Whilst asking for a re -run of business cards this company used my old number on the cards. When I checked them and made a call to them a lady called Julie was adamant they sent proofs that they did not send and could not confirm via email. Would not allow me to talk and then hung up on me. I rang again and the owner Anouk then started to scream at me on the phone and tell me to be quiet and let her talk. She told me the same thing the other lady said. Do not use this type of service whether a business thinks their right or wrong, their is no need to be narcissistic and not listen to the customer and come to a solution.
