Burger King

I know this is a new location, however, on two different occassions I have gone through the drive thru after 5:00 am, and they are not ready for customers. No apology-rather rude...so I go right next door to Sonic and get my breakfast. Also this morning I know there were several customers behind me that also were turned away. Poor service

On 9/2/19 around 10pm I sent my son to store 6766 on Canton Mart Road because I was ill and couldn't go myself to get an Impossible Burger combo, easy on the mayo, add mustard with onion rings instead of fries. Upon return the order was wrong having heavy mayo instead of easy on the mayo. The manager was not apologetic at all so I demanded a refund.
