/2024 my wife and I spent 10 minutes in line at their new location in Smiths Station Alabama at which time th manager informed us and several others that she could not take any more orders to short staffing. Today 03/05/2024 we gave them one more try, this time at the drive through. Got to the window and I asked for a receipt and was told they had no receipt paper. I then asked why the order was over 1 dollar more than advertised and I was told (after a back and forth) that they were out of regular sized cups which meant I was overcharged with no advanced notice. Staff was unprofessional and manager was condescending.

We had been seeing commercial for chicken bites and mac n cheese. Went to get 3 of them. A guy inside with a pink Hoodia on, picked them up and smashed them up against his stomach. Brought them to me with no bag and acted like I was a bother to get one. Long story short I asked for a refund he kept arguing with me as to why I wanted the manager. I finally got a refund but it was a fight to get it.

I went to Jack's Family and it was a bit of a letdown. My order wasn't ready when I got there and when I finally got it, it wasn't even correct. The person behind the counter seemed to be struggling and asked for help, but didn't get any. The service was just bad overall. To make matters worse, the food was cold when I finally got it. I was really disappointed with my experience at Jack's Family.

I went to Jack's Family in Bremen, GA and it was a pretty bad experience. The lady who took my order in the drive-thru was really rude and seemed like she didn't want to be there. I ordered two meals and when I got them, the food was cold and tasted terrible. The fries were also really disappointing, there were hardly any and they didn't have any flavor. Overall, it was the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant and I definitely wouldn't recommend going to Jack's.

I've been chowing down at Jack's Family for a hot minute now, and let me tell ya, this one location (JACKS #335) is a real doozy. I've been coming here for about a month now, and I gotta say, the food is either burnt to a crisp or colder than a polar bear's toenails. And don't even get me started on the employees. They're about as friendly as a cactus in a desert. I've been to plenty of Jack's locations in my time, but this one takes the cake for being the absolute worst. I don't know what's going on over there, but they need to get their act together. Save yourself the trouble and skip this location, folks.

So, I finally got to try Jack's Family restaurant and let me tell you, it was quite an experience. I arrived at 10:00 AM and boy, was I in for a wait. I sat in line for a whopping 58 minutes! Can you believe it? I was getting pretty antsy, but I figured the food must be worth it if so many people were willing to wait in line for it.

When I finally made it up to the counter, I was pretty frustrated. I told the lady to let the manager know that I had been waiting for almost an hour and that I wouldn't be coming back. I mean, I understand that sometimes there are long lines, but this was just ridiculous. This wasn't my first time waiting, but it was definitely the longest.

Despite the long wait, I have to say that the food was pretty good. I ordered a burger and fries and they were both cooked to perfection. The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the fries were crispy and delicious. I also tried their milkshake, which was creamy and sweet.

Overall, I would say that Jack's Family restaurant is worth a try if you're in the area. Just be prepared to wait in line for a while. But hey, if you have the time and patience, it's definitely worth it for the tasty food.

I gotta say, I really enjoy chowing down on some grub at Jack's Family. The food is top-notch, but I gotta warn ya, the folks working there can be a bit of a hassle. I went to Jack's Family restaurant the other day and it wasn't a great experience. The lady who was running the place had dreads in her hair and she didn't seem to be doing a very good job. I ordered some chicken and waited for 30 minutes, but nobody came to acknowledge me or give me my food. It was really frustrating because I had already paid for it in the drive-thru. I don't know what was going on, but it seemed like they forgot about me. This happened on October 2nd, 2022 at 6:24pm. I hope they can improve their service because I don't want to have a bad experience like that again.

The Jack's Family restaurant in Stevenson, Alabama could use some serious sprucing up. When you walk in, the smell of old grease hits you like a ton of bricks. It's not just the smell, though - you can taste it in the food too. It's a real shame, because some of us have been loyal customers for years. But lately, we've been thinking about taking our business elsewhere - maybe to McDonald's or Burger King.

It's not like the solution is rocket science, either. All they need to do is clean the place up! The deep fat fryers are in dire need of a good scrubbing. It's hard to enjoy your meal when you're worried about what kind of germs might be lurking in the kitchen. And it's not just the fryers - the whole place could use a good deep clean.

It's a shame that it's come to this. Jack's used to be a great place to grab a quick bite to eat, but now it's just kind of gross. We're not asking for anything fancy - just a clean, well-maintained restaurant where we can enjoy our food without worrying about getting sick.

We hope that the folks at Jack's take our feedback to heart and make some changes. We don't want to have to leave, but if things don't improve soon, we might not have a choice.

I recently visited Jack's Family restaurant in Henderson, TN and I must say, I was a bit disappointed with the service. While the drive-thru orders were being served at record speed, the dine-in customers were left waiting for a good 15 minutes after paying for their orders. It seemed like the new young assistant manager was more focused on the drive-thru than the dine-in customers. It was quite frustrating to see that they were not able to manage the restaurant properly.

