CVS As of late the pharmacy at Target in Sangertown mall New Hartford NY

The old crew, before covid, was efficient,cordial, very good at their job. I worked at a rival drug store but found these people were excellent. Now there is never the same people from month to month and the last 3 times i ordered very important medications they were never filled before I got there 2 days after ordering them. I am locked by my insurance to go to your store but I would be long gone otherwise. waiting in the storeup to 45 minutes for orders that should have been ready. Again it was never the old crew only these new people. also there is 3 to 4 people and less service than the 2 that I dealt with before.

CVS Code date on product

I purchased Boost Women Balanced Nutritional Drink, I never looked at any expiration date as I figured the store would be careful and not leave expired products on shelf, I used a couple of them and thought they tasted funny, but I just thought it was just because of the flavor but no the expiration was use by 18 Dec 2021. I called store and asked to speak to a manager, I asked her if when they stock shelves do they look at expiration date, she said yes, so I told her the expiration was last year! She told me, just bring in the receipt and I will give you another, I told her that I don't keep those receipts, I take coupons off and then throw paper receipt away, she just said sorry. As a customer of CVS, I thought that she handled this very poorly and not very good customer service especially when she was a manager, I could see if she was just an employee and didn't have any authority. Thank you for reading my complaint, I appreciate it.

CVS The Pharmacist

I just had the worst experience I have ever had in a CVS. I arrived to pick up my medications and while standing in line for a few minutes waiting on the customer in front of me to finish something strange happened. He finished the RX person started to lower the gate, I asked why and she said "we are on break from 1:30-2pm, I didn't know that CVS closes for lunch, but it was 1:29 and I explained that to her. It didn't matter she said we deserve a break too. She said loudly, I still don't have my medication.

CVS Not notifying customers of prescriptions being ready

I had confirmation from my doctor that my prescription - that I must take daily - was called into CVS at 3001 Lone Oak Rd, Paducah, KY on Friday, April 29th. I did not receive a notification until late today, Sunday, May 1, 2022. Now tell me, what doctor's office calls in prescriptions on Sundays when they are closed. It obviously was called in on Friday, sat around for a few days, and then they notified me. And believe me I was experiencing withdrawals.

Something needs to be done about the laziness of the staff at this CVS. Not caring about people's prescriptions is unacceptable. They need to be dealt with. They are obviously in the wrong business.

CVS Pharmacy

I am a very, very sick patient. I have meds that are sensitive. CVS is almost unreachable by phone, Covid blah, blah, hold, being unintentionally disconnected as well as intentional end of call rude style hangups. Prescriptions requiring multiple calls (hours) and damn near begging. I am too sick to be treated like this and further more no one should be. All I want is timely scripts once a month. I have valid scripts without question from the leading area healthcare providing group. SouthCoast. They also cut off paid delivery saying it was insurance. They are not much help.

Desired outcome: CVS start recognizing customers are important, a flu is not

CVS Store manager

04/26/2022 Store location 208 West Washington 201-5920 STR#2934

I've been a loyal customer at this CVS location. The staff and manager are usually friendly with great customer service skills. However, I encounter the new manager he's an African American man and has no people skills. He doesn't provide a welcoming environment in the store. Instead, he approaches people in a defensive matter that makes me as your loyal customer uncomfortable, also the staff that is normally friendly works under pressure.

Desired outcome: He's a Black Man about 5:11- 6.0ft tall. He needs to be made aware of his disposition to your customers is unacceptable. Change his approach or replace him.

CVS Theft at CVS

On 04/16/2022 a package was delivered to CVS 1099 New Britain Ave., W. Htfd

CT 06110 through "usps" the time stamp says 11:15 am this package was signed for. I inquired about my package 04/18/2022, 04/19/2022, 04/20/2022, and again on 04/21/2022 and spoke with the manager who stated he didn't see anything even though the USPS has stated it was signed for, leaving me to believe the package was signed for and stolen. I am very sorry I switched from

Walgreens to CVS I know they don't have a theft problem, I will never do this again nor patronize a store where the manager could care less, I would have prefered that it be sent back at least I wouldn't be out of the money please ask your manager to review the tapes to see who stole my package

Desired outcome: I would very much like to have my property after I use my coupons I promise I never darken that door way again. Please rectify my problem.

CVS service at store 417

CVS customer service is horrible especially Mellissa the women that was at the pharmacy registrar that told her manager that i accused her of doing some wrong when i specifically said can we switch registrar something must be wrong with the machine because i used 3 different cards and the machine did not accept any of them. The manager finally had her switch the first card that i had used at the previous registrar same thing, second card i used at the previous registrar went through. Manger oh see that card works. as if the other cards did not work mind, you the copay was two dollars and some change which i had in my hand but on principle because of the service that the women were giving me i stayed until the card went through. This is third incident that i have had at this location. I since have switched to a new pharmacy. I was only there this third time because my doctor made a mistake and sent the medication there. You would think that now that they get a lunch break the service would be better.

CVS Breathing medicine

This happens to often with getting medicine an theres alway an excuse.

I asked for a refill of my albuterol 6 days ago. I was sent a pick up an copay price.. I went there an nobody new where it was an was told my doctor did not call it in to refill.. I have been using it for quite a while now. An another thing if you call there theres never anyone that answers. I rarely call..

CVS Sale of ebay gift card

On March 05, 2022 at 8:00 pm, I purchased a $200.00 gift card for eBay. At 1:00 pm, I used a gift card on eBay at check out and gift card had a $0.00 balance. I requested a refund from both CVS and eBay in many phone calls and emails, but just keep getting the run around. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and next will be with Homeland Security.

