In Issaquah dollar tree no severice on the floor they are either doing the cashier or back room I am very disappointed with the severice on the floor top shelf to the second high shelf and etc...also mangers accusing people in general of stealing before it happens they say keep an eye out in case of stealing Lynette and Alexis do that all the time. Also trying to want me out of the store of dollar tree store in Issaquah on the date of February [protected] up to 6:00 pm both nights in a row.

A bully that is making hostile work environment for one women.
I was checking out in check out lane 2 with a very nice young man. When I white women (employee) came in clocked in and went right to work to only be bullied harassed, and is now working in a hostile work environment all by a black girl (yes girl, no women would talk to anyone the way she talked to her) that just came out of the office yelling so loud everyone in the store heard. My mother was still in the store walking around shopping as I was checking out and leaving. She said I will be better when I can hit someone In The face. Clearly she was talking about the women who just clocked in. She then started demanding the women (employee) to talk to her. The very nice women who is now being bullied harassed, and is embarrassed, never lost her cool. The other employee keep demanding her to talk to her by calling her a [censored], also called her a liar. The other woman just told her it’s not the timer place and the girl came back with. You’re gonna talk to me now, so the other employees said the same thing it’s not the timer place. She began saying some harsh words and told her she better watch her back if she’s can’t handle this right now by talking to her right now. She then yelled out come on [censored] talk to me. The other employee said again it’s not the time and place and there’s customers and children in here. Can she please stop cussing. So the bad employee leaves. The male cashier told me he was sorry as I left and I kept feeling like that poor woman needed me to come back in and talk to her so I did and she said she was fine and didn’t need my assistance because I had offered to go to the management. She refused my help several times that’s why I’m here on the company page. I really feel that this poor employee should not have had to go through this or have to go through this so a few days later I went back and the women was not working but the other one was. I said to myself why does she still have a job after that. It bothered me so bad that I asked the young lady at the cash register where the store manager was. She said she didn’t know she was supposed to be there two hours ago and still has not showed up but is there something I can help you with? I told her no because I really wanted to talk to the store manager about an incident that happened the other day. The girl at the cash register said oh the incidents between the two managers I replied I guess they’re both managers or employees whatever but yes. The cashier Said what happened was wrong and that the other employee should not have to work under those threats, harassment and so forth, but the store manager was not gonna do a thing because that’s the way she is so would be no use and going to her and she gave me a website to go on and make a complaint or call. So I did so anonymously and long and behold I go back in the store on Friday morning which it was a week ago that it had happened and that girl that said those harsh for words was still there. I am beside myself is to why she is still there. And where was the other employee did they fire her or what. I asked the cashier and she said she did not no. So with all that being said I went to looking for other options to help the poor women. Needless to say they have not done anything and I guess there not going to. So just as soon as I left I called my uncle who is a labor attorney and he is going to try and reach out to dollar tree corporate office. He said he should hear back from them by Monday he hope. But in the mean time I made a call to the Better Business Bureau and fox 6 on your side. They both said it may take a few weeks but they both said they will get on it as soon as they can. But until I can find this young lady (wish I would have looked at her name tag) I can’t help but to feel like I have let her down. My mother said she know another employee that works there and that they are all plotting to get her job. Please people please help this young lady out by getting helping me find her and her name. She may not want to do any of this but I HATE a bully and I have worked somewhere and got harassed. So I know how it feels to work in a hostile work environment. But if you ask me, the store manager is no store manager if she’s gonna let that happen and not do anything about it in the girl who did this her day will come when she gets to those Golden Gate in the Lord tells her she’s going to hell.
Desired outcome: The employee that was discriminating, harassing and bullying another employee needs to be punished to the full extent.

