Burger King - Consistently cold food

So every time we go to BK with a coupon they give us the 2 hours old stale garbage that isn't even room temperature anymore, but completely cold and practically flavorless. It's pretty sad that BK can't afford to treat customers who actually use the coupons that THEY give out like the rest of the customers. I'm not sure what kind of outcome could come from something like this, but really I was just looking to make it public that they think it's ok to treat people like second rate citizens for using the coupons and saving a buck or two.

Desired outcome: public exposure; people should know that they are second rate to BK

Burger King - Unauthorized credit card charges

On November 1, 2020 at 1:46 PM I placed an order on the Burger King App to the Burger King Store #10055 Which is located at 10591 D'Iberville Blvd., D'Iberville MS 39540-2403. The Order number is 3. I went to the store to pick up the order and the store was closed due to a power outage. Hurricane Zeta had just came through the area and there was power outages throughout the area. Before I ordered I had checked online and the store was shown as being open. I went by the store at around 2:30 PM on November 3 and spoke to the General Manager. I asked for a refund or perhaps a replacement on the order since it was never made and I never received it. She would not refund or replace the order and said there was no way I could have been charged. I tried to show her a copy of my bank account which showed the charge for Burger King #10055 for $27.85 which is the same amount as the order I placed. She refused to do anything and made a call to her boss who I never got his name but was a member of the franchise group who repeated the assertion that I could not be charged since the store was closed all day on 1 November. He told me to dispute the charge through my bank was my only recourse. I believed if I showed the order and the charge on my account that they would resolve this dispute to an amicable resolution. Burger King - missing food and customer service

Ordered food through the drive-thru at about 7:15pm on 9/21/19. I spent over $22 on food for my family which includes 2 children which ended up being a pretty big order. I grabbed the bag of food and started to look through the stuffed bag and saw a lot of the food but it was already really dark outside and hard to see but I thought I felt all of it and I didn't want to tie up their drive-thru. I got home and of course was missing 4 items and no dipping sauces for any of the food that required it. I decided to call instead of driving back because it wasn't too close to our home, when I called the manager was so rude and disgusting in the background saying " well why didn't she check the bag before she drove off since it was such a big order" 🤭🤭🤭 I thought to myself really "it's my fault" WOW! Then he hung up on me. I will never ever be going to that place, he was the worst person I have ever come across and thought that it was the customers fault for not checking her bag. BEWARE FUTURE CUSTOMERS! This also comes from an Active Duty Military Family that helps our country and the husband is currently deployed:(
