Dear Customer Services:

Today, Monday, February 13, I went to the Dollar Tree store, I was looking for some peanuts in English, and I approached the manager who was accommodating merchandise, I asked him where the product was, he indicated the place, when I turned around, he said and I heard him say "what a stupid question" he thought he didn't hear it, but that's how it was. I approached the cashier and asked her his name, DON told me. Then she called the assistant and explained what happened. I think that this is not the way to treat the client, if you ask, you expect to receive a good answer from the employees. Much more than a manager or boss. I go regularly to this store, but with this incident I don't expect to return and I spread the word to other people who don't arrive.
