I must have any amount of these pills, the pharmacist is foolish
The order for Hydrocodone Acetomen was ordered Thursday 12/22/2022, I received a text and I called the pharmacy today they could n to give me an answer on when n it would arrive, I require this medication the CVS pharmacist could not answer if they would ha ve my medication. I have 2 pills remaining, if I don't get this I will not be able to move.
CVS hasn't filled this as ordered they have had the script since 12/22/22 CVS has had a script for Vicodin since December 22, I received a text message saying to contact them if I would like the scri[pt filled at another CVS. December 22, it is now the 27th and I am without pain medication.CVS is a lousy place to do business. I am in pain right now, I am disappointed in CVS' ability to take care of customers.
Does CVS have any pills, they should lend what they have until the order comes in. If this was life support it would have been handled differently. It's a shame that the pharmacist doesn't care about the patient. The pharmacist should be fired!

I thought I was supposed to get an answer yesterday? CVS and my family doctor are both losers. well actually I am the one who loses. Why was nothing done?
My medication was given to somebody else
I take gabapentin 400 twice a day I recently have moved and within that transaction I never received a post a text anything telling me my medication is ready for either delivery or pick up.
So I go in person to CVS and I’m told my medication has already been picked up on the 12th of December 2022. It wasn’t me that picked it up. They said they were going to look at the videos and call me. It is now four hours since then.
I have a pinched nerve in my neck and that’s why I take gabapentin 400 MG .
I have my prescription at CVS on 377 South Highway and Mercedes St., Benbrook, TX.
I don’t know if your office is open right now or handling anything but giving prescription to a family member that never would pick it up because I always pick up my own or have it delivered. but there is no post tax any message whatsoever to me acknowledging my prescription is ready for pick up or delivery.
I understand the store is under renovation and I understand the cold jerks up the website but! Prescriptions got to be scrutinized more what is CVS going to do for me, are you going to take away the pain that I am establishing because I am on the last of gabapentin.
I worked in retail for over 30 years I worked in the pharmacy department I know how things work but if we don’t have to have rules and regulations of who picks up what drugs, etc. something is wrong .
How did that happen? Why did that happen? How are you going to correct the situation?
Desired outcome: I would like to have my medication brought to my door in the next 24 hours at no price
The person that filled this prescription in error should be fired.
I have had the same prescribed medication for 3 months, Norco 10/325. However, the pharmacy refilled my prescription with the bottle reading Norco 10/325 and indise the bottle was lortab pills G037. I am complaining because the pharmacy refused to correct my medication refill. I can not take medication that was not prescribed to be, this is dangerous and death hazardous to my well being.

Pharmacist Roshiana does not understand doctors order for Prednisone. The order is: Prednisone 20 mg, 2 tablets twice daily x 5 days. With 1 refill. This would be 20 tablets for the 5 days. She filled only 10 on the 16th, so I picked up the other 10 today. I should still have 1 refill as I am having multiple flare-ups at present. I need to have that refill corrected. Also, I have had Hydrocodone on order for a week now, but still can’t get it. She was very rude!This has never been the case at CVS EVER until her. I also never had to wait over a week for pain medicine. Why now? I called my doctor about both issues and he re-confirmed the orders for me.

Customer service and ups drop off
My complaint is how RUDE all the workers at my Ripley, Ms CVS are. They will not speak to you and when they do it is in a rude manner. Also I always have to wait several minutes for someone to come to the front and either check me out or take my package if I am dropping one off for UPS. I had my Granddaughter drop off a couple packages today and I haven't told her how they are there, she called me telling me how rude she was treated and it was the manager waiting on her.
Also UPS picks up way to early at my local CVS. If I don't get a package there before 10 am I will probably miss the pick up for that day. That is to early, their scheduled pick up should be in the afternoon in order for some to be able to package their items and get them there to be picked up that day.
I am only talking about the workers at the front of the store. The workers in the pharmacist dept are great and friendly and fast.
This is completely unacceptable, and if there was a different choice I would definitely be going somewhere else, but I have no other choice for UPS drop off.
Desired outcome: Ask employees to be courteous to customers and wait on them in a timely manner. Have UPS pick up later in the day.

