My rx prescribed medication
On Saturday January 21, 2023 I went to pick up my medication and usually check at the register to make sure that it's the same one that I use since CVS carries 2 different types. I told the young man that it was not different and I couldn't take it. He said that they are all the same then I explained to him why I didn't want them. He asked me to wait because the pharmacist wanted to talk to me, so I waited lest than 5 minutes when the young lady came out and said to me " this is a controlled substance and I can't take it back " I said to her " what are you talking about, I never did get it" then the young man informed her that I just looked at it but didn't accept it. Well she was not happy with what I said also that her co worker did not inform the situation. Well she had 17 and I told her that I would take them and she told me that I can pick up the remaining 13 when I complete the 17 that I got. I told her that this happened to me in December and the pharmacist that was on duty that day told me that he did not have enough to fill my prescription so he'll have someone deliver it from another store and he text me in about an hour after and I picked it up, then she informed me that it was Saturday and there's no one to deliver them to her also informed me that data proved that they are both the same. I told her that I didn't care about what the data says because I have a few reasons why I can't take that particular make. I told her that I would call the insurance company and inform them how she handled my request. When I called the insurance company on Monday 23, 2023 they told me to call them back in 72 hours. I called them today only to find out that I couldn't receive the remainder 13 . It's hard for me to understand the results because my prescription is for 30 ?I will like to know what went wrong and I feel that it's not fair.

On January 23, 2023 I entered CVS located on South Lindbergh and Lemay Ferry Rd with my grayhound receipt and number to give to the clerk. When I explained that I was there to pay in cash for my bus ticket he had no idea what I was talking about. He then called his manager who also had no idea what to do. They said they would need a bar code I said that they just gave me a number to give they were quite rude and said well I guess we could try and punch in the numbers but that's all we can do. We need a bar code. First why would you have to ring this up as a product your selling and not as a received payment for? But that didn't occur to either of them. The man punched in the numbers and said hmm yeah nope that's didn't work. Sorry Hun. This is the second time I have been into a CVS same location and had the worst customer service with nothing but an attitude when I have asked a question on something. I now have had such a struggle trying to get my bus ticket that I have to have to go to my only sisters funeral, I now have to wait for a different bus because I couldn't get it paid in time thanks to your incompetent workers who have no idea what there job is, does, or even if they are at work. When I first entered the cashier was standing away from the counter talking to friend/boyfriend and didn't even pay attention that I walked up to the counter their friend/boyfriend had to tell him after they had asked me if I needed help. I will never step foot into a CVS ever again. And I will make sure that everyone I know does the same and I fortunately know a lot of people and have not only my own pod cast but I am a co-host on a local radio station here in Saint Louis.

The CVS located at 2701 East Third Street Bloomington Indiana will not answer the phone when you call in under an hour and a half and sometimes longer or never. I asked why they do not answer the phone and was told they are told to take care of customers in the store first. A phone customer is just as important as a customer in the store and should be accommodated just as quickly as one in the store.
I have had to hang up and drive to the store to get help with a pharmacy issue which is rude and unnecessary.
I know nothing will be done to change this problem because it is obvious that CVS does not care about customer service for all patrons, but you need to be aware of this issue.
Being treated like this is obnoxious and very rude by your corporation and if I could, I would definitely change my pharmacy.
Desired outcome: ANSWER THE PHONE quicker and in a timely manner!

Hydrocodone 10 & the pain & suffering
CVS On Nov.15,2022 my Doctor presented for Hydrocodone 10; I have A chronic back pain which I am now in pain Management, i find this Not a Mistake on CVS's Behalf but an outrageous attack as of this Jan. 13,2023! In November 2022 I got my pain medication refilled, and to my horror the Prescription of Hydrocodone was a bad prescription the medicine was no Good! the medicine did not work I went back to the Pharmacy & Spoke with the Pharmacist, they told me there was nothing they could do about this matter, i asked if they could give me another Prescription, that was a better pill! reply No because I opened the package! Well I was in pain all the way up to December15,. The medicine was not working! Then I called my Doctor Before the 15th to let her know the problem I knew she couldn't help so I had a Dental appointment on Dec. 15 2022 Had my teeth cleaned & my Dentist wrote me pain Meds for Pain, this was a Welcomed Relief! However, Tylenol 3 Is not big enough for my pain! So when it was time to refill my new Meds, I couldn't refill Hydrocodone! I lived with the agonizing Pain for up to Jan 14,2023, I feel like this is no Coincidence, of my Medication Because Every Since I Reported The Hydrocodone didn't work Back in Nov. 2022; I've had problems with my Hydrocodone, Prescriptions! A one time prescription was arbitrarily refilled. My wife by accident picked up this crème along with other medications. I returned to this store this morning and the pharmacist refused the return.
I asked to speak with the manager who also refused to refund my $25 and when I asked to make a written report, she tore off apiece of scratch paper and told me to write my name and number, which I did.
Apparently very young and inexperienced, I questioned her ability as a Manager as to why she couldn't refund my money. She indicated that it was "store policy".
My family and I have spent thousands of dollars at this store over the years.
This is the first time in 20 years that I have even attempted a return and am angered to have to resort to filing a claim.

Before covid your associates would/could do whatever it took to help a client. Now I have been on this medicine, unfortunately for years, & your associates cannot do anything to get a specific brand that would actually work.
From the research I've done this is the state of North Carolina's fault. I do not understand how a major company like CVS cannot get their "people" in washington to change the laws back to pre-covid standards.
People like me, honest & in serious pain cannot be looked after.
Four years ago I moved over 15 miles from the CVS I have been using for 10+ years; before that I was less than two miles away. But I was loyal to your people there. Now they're all gone but one. And according to them it's not their fault as I stated earlier.
I do not understand how a company as large as yours is letting itself be told what to do by a group of people that are completely beyond their comprehension.

CVS transaction NDC [protected] - 5PKG - 90 Day Supply.
I was charged $114.28 on 1st 2023 order. Each, 2022 order same quantity and strength for 90 days was a Charge $63.46.
Why has the charge gone up so much?
The CVS Representative noted; that a different supplier (not the previous one, Bausch Health) was used because the CVS Mail Order filler did not have access to that supply at the time of filling the order and it was more expensive.
The CVS Representative suggested; that my Doctor should write a new prescription noting DW - the specific supplier of the Brimonidine be Bausch Health so I get a cheaper Tier 2 rate.
This whole transaction seems a bit odd from my perspective. Will you please look into this and provide an explanation so, I know, if I should be going back to my Doctor for a new prescription to deal with your pricing anomaly?
Desired outcome: A satisfactory answer to the above question and, a Co Pay Amount of $ $63.46 or close to it for 90 day supplies in 2023 and a refund of the difference from the $114.28 Co-Pay Amount initially charged.

January 9 5:30 PM. Pharmacy hours clearly state they are open until 9PM Store # 3062 3192 Route 115 Effort PA 18330. I proceeded to call the main CVS # to where I was connected to pharmacy. I was on hold one whole hour trying to get through. All I heard was a continued message about Covid 19 injections and 14 other vaccines played over and over. Since I am totally against any injections this was equally annoying. Finally, I hung up and called back for a store associate who informed me there was no pharmacist for the night and they were closed! The next day January 10 I again tried by phone to reach pharmacy when they were supposed to be open and available for phone calls. Again no one picked up the phone to answer me after one half hour and yes, I have the correct phone number!
