I ordered a 2 for 10 deal at 11:23 PM on 12/08/2019 and they weren't understanding that I wanted water instead of soda, so after they finally give me water they tell me to park outside and that they'll bring me the food. So we wait for 20 minutes, and they don't bring the food then give an immense amount of attitude and acted like they didn't know.

went through drive-thru and even checked order everything looked okay. Once I opened it up I realized my sandwich was nothing but smothered and mayonnaise with one little piece of bacon, my fries are only half filled and I got the wrong drink. I literally went to the gas station and threw it in the garbage it was so nasty. here's a picture included, I don't believe this is what a $10 sandwich to look like. I don't think anybody that works at Burger King with a date this nasty sandwich.

I've been reading constumer reviews of this place and it makes me sick that there is nothing done to prevent the quality of this place to go down. I feel you should hold these stores at higher standards despite the alienation of the store. You could be bring in some serious revenue if you just held you standards at a reasonable level!! What is wrong with is state and how everyone is run to the ground!!!

We went to the Burger King in San Jose in fruit cove in Jacksonville Florida. Two employees were outside smoking. We pulled up in the drive in and placed our order. When we were done there was no response so my husband asked did you get that several times finally she got back on and said no she did not so we ordered again. We went to the window and paid. I went to Burger King and noticed a vape and used water bottle on the area the grab the food from. Not very sanitary and very bad looking. I am very sure this goes against health department codes. I felt if I did something to person at the window they would brush it off. My wife and I went to BK in Stephenville, Tx. My service was very terrible and the wait at the counter to even place an order was too long. They didn't ask if we were a dine in or carry out which we were a carry out because the drive thru line was too long. We waited for 10 min. to even place an order. There was a sign on the door for 10% off any order everyday between 2pm-7pm, we didn't get it until my wife came out of restroom and ask then she went to go get our change. The service girl acted as if she didn't know anything and had to ask manager that seemed just as confused.
My father in law has had the same and worse service. They mixed up his order 2x, refused to give him the free burger when they did the survey and him, my mother and aunt had bought the burger required to get the free burger. He loved BK until now. He will not go to Stephenville, TX BK ever again. If he is Brownwood, TX or Abilene, TX at the Air Base he will eat at BK but never at Stephenville, TX. That is how much is dislikes your business.

I had a train from Qingdao and I bought a burger to go. I was in a hurry so I wanted to eat it on the way. Already in the train I found a thick black hair in the burger, so it could not be mine. Thus I wasted my money, didn't have dinner and had to stay hungry for whole trip and I had no chance to give it back or talk to a manager of that place.