December 20th 2022 8491 Farm rd Las Vegas NV store 10861 pharmacy/Fernando.1 scrip is a controlled substance I've had all my scripts fill every 29 days with CVS for 10+ years on a Tuesday on the day I have help getting around he told me 30 days is a date in one month to the same date the next month but he'll fill my scripts this time but next time they won't be filled until the 21st that's 5 days after my scripts are due I pointed this out and said I have help the 29th day so I can get my medications and other things I need for the month i was told oh well find someone else to help you he insisted 30 days is a date in the month to same date the next month thats how he counts 30 days that if I call to have my medications filled next month before the 21st I will no longer be able to fill prescriptions at CVS and hung up on me
Desired outcome: I just want to pick my medications up every 29 days like I've done for years now 29 days is 29 days not from date one month to the same date the next month
Pharmacist behavior
Good morning. I am writing to you about complaints made by two of my women patients on Suboxone. One of the pharmacists at the CVS down the street from my office on Allen road in Melvindale is haranguing my patients on Suboxone. Apparently she is loud and embarrasses my patients. She tells them that they shouldn't be taking Suboxone. One of my patients deals with this by calling to find out which pharmacist is on before she goes there to pick up her Suboxone prescription. Now I have to warn my patients about this problem before they go to this CVS.

Prescription refill issue on wednesday 12/19/2022
Hello, my name is James Keenan and I get my prescriptions refilled at CVS pharmacy on Carothers Parkway in Franklin Tennessee.
My complaint is that I called today just before 3 PM and needed to authorize a prescription to be refilled, called oxycodone. Obviously, this is a controlled substance and requires prior authorization by me to be filled. Once the person found the item, they said they would start the process and do everything they can but they can’t guarantee it’ll be done today. This was at is 3:00PM central time here and the Pharmacy closes at 9:00PM tonight. That is six (6) hours time to fill one prescription and they are not sure it can be done.
You may or may not know but a prescription for controlled substance is run right to the exact date, so I am completely out of medication now. I will need to go the rest of tonight and all night without my medication.
When I told the agent this, the reply was the prescription says as needed, so it’s not expected that you would need to take it every day. What?
I have the bottle from last month, and the description is “Take one pill by mouth every six hours, as needed for pain.
My real problem is why can I not get in one prescription filled in a six hour time frame? I’ve never been told it would take this long. I’ve had other instances where they needed to fill a prescription while I was in the store and they said hold on. I’ll have it in about 10 minutes.
I apologize for being so difficult regarding this and also sending this complaint, but I do need this medication to take on an regular schedule of every six hours. I hope that this problem can be rectified quickly.
Desired outcome: Prescription will be refilled much sooner.
Medication refills
The pharmacist on duty on Wednesday 12/14/22 gave me incorrect information on when I could pick up a prescription that was a narcotic. The pharmacist on Wednesday reviewed my file and told me I could pick it up this Sunday but then when I went to pick it up the pharmacist on duty would not fill till Tuesday. I would like to lodge a complaint against the pharmacist who gave me the incorrect information. I depend on the Pharmacy to give me accurate information regarding my prescriptions and this situation caused extreme discomfort in my life. I would like to speak to someone from cvs to provide the location of the pharmacy and the parties involved.

I put in a refill for my blood pressure medication Lisinopril, when my husband went to pick it up, he was told it was filled but they couldn't find it and the prescription hasn't been filled since 2014. I called the next morning and was told the prescription wasn't filled since 2014 do I want it filled. I have filled this prescription at the Lillington, NC location every month since 2014 with no interruption. I explained this and told them I was just there in November to pick it up. I was told there is nothing wrong with their system and was questioned several times if I went to another location. I pulled my bank transactions and there is the charge $14.79 for CVS November 6th, 2022. Where is my medication history and why I am the only one that sees a problem with this inaccurate information. I am truly annoyed that my concerns were dismissed and I was basically being told that my transaction never happened.