Customers lined up at register only one cashier. Mgr not in store. Cashier called for help 3 times and no one came. Waited 20 minutes to get help with balloons.
I got yelled at by the cashier trying to help get the balloons out of the rack. Trying to help. mgr finally came in the store with drink in her hand. I told her I had been waiting to get balloons filled. She commented it would be a minute after I had already waited 20 minutes. No greeting from her at all then she disappeared into the office. In trying to make sure I had all my balloons a customer accused me of being too close to her. I have never been so upset over a store visit. I intend to pass the word to all my friends and family NOT to shop in this store. I realize help is difficult to find now but I suggest you close this store if you can't get any better help than you have now. This was on Saturday 2/25/23. I use that store regularly however some days it is not open on time or not at all. I will not shop there again.
Desired outcome: Written apology from the manager of that store and from CEO of Dollar Tree. This will ensure that the corporate management is aware of how that store is being ran in their absence.

I visited Moscow, Idaho Dollar tree on Wednesday 2/15/23, at 11:30 am.
It appeared that. Tornado had hit. I asked one of the gals stocking shelves. She said she was gone for 5 days and didn’t know what had happened. She said that they are short staffed.
It’s usually pretty messy in the aisles, but this day it was extremely bad.

Cleanliness
On 2/18/23 I went to your store at 2915 North Belt Highway St. Joseph, Mo 64506. As I arrived I noticed how dirty the store was on the outside. Although they have taken pride at the inside of your store. The outside is surrounded by trash. It appears they are just throwing the trash out the side doors instead of putting it directly in the trash bins that are five feet away. I have uploaded a picture for you to see. I read on your site that you are environmentally friendly. This store does not appear to share your beliefs. Please clean up the environment.

It is not the neighbors. There is not a housing addition in site. It is from there building.

I live in Tacoma, WA. And I go to a lot of your stores, so I am not complaining because it only happened once. 2 of your stores are just filthy, disgusting stores, one of them is off of 38th st. And the other is off of 72nd st. The floors have black gooey stuff all over floors and it's been there for at least a year. The shelves have never been straightened out, you can never find what you're looking for. This is only a couple of things, there are a lot more. The employees are rude, etc. Now I know some customers are just messy not putting things back and are rude but they can't blame them for everything. Most people won't go in. Please do something.

I’m an elderly woman recovering from a tracheotomy. It’s difficult to maneuver through the store and check out under normal conditions. The manager of the store chose to restock the store on Saturday morning and most of the aisles were blocked by merchandise and employees. Despite the fact that I saw about 7 employees stocking, only one was assigned to check out customers. She was doing her best, but there was a long line waiting for service, and I was fearful that I might have to leave the store due to breathing difficulties. Then a second line opened and I moved into it. When there was one person in front of me, I realized I forgot hand sanitizer (stocking had blocked the aisle previously) and went to get it, leaving my basket in the line with my selections and phone. I hurried to the nearby aisle and when I returned, the clerk had returned to stocking, leaving the lone checker and her long line of customers. I thought she’d return, as she could see me, but she ignored me, until I asked for a manager. Then she ran over. When the manager arrived, he was annoyed that I had complained, telling me that the clerk was a stocker who only “helped out” with checking. When I explained my physical condition and health concern, he sarcastically wished me a nice day.
Desired outcome: Want someone in corporate to explain that employees have a job because of customers. Stores should make it easy for them to purchase merchandise.
Poor management
HI,
I was in your store today and had one of the worst and longest wait times in my history with the dollar tree. The cashier which is an elderly woman took exactly two minutes to open each and every bag before even beginning to ring out anyone's order. It may not seem like a lot of time but when you have 6 customers in front of you 2x6 is 12 minutes just for her to open the bags.
After about 5 minutes I noticed an employee going to the office area and asked if there might be another cashier around to cash us out, she looked at me and shrugged her shoulders and was let inside the office. Another 5 minutes went by and 3 employees came out and went their separate ways. The Manager Rosa however did open up a new register but in my opinion that was 5 minutes too late. Once she was told that there were customers waiting, she should have been out there ready to check them out.
And what is the deal with all the employees playing Rap music when they are stocking the shelves? I was always taught that if you are at work, you work, not dance and sing as the hours go by.
Over the years I have been a manager of both a store and a restaurant and I have to tell you if I managed either one of them in the way this store is being managed, I would have been fired ASAP.
#1 Rule, if you want to succeed in business customer service always comes first.
