I was at the Duncan Doughnuts. in 5th & Luzerne St. in Philadelphia Pa. @ 9:45 am at the drive thru window. I ordered two Maple Bacon egg and cheese sandwiches and two regular bacon egg and cheese sandwiches. I asked the cashier if there are clearly marked to distinguish the difference between the 2 sandwiches when they are wrapped. She said she did not know since she did not cook them.
It is clearly understood that if she is the cashier, she is not the cook . Her response should have been that she is not sure of they are wrapped differently to tell the difference between the 2 items. I am sure there are many other unemployed citizens who would appreciate that job a lot more than she. Her arrogant attitude tells me she does not .

I went to Dunkin Donuts on S Van Dorn street in Alexandria, VA early in the morning. It was busy so I stayed a while and watched. The guy who did the main handing of the food to customers had his mask down, but that is not the main issue. He didn't have gloves on and his hands looked terrifyingly dirty, filth around his nails, his clothes and general hygiene looked terrible.

I wonder does DD give any training in this regard or run any audits? Do they check if their employees have any transmittable diseases like bacteria?

I am a regular customer at this location. I believe they hired a new manager, I'm not completely sure, I have never seen her before... Spanish/Mexican. This is not about racism or anything like that because I have Mexican roots. This is about professionalism in a place of business. She was not only rude to me but her employees as well. It seems to me she rise by belittle people and bullying them. I hope this review finds it way to whom own this business. Please do not go there to spend your money until they remove this person.

I am a starbucks person. I will never again go to a dunkin donuts. Today I went to the store across from the Bay Pines VA Hospital where I was picking up a friend from a test. I knew he would be hungry, I ordered from the flyer I received that morning which said 2 bagels and cream cheese $4. I was charged the full price... When I asked the female cashier she said that is what the computer says. I said it is a special for $4. The boy that handed me the bag was nasty and cursing - claiming I snatched the bag. Even if I did "snatch" the bag his cursing at me did not help my mood after being ripped off for the second time. The first time I went to another dd and ordered off the big sign in front. I wanted 2 specials that were $3 each. Should be 6 plus tax. I was charged 9 and change... again the computer is what they read and not one bit of common sense. Never again.

I went to the dunkin donuts this morning for 2 cold brew drinks, 1 iced coffee and 2 chocolate coated donuts. After the lady handed me my cup holder tray(which she almost dropped) and it started to buckle on the one side of carrier. My cold brew spilled all over my car. She refused to give me another one unless i paid again. I asked to please speak with a manager..while i am still in the drive thru ..she comes back moments later and tells me there is no manager and that she is charge and if I wasnt going to buy another cold brew I needed to get out of the line. I left as i didnt want any conflicts. When i got home, the 2 donuts I had ordered ..all the chocolate was melted off. It is not hot here today...just a rainy day. I am a daily dunkin drinker/eater..and I normally visit another location. My email is [protected]@hotmail.com and my number is [protected]. The lady didnt give me a receipt either but my order number on my cup is #1416 @1046am.

I ordered an iced cappuccino with hazlenut and skim milk on the app at aout 10:24 this morning. After waiting in a non-moving line for 20 minutes, I got to the window. Nobody there - though three young staff were moving around inside, despite no customers being in the shop. After a while somebody came to the window and asked for my order. I gave my order number, and she handed me a cup. At that point I had to hurry off. Otherwise I would have driven back and gone inside to complain. There was no hazlenut, and I'm not sure they had remembered to put in the coffee. It tasted like iced skim milk poured over the dregs of some grounds. Unacceptable.

The District Manager Lisa at the Henderson location is a nasty, horrible, unprofessional manager. My daughter took on her 1st job at 17 with Dunkin and she loved it. She wanted more hours so she went to help at a different location which is the one in Henderson that I am complaining about.

1st let me tell you when I called to speak with Lisa about what was going on she had another employee answer the phone then leave me on hold for 5 mins to be hung up on. When I called back Lisa answered so rudely I was instantly angered, she yelled at me, over talking me so I know she is mistreating these teenagers, let's start there!