In the past they have lost my antidepressant Zoloft had to give me another one and so I was left with less refills. My concern is not only is it poor customer service and the employees are very rude and clearly hate their job...

On December 15, 2022, I ordered a refill of Zolpidem Tartrate( CVS pharmacy 4501 Lincolnway East, Mishawaka, Indiana 46544). The automated phone service stated this order would be ready any time after 5:00 p.m. I knew this was incorrect information. So I called on December 15th at 5:30 p.m. to verify the status of my refill. It stated the prescription was being processed. On December 16, 2022, I kept calling the automated CVS phone service from 11:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. and it repeatedly stated that my prescription was being processed. Finally, at 6:00 p.m. the phone service said my prescription was ready. The drive-thru person discovered that CVS had dropped my prescription after the expiration date(12/15/22) and the computer system would not allow her to override the lock even though I placed the order on 12/15/2022. Now I must have insomnia for the next 3 nights!
Desired outcome: Since I have chronic issues with insomnia, I needed to be offered the choice of 3 Zolpidem Tartrates for this weekend. Then my family physician could provide CVS with another 6-month prescription on Monday.
Update on my CVS complaint: I called the CVS complaint department. It took about an hour, but the end result was positive. Today's pharmacist agrees to unlock the computer lock. I was able to purchase a one-time refill. Now I will have a decent night's sleep. Thank goodness!
Hemophilia clotting factor
On December 7th 2022 an order for life saving / life sustaining Clotting factor was placed with CVS Specialty Pharmacy. Due to insurance requirements this medication can only be ordered when the supply is nearly exhausted. It may not be filled early.
CVS Specialty pharmacy failed to properly maintain the prescription and it ran out. CVS specialty pharmacy didn’t inform the patient until the day it was to be delivered.. to further complicate the matter CVS failed to again meet the stated delivery date and again informed the patient 9 days after the original order that they would not be delivering the medication due to a lack of proper quantities. When asked to send what was available for a partial fill , CVS personnel agreed to deliver the medication by Friday 12/16/2022. Again, CVS failed to deliver the incredibly rare and life sustaining medication informing the patient via voice mail that the medication would be shipped on Dec 20th, 2022.
While personnel apologized, it is abhorrent that anything other than providing the medications would be acceptable. No concern at all for the patient health, well being or safety.
This is the most irresponsible and unprofessional behavior I’ve ever encountered from any pharmacy or hospital providing these products. Again, these products are rare and very difficult to obtain from any local pharmacies or hospitals. In fact, it’s impossible to simply go to another provider and get an instant supply of this blood derived medication.
CVS Specialty Pharmacy should have a patient complaint procedure in place as required by most states and accreditation agencies. CVS Specialty has no meaningful means of resolving such issues. The fact that a “manager”actually had the nerve to make the final call to my voice mail to state basically that it’s too bad for the patient because we don’t give a damn.
It can easily take weeks to months to transfer to another service without any guarantee of a start if service date or the reliability or quality of any of these services.
This is negligent at best and quite literally has placed the patients life in Jeopardy without any concern, remorse or even a molecule of effort to perform their required due diligence.
Desired outcome: Any and all employee(s) or service that either knew or should know the consequences of such negligence can result in death should be formally disciplined, fined and removed to prevent any further potential harm to patients.

I’ve tried calling them several times and they don’t answer. I was on hold over 20 minutes each time until I hung up.
Also, the names of the pharmacists are not visible. There is one pharmacist in particular who is rude to me but when my pretty wife needs help he’s all over helping her. He spends a lot of time flirting. So when I know he’s on duty I have to send her to get anything. I’ve gone and he gets angry if I offer to stay and wait for my medication so he tells me to come back. When I come back at the requested time he snaps at me not realizing it’s been the 1- 2 hours he requested. If it’s my wife he gets it right away.

