Dollar Tree WBC Soda 4 packs

The staff in the Crescent street Brockton store refused to sell me the Soda by the Four pack in which it was clearly packaged. they took it out of the 4 pack carrier and tried to sell it to me as a four single bottles. When I said something about it the cashier became rude and dismissive and I refused to buy it like that. When i returned to the store the next day, All of the bottles were removed from the Four pack containers and were being sold as single bottle units. Other Dollar tree stores in the area are not breaking up the four packs and selling as single serve bottles.
I find it to be extremely deceiving and the willingness to gouge people in an already economically depressed area during this pandemic is repugnant and reflects very poorly on the Dollar Tree brand.
While this might seem to be a minor issue, it goes directly to the point of the way the cashiers treat the customers and the feeling conveyed that we are sometimes viewed as some kind of an enemy.

Dollar Tree Phone service

Today, Wednesday February 9, I placed an order for 120 gold fluted chargers. sku# 307369. My order # is EC299588727. I need 150 for a June wedding that I am decorating for these are what the bride asked for. When I placed the order it only allowed 5 cases. I need 7. I looked at another store and found it available but a minimum of 4 cases had to be ordered. I wanted to call to find out if I could either cancel or modify the order. When I called, I asked "To whom am I speaking?" She refused and said "I don't have to tell you. It's policy." I just need 2 more cases and she said it would be $20 to ship to my house, Not sure I understand why these can't be added to ship to the store for free when I am placing such a large order. Why does it matter when they are being shipped anyway? And your mission statement of Responsibility, Integrity and Courtesy? Dignity and Respect? REALLY? Not good business practice.

Desired outcome: That I can receive 2 extra cases to ship to store for free delivery. And that your people will say " Hi! Dollar Tree this is Betty speaking." I am a nurse and wouldn't think of answering the phone without using my name.

Dollar Tree Service and discriminating treatment for handicapped people in store #2789

don't know anything about that!

I, with my rollator and my husband, we both are handicapped, visited the store on 1/31/2021 at 14:50 pm. The only register open was the Handicapped register and the line was long. I talked with the manager on duty, explained to him the ADA Federal Law about the Handicapped rights for this special cash register. This young man told me that he can not do anything about it and that he would not do anything to help me! In the time I talked with the manager, another associate opened up one more register and my husband paid on her register. The other associate, working on the Handicapped register stated very loud to all the other customers:
"She just have to stay in line like everybody else!"
I am a 74 year old handicapped female and because I am from another country having and an accent don't give anybody the right to discriminate against me and to embarrass me.
All of the associates need training and education about the Handicapped ADA Law and I expect an written apology!

Dollar Tree Survey w/ "free gift:

I gladly completed a Dollar Tree survey when I was advised I was entitled to a "free gift" - I proceeded thru the survey and "free gift" section where I was advised the "free gift" would cost $7.95 postage and handling - I agreed to the S&H charge and had to put it on my credit card - when the confirming order came through the total charge to my credit card was $27.90 ($7.95 s&H and $19.95 for a SD Card which I do not need or want) but there was no way to cancel the order or communicate with anyone - IMHO "misrepresentation" - Please be aware I advised the credit card co to deny the charges when they are posted.

Clerk did not have on a mask at the Dollar Tree. The mask was hanging down on their neck. Customers also did not have on masks on Monday 1/25/2021 Clerk was nice but should have had their mask on their face and the posted memo on the outside door should have been enforced.

Dollar Tree Restroom

I am making this complaint because I don't understand the condition of all the bathrooms at all the locations in my area. I have used both bathrooms at your Tupelo Ms locations and they are always very nasty. Looks like there is no attempt to clean them. My husband and I were at the Columbus Ms location was so nasty toilet seat broken floor looked like it had never been mopped ever! Shannon Ms location isn"t any better. They are in poor condition needs renovation. I enjoy shopping at Dollar Tree but I don't"t understand this. Please do something to improve this problem.

I frequent the Dollar Tree at 1014 Summit Ave, Greensboro NC and 2723 Ring Rd., Greensboro NC. Both these locations are on the side of town that is primarily minority. This dollar tree 701 galvin rd bellevue ne #4103 is in near constant violation of the City of Bellevue mask mandate. Even the employees at times shun the mask mandate. I'm going to contact the City of Bellevue soon if this continues and they will shut this store down! It's also not uncommon for customers to not mask wear. Two of your employees at this store don't wear masks. If they do, the nose is not under mask.

Dollar Tree No stock

I am so upset with Dollar Tree. This store has no stock. I realize that COVID has affected everyone, but only 2 cashiers working each shift is ridiculous. I like the staff that works here and I am not even related to any of them. But most of these shelves have been empty since before Christmas. You had a good thing, but you are blowing it.

Clock doesn't keep time

Store won't take it back without original packaging although I have the receipt

Not pleased!

Return policy is not an acceptable practice for someone to hold on to the original packaging