I am 79 years old and do not plan on letting CVS keep my $200.00. Therefore my final complaint is going to be for Elder Abuse in Massachusetts. Let's see who has the last laugh.

Desired outcome: I would like a response with an Apology and a $200.00 REFUND !!!!

This pharmacy is very unprofessional. Never have the pills on time, in stock. Especially for children that need it due to their mental health. I even had the nurse from the doctor's office to call and she said that I need to switch since she has problems with this pharmacy all of the time. The people that work there thought it was funny. The store itself is dirty. Stuff laying all over the floor. Trip hazards everywhere.

CVS Minute clinic

Today 4/16/22 I went to CVS minute clinic because my I’ll was was getting progressively worse and quickly. I was seen the day before with a horrible sore throat and cold symptoms… which I agree it seemed viral. I was tested for strep and it was negative… however Over night my symptoms were so much worse, green/yellowish drainage all night and day.. coming from my nose and coughing it up. Nothing was relieving the symptoms.. sinus lovage, cold /cough medicine. I was struggling with shortness of breath… I was met at the door as I was checking in my a nurse practitioner who stopped me and said you were just here yesterday and he diagnosed you with a virus.. I said I realize that but I’m in day 9 and my dumpy are worse not better and tried to explain… she cut me off and proceeded to tell me about studies that show virus can last 7-12 days and have green drainage… I questioned her in that my S/S were worse not getting better in day 9! She said well, I can see you but it’s viral. So just said no worries and walked out. I’m a medical professional … have been a man RN most of my life and can tell you that this is not viral and nor would I question a patient in the waiting room and question them. I’m calling to get her name because she has to be corrected in her approach. Horrible patient care or compassion.

Desired outcome: I would like the CVS minute clinic manager to know this NP was inappropriately questioning me in a waiting area and zero compassion.

CVS billing question

It recently came to my understanding that CVS has put in a claim with my health Insurance( Aetna) indicating I had received and paid for diabetic medication Januvia on 2/20/22. This is totally false. My medication is 90 day prescription and was not eligible for pick up before 3/11/22. I filed a complaint to Aetna, and they promptly told me to take it up with CVS. I can get no one on the phone over there. I later learned that CVS supposedly "reversed" the charges-what does that mean? They are liars and this is NOT the first time something of this nature occurred. They also tried to charge me for medication that is covered under my medicare plan zero dollars for me. I believe there is more to what I am stating, but right now I want an explanation as to how they indicated on my healtcare coverage record that I purchases prescription before eligibility time. Local branch, in Philadelphia, 02222. I can't get a manager or manager's name. This is fraud and falsiifying records for their own purposes, and I'm moving it over to Medicare and State Board Pharmacy -if I don't get an answer soon. Any assistance you can render is appreciated.

Desired outcome: written explanation of why they intentionally indicated I picked a prescription, and then "reversed" it. Which I don't see on my claims form.

CVS Service in general, and prescriptions not ready when auto call says they are!!!

Why call someone and tell them their drugs are ready for pick up and then you get to the cvs and they aren’t ready! Wasted my time, gas & patients!

Your little river, sc pharmacy on rt 17 sucks big time! The people that work there are gruff, not very nice, seem to be in a rush, no personal service, “just get your things and get out”

And your prices for products are outrageously overpriced!

I will switch my phar to another and will never set foot in another cvs as long as I live!

CVS Care pass

I signed up today 4/15/22 at 1:12pm to try a FREE 1st month of care pass. The site showed I owed $0.00. But after I added my card info and pressed continue, it automatically charged me $5. I immediately called customer service by 1:15pm to no avail. I called again at 8 pm. Still nothing. They both tried to tell me about the $10 cvs welcome bonus as if they were paying me back; like I didnt know I was supposed to receive it. Second person gave me a # to "Wellington Claims" (supposedly for cvs). She also tried to say the free month wasn't good for signing up online; but it says so in the fine print. I have now canceled my care pass, but waiting to talk to someone about refunding my $5 that was TAKEN from my account.

Desired outcome: Refund my $5 and STOP taking people's money when it says it's free

Rhonda called me and left a message about me trying to cancel my carepass account from 1-401-770-7840, Rhode Island. I also noticed an email from CVS.com saying Thanks for updating your payment info around the same time. So I started investigating to see what they were talking about. So I called Rhonda back the next day and left a message. She called back right away, and I explained the situation. She apologized and told me that they had put my money back on my card the day before and that she made sure that the carepass was canceled so it wouldnt charge my card again. I had already canceled my carepass and hadn't gotten a chance to try it out, but at least I got my money back. Thanks CVS! I just wish it had went as smooth as planned.

I have been confused about this for awhile. I have $5.00 taken out for what I thought were for "free" delivery of my prescriptions. My local CVS is not "honoring" this fee, which I thought it was free but didn't mind paying 5 dollars a month for delivey. Be interested if anyone can explai

CVS Coupon not honored and rude manager

On or about March 19, 2022, around 8 pm, I went to CVS to use some of my earned coupons in the store from a previous purchase the week before. I bought snack, food items and wine for one coupon of $5.00 off. The cashier told me I could not use it on alcohol. I looked at the coupon and I explained that it was not noted anywhere on the coupon or in the store.

She went on to let me know it was store policy. I said you need to disclose that and you can't (by law) partake in deceptive business or false advertising.

She insisted she would not honor the coupon and was quite rude to me. I asked for the manager and she informed me she was the manager and her rudeness continued to my surprise.

I won't be back to that CVS and will take my business across the street to the Walgreens.

Store Manager's name was Julie.

Location Dorchester and Ashley Phosphate Road, North Charleston, SC

Desired outcome: I am due a refund of $5.00An apology would be expected at initial visit so a reprimand would be in order for her behavior for a store manager