Returned an item & was issued a $9.00 extra bucks reward sent to my Extra Rewards card. The code on the paper coupon([protected]) expire today 12/16. However at checkout I was told it wasn't on my card. The number that appears on the paper copy [protected] stating $9.00 was sent to my card
I am unable to return to store today, 12/16 which is the expiration date
Desired outcome: Issue of $9.00 that I can use in store for a date later than 12/16 as store claims it is not in their system
Care pass & bcbs get your s*** together
I have cvs care pass membership, have tried multiple times to set up medication delivery online. Webpage will not load and I have all permissions enabled including location, cookies, etc. Called local pharmacy who told me that bcbs does not allow medication delivery and insurance claim filing at the same time (wtf?) and I need to call bcbs. Called bcbs who then called my local cvs pharmacy to try and help resolve the issue. Ultimately it boils down to sloppy computer software programming and coding that must be resolved to allow cvs care pass members to utilize the medication delivery service they are paying for and also be able to file their insurance claim on prescriptions. If we can put a man on the moon over 50+ years ago don't tell me you can't fix this! Good grief what century are we living in? This is just unbelievable... Fire whoever can't fix it maybe? So frustrating to get bounced between cvs & bcbs and neither will claim responsibility for the problem.

I brought my son's psychiatric medications to store #4579 on 15 December 2022 at 10am. I informed the representative that took my paperwork that they needed to call Martin Army Community Hospital to move the meds over to your store. I was informed the medication would be ready to pick up "later". I was never informed it would be over 24 hours until the meds would be ready. When I called this evening the associate that answered the phone had an attitude with me. Upon speaking with the pharmacist, I was finally informed that one of the two medications was ready but the second on would not be ready until 11am on the 16th of December. The issue here is the one ready on the 16th is the medication that he has to take first for 8 days.
Desired outcome: associates trained right and attitudes changed. being informed properly from the beginning.

This is the CVS at Ridgewood in Salem Virginia I have went there twice last week I went there and there was a blonde girl that was very rude to me made me wait over an hour for my prescription even though there was another gentleman came right in an hour later needed the same prescription and I told her that I had a sick grandbaby that needed this medication antibiotic but they fixed his first and I have been there over an hour and then tonight I went back needing my medicine and they said it was over the counter and I just asked her what is the name of it I'll just come in and get it myself she said no that she would get it herself and she was very rude to me I do not like how they treat people here I don't understand it I am trying my best I got two grants kids in the car they're small I would have to get out and get this and I've told them this over and over I have to wait hours on end just to get a prescription everybody else in front of me gets theirs and leave I do not know why this is policy or something needs to be changed about this thank you Dinah leffel

Closing early all the time
Both locations in Austin keep leaving handmade signs up and closing early and every time I drive out of my way to find the notes left on the door. It’s super frustrating.
The location on South Lamar in Austin, Texas does it ALL the time. This time I drove 15 min away to next one on Riverside and guess what?! Same damn thing! I’m searching everywhere and this happens way too often.

I spoke with Christina at 69-80 Grand Avenue in Maspeth, NY on 12 December 2022.
She was very difficult and rude regarding coupons that I had. She stated that I could not use both coupons and didn't explain why. She said that I could only use one coupon. Again without an explanation. I used the one coupon still not sure why I could not use the other (and Christina didn't know either.) When I got home I looked at my receipt to call the corporate office about the poor service I received from Christina. On the receipt it stated coupon not used.
I called the store and asked to speak to the store manager. Kendell answered and said that she was the store manager. Kendell put me on hold then came back and asked what I wanted. I asked if she was the store manager? She said that she was the assistant manager.
What type of store is this when your staff act like children?
Desired outcome: I want my $3.00 coupon given to me in cash and want you to speak to the manager and staff to do their jobs properly without the poor me attitude.
