CVS review: Prescriptions

Because of my drug plan I changed over to CVS Pharmacy last year and have had nothing but one issue after another with the LaFayette CVS Pharmacy! Without listing a page full of issues I will just say they have a VERY poor staff and have little knowledge of their profession. Just today they refused to fill my estrogen prescription that says on the bottle there are 3 remaining refills until 3-30-20. I am scheduled for my yearly check up in March to have my estrogen renewed. I actually had to send CVS Pharmacy a picture of my Estrogen bottle for them to believe that I still had remaining refills. Also, they called me the first of January to ask if they could fill all three of my monthly medications on the same date, which I said yes. They ask what date I wanted and I said the 17th of each month. They said they would have them ready on the 17th. But they did not have any knowledge of this today on the 17th? I changed to Walgreen last summer for one of my monthly medications because CVS started giving me a different med by a different manufacture that was so tiny you could not break it into half as doctor ordered. It was for water retention and high blood pressure and it was not working at all as the medication I had been on for a couple of years! WalGreen refilled the correct medication. I am so VERY fed up with CVS Pharmacy in LaFayette GA! I will be changing drug plans ASAP!