Now Lisa is changing the schedule daily due to so many people quitting. She told my daughter not to take a picture and to just call in daily. That right there is very unprofessional, My daughter was late a couple of times and Lisa decides to yell at her and tell her she shouldn't be there. That is harassment! My daughter went into the bathroom and cried at work and then called me.
She leaves the teens unattended and just leaves. There was a situation where a customer was irate and yelling demanding her refund and then demanding the food still. Lisa was not there nor was there an adult there to help delegate. She also allows 2 friends to work together when my daughter was told she and her cousin were not allowed. They got hired together. I believe it's a racial issue due to the 2 different races and one was allowed and the other was not.
Lisa allows her employees to come into work straight from the hospital with an IV still in her arm. She had an infection in her toe and was tested for Covid 19 bc she had the symptoms. How is she still the district manager?

My daughter wants to file a complaint against her this will not be tolerated and she will learn from me not to tolerate terrible management just for a check at a young age!

I put in a complaint 2wks ago and got no where with it I am very disapointed and very rarely go there anymore was a almost daily costumer not now Iwould be told to wait and someone would be with me shortly when there was no one else in drive thru made my coffee wrong more than once I said something once they I will make it right this time for you but never said they were sorry about it

First the store was out of not only the product but the cups!
They charged my card anyway but said they couldn't refund me at the store
I had to "email" someone! So I called & they said it could take up to 7 days for my refund! So they took my money for product they didn't have & I have to wait on them to decide when to give me my money back! Will never go back!

I first tried the egg croisant Sandwich while traveling in the north east before there were franchises of DD in Dayton Ohio. I couldn't believe it was freshly made on good bread. I was so happy when franchises opened here in Dayton. The first sandwich had was at the new store on Woodman. It was good as I remembered it on NewYork state freeway and in Boston area stores I encountered on trips. Since covid however no matter which store I try whether in Miamisburg, Huber Hts, Dayton, Kettering I am served a sandwich that is not even as good as BurgerKings' which is considerably cheaper often selling for$2ea. The bread at DD is like a parker house roll disguised as a croissant. At every location the egg is not fresh being reheated from frozen and sometimes is still cold and wet and mealy in texture. I complained only once but going thru the wait in line to complain is too time consuming. I know your main thing is coffee and I don't drink coffee. But I do drink your teas which have usually been well prepared quite well. Now while the cost of this horrible sandwich is cheaper than when it was well made going from $5+ dollars it still is too high for it's price of nearly $4. Panera Tim Hortons and others have fresh eggs but even Burger Kings croissant sandwiches for about $2 ea aren' served cold and wet!

dunkin donuts display a colorful picture of 6 varities of donuts for 330 inr in swiggy. But getting delivered is jus a plain glazed donuts.. this is cheating customers and its not fair business.. very cheap biz trick and shame on you.

I went to your Amherst location in the Big Y parking lot on University Ave. I ordered a grilled cheese, What a disappointment!, the cheeses were bland and not melted, they left the paper on the cheese The sandwich tasted like poached bread, no crisp, no grilled marking at all. The crust was impossible to bite through. The flavors were not good. You need to do something about this product, train your people how to use the speed ovens in the location which can crisp and brown the sandwiches well.

I make the same order every day. Medium hot coffe and croissant with cream cheese toasted. I have the same breakfast everyday. After rubbing cream cheese between the croisant, he toasted it. Cream cheese melted and became like water! I told him prepare again he said I dont have any more croissants. I wanted to cancel my order. He canceled the croissant but didnt cancel the coffee! I also wanted to cancel the coffee because I was going to order another dunkin donats. That employee was very rude. He turned me on. I dont know the name of the employee who took care of me, but I know he is from Morocco. And supervisor s name Emily.

I'm a Starbucks regular, but on one day I stopped in a Dunkin shop and got some doughnuts and saw a display for the midnight blend. I tried it and it blew my socks off. Problem is, it wasn't brewed and had to wait. If you had it by the pound I would purchase it. My complaint is that in the 2 or 3 stores I stopped at it is never brewed, and when I wait for it, there is such a difference in the boldness of it. Today I stopped in again and, to be honest it was very weak. The first time I got it, it was perfection but since then its pot luck if I order it. What's going on? I love it, will it be coming out by the pound?