The food, however, was delicious and worth the wait. The burgers were juicy and the fries were crispy. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere and was clean. The staff was friendly, but it seemed like they were understaffed.

Overall, I would recommend Jack's Family restaurant for their tasty food, but they need to work on their service. The new assistant manager needs to learn how to manage the restaurant properly and give equal attention to both dine-in and drive-thru customers. I hope they improve their service soon, as I would love to visit again.

I went to Jack's Family and I gotta say, the customer service needs some work. The cashier was cool and all, but the lady in the drive-thru was straight up rude. She was talking about how it wasn't her fault that people were waiting so long. Like, come on, that's not how you talk to customers.

Then, when I was inside waiting in line, the lady in front of me didn't get her change back because they didn't have any. She had been waiting for like 30 minutes, and the manager with the braids just yelled out that she didn't have time for that. That's not cool, man. We're paying customers and we deserve to be treated with respect.

Honestly, I want my money back and I think those employees need to be fired. They clearly don't care about us and that's not how you run a business.

I recently ordered from Jack's Family through DoorDash and I must say, the food was absolutely amazing! However, my experience at the Crestwood location left a lot to be desired. The attitude of the staff was quite disappointing. It seemed like they weren't using team leadership or treating each other as coworkers properly. In my opinion, a new team lead crew is needed or a serious meeting with the female staff members is necessary.

The male staff members were humble and nice, especially the one who took my order. However, nobody was helping him even though he was wearing a team lead shirt. The African American lady with a tall top bun and a grey team lead shirt on was using irritable profanity in front of elderly people, which was quite unpleasant. I believe that the morning shift needs to be improved.

Despite the poor customer service, the food was top-notch and the male staff members were awesome. I hope that the management takes note of the issues and takes steps to improve the overall experience for customers.

We've wasted more money than we've felt was spent acceptably even for the lowest standards of fast food. I understand that it makes us stupid for continuing to hope. I'm trying to get the rest of the family against that. For now, see attached image.

This jacks by far is worst with the rude manager named stephanie that closes inside of restaurant on sunday and left drive thru open only which is backing up traffic n road and blocking access to get out on any roads and to has station,there shouldnt be any reason to close the inside of store. She is not mgr material and i can guarantee you that store is missing more than food... shes a thief along with her husband and thats a fact,they stole money 2 years ago from the youth kids football money,what a mgr yall pick

My family and I love the food at jacks but the cleanliness and service is getting bad. Yesterday my son in law said the place was so dirty. Today I went after church. Bathroom dirty. Again no inbone chicken. Guy not friendly. Wet and dirty by order counter and enclosed picture of eating area. Was not too busy. I said you know this place is a mess don't you? He said I apologize we've mopped that twice but mopped wet paper towels under seating counter. I said what about bathroom and spill in eating area. Again I apologize I wasn't aware. I'm a sr I don't make much. If I'm paying good money I wasn't good food and a clean dining experience. Have a lobby person always. I know about bottom lines I also know what happens when amazing places don't stay amazing

The manager working at Jack's location on Lorna road Hoover. on Saturday morning at 9:09 am was a low down black female. she was terrible in the drive thru. when I asked for her to come to the window. she told her employees to tell me "No". that's when I called her the stupid [censored] she was. and from there the cursing began. your store was full of customers. she told me to get the [censored] out of her mother [censored]ing drive thru. amongst much more ...like the spending customer was wrong for simply asking her to come to the window. she needs to be fired. I could tell she has the whole staff walking on eggshells. ILL NEVER GO TO A JACKS AGAIN!

My daughter has been working at jacks for a while she decided to go back after leaving because the management was awful so she went to another jacks (no better) anyway she changed banks because she was having problems with her bank and missing money so wen she changed over she was told it will be 7 days till she gets paid cause payroll was already done well it's been two weeks and she still hasn't got paid yet. And the manager at this store( Hokes bluff,Al) seems unconcerned about if she gets paid or not . She has bills just like they do. People complain if ur bills not paid on time but wat can u do wen the place u work for don't pay you, and don't try to help you figure out why u haven't gotten paid. Need mind you my daughter may work there ( for now) but I don't go there for nothing not even for water

y. But when Jack's Family is open, it's worth the wait. The burgers are juicy and the fries are crispy. I always get the classic cheeseburger with a side of onion rings. The staff is friendly and always greets you with a smile. The prices are reasonable and the portions are generous. I also love their milkshakes, especially the chocolate one. The only downside is that the seating area is a bit small, so it can get crowded during peak hours. Overall, Jack's Family is a great spot for a quick and delicious meal.
