Passport photo
My husband and I were on holiday in Washington, DC and visited the CVS Pharmacy on 14th St NW and New York Avenue NW on Friday 9 September 2022. My husband is an American citizen living in the UK and needed to renew his passport. His passport photo was taken at the above CVS store and he received a Certificate for Biometric Passport Photos which stated that "the parameters listed below have been checked and verified for compliance for your passport". He has just submitted his passport renewal application to the American Embassy in London, only for it to be rejected as the background colour was incorrect. How can this be when he received a confirming certificate? Your website states that "we guarantee they meet all mandatory government parameters". How many more people have been affected by this inaccuracy? I attach the letter from the US Embassy stating that is having rejected the application.
Desired outcome: Please refund the cost of the passport photos which were $16.99. My husbabnd's email is [protected]@btinternet.comPlease contact him direct concering his refund.

This medication was prescribed as stated for one week and Rx was for one 5ml dose. My complaint is that I received 2 5ml at the cost of $109.88 which is something I can't afford as a senior citizen I spoke with customer service last week and they recommended speaking with the pharmacist which I declined to do since I know they would say that can't take Rx's back.

Pharmacy and pharmacist Hours and Transfer
Being a customer and subscriber for years and frequenting my local CVS located at 1150 NE 26 St. Wilton Manors, Fl. for prescriptions and shopping, I became aware of the store hours were being changed as well as the pharmacist (Alicia Libero)being transferred to another CVS location.
I am extremely disappointed being she has been the life blood contact for many patrons, assisting with coordinating prescriptions written by Doctors as well as dealing with insurance companies to insure coverage. She and her staff have consistently gone out of their way to help everyone with any issue.
It's a sincere request to reconsider relocating her and have her remain at the location where she has been for years.
Thank you for taking my message and hope that a positive solution would result in my request.

Telemarketing
Since mid-November 2022 I have been getting phone solicitations from a phone boiler room operation that is representing CVS Pharmacies trying to get me to order various items covered by Medicare. I have repeatedly asked them to remove my number from their system, but they just hang up or argue that they cannot do that. I attempted to call the corporate offices and found them to be just as bad! They bounce you from one computerized system to another, and when you get to a human, he or she will hear what you are calling about and hang up. They are harassing me, and I suspect others as well. One operator at the headquarters was apologetic, however she was just the operator and had to route my call to another office. If this continues, I will contact the U. S. Attorney General's Office and file a formal complaint.
Desired outcome: I want them to stop calling me.

No medication since 11/2022. Talked with numerous CVS reps, Insurance and Dr. office. Pharmacy/Insurance blaming Dr office. On occasion each other.
YES, At 70 I work daily as a RN. I have Anthem BCBS - SHBP. I keep saying, I don't have Medicare.
I have talked with so many different CVS Reps/Insurance Reps ALL giving me different responses. I understand and tried to help but was told "No you can't do that".
The CVS Text received are not appropriate telling me to contact Dr. office again and again for PA because you have not made contact with him for the specialty medication. Now you want my help. What do I say? I know the text are sent automatic. I was told the Pharmacy canceled my prescription because they said NO current PA from the insurance.
I kept my appointments/Labs and other required responsibilities to be eligible for the medication as required by CVS Caremark/Insurance.
What am I to do. With holding medications can be life threatening or harmful for a good standard of care. What do you want me to do or say? No advocate for your consumers who need your interventions as treatments.
Should this be handled by a Legal Advisor?
Desired outcome: Fill prescriptions as ordered
No medication refill for Revoq since 11/2022.

I was accused of "improper comments" by the manager because complimented the young, beautiful black pharmacist. He told me to get y prescriptions at another CVS and not come in anymore I am 80 years old and have been a customer for 8 years. I am very upset to be treated with contempt. I have two master's degrees and 2 grandchildren. A compliment is not "improper."

I was in the drive through at 1:14 pm there were 2 cars ahead of me , was PLENTY OF TIME to complete their transactions in order for me to pick up my prescription by 1:30 (when they close for lunch)
The first car took an unbelievable amount of time . Pick up window is for prescription pickup not a friggin shopping port .
Now second car gets to window 1:27pm. Completes transaction as the clock goes from 1:29 to 1:30.
As I'm pulling up to the Window the gate comes down.

A BCBS member. Retail Pharmacy Claims are handled by Caremark CVS.
Problems:
1-BCBS refers me to CVS because 'pharmacy claims are processed by CVS'
2-CVS did process the claims however no reimbursement payment reached me for over eight months. I wrote numerous letters and made numerous telephone calls. Each time they ask for a detailed explanation which I provided. I even listed specific prescription information.
3. Tha last checks I received were on May 16, 2022.
4. All they have to do is cancel any unpaid checks and reissue them.
They don't seem to know how to do that! Instead they tell me again and again whom they sent a memo and on what.
The problem might be an error in the Overseas mailing address. Sending a registered or other tracable mail would solve the problem.
If this too fails, I will be forced to start a formal dispute/appeal process with the OPM.
Desired outcome: Recheck the mailing addresses and resend the checks with registered mail or make electronic payments. Thank you.
Will not fill my meds at different cvs
Hello my name is Cynthia I was going to CVS in wasilla I used to go to Berneys in Anchorage so I've been with CVS for over 20 years... I was fired in Wasilla Alaska because they kept shorting my Xanax two times that I know if he said I was too much trouble... So I called corporate, they said I could go to another CVS... When I did that everything was going great until the floating pharmacists came to my new CVS she said I can not long receive my meds at any CVS I'm looking in how to sue the company or the person who floats around to different CVS... I purchased 4 gift cards for my family for christmas. I have the receipt and activation codes. Tried to pick up meds that were called to me were ready so I made the trip to pick them up and the sign was up closed so I got the pharmacist attention who was eating and I said do I go inside and he said no we are closed until 2pm. It was 1:30 and my son is handicapped. I was very disappointed. CVS provides your medications sometimes lifesaving medicine and to not be available to distribute it, is a lack of integrity on the management of that store. I'm hoping it's not from the CEO's of CVS that your pharmacist can close down shop just to eat lunch. You can get your clerk to grab medicine that is already filled. It was and is not acceptable and I hope it is addressed. I may change to Publix pharmacy in the future. I really wanted to use this CVS, very convenient but can drive a little further. The CVS store address is: 10013 McMullen Rd. Riverview, FL 33569 I would appreciate a response to know that this is being looked into. In the big scheme of things, lunch can be delayed we have all been there and I can tell you I can work and eat and be just fine, especially in the medical and pharmacy business.
