I went to the Burger King 6 today Saturday, January 13, 2023 I Ms. Lindsey place the order with the lady on the mic which had a very nasty attitude being very unprofessional as I approached the window an ask what is supposed to come in this mean; because your scream turn to fast she stated I just of answering you question she then handed the food out the window I asked can I have sweet sour I don't want barbecue sauce she then got upset would return to the window sent the young man that was cooking I ask can I have a receipt to my order and she stated she doesn't have to give me no receipt I took a picture of the window where it states to call and she then said I don't give a [censored] it going to come back to me this women need some days off
Desired outcome: I want her to get some help!!!! I want to give me apology for her nasty behavior the next person may not be as nice as me cause she is way out of control i have her on film and the way she was acting and witness she need so much help
Burger King - unethical behaviour
On 12-14-19 From the location above, I order a Rodeo King Burger meal, when i got to my destination and open my sandwhich, i noticed they gave me a stacker i called the burger king immediately, and spoke with Wendy the GM of that store she asked me the problem, i stated to her what happen i gave her my ticket number which was #4 she acknowledge that i was given the wrong order.She then instructed me to bring the food back i informed Wendy that i dont stay in the area and i cant make it up there.So the next day 12-15-19 i called the burger king again and spoke with wendy the GM and i told her that i was in the area and can i come up there to get the right sandwhich she asked me did i have the sandwhich that they gave me on the 12-14-19 or my receipt, i told her that my ticket number was #4 and i had spoke with you yesterday and that i did not have the receipt on me, which i feel i did not need it if i spoke with you on the 14th., so she instructed me to return to the store, then i got a job call so i was not able to make it. So on 12-26-19 i was in the area and went to the store and spoke with wendy she informed me that since i didnt return when she instructed me, she cant help me the only thing she can do is give me a discount if i order something.i would like to get this matter resolve all i want is my Rodeo King Burger, Thank you,

Burger King - drive through order

There was absolutely no one in the drive-through I ordered a whopper with cheese combo, heavy mayonnaise and heavy onion plus a 10 piece nuggets. Drove 1 mile home french fries were ice cold, there was no cheese on my whopper neither was there a heavy onion and heavy mayonnaise as I requested. Also there were no chicken nuggets, call back to the store only to have a lady tell me they were in the bottom of the bag, which they were not. Nothing in my order was even close to being warm and I got nothing I ordered at all. I told her there was no cheese or extra onions and mayonnaise as I ordered on my sandwich and the only thing I got was I'm sorry. I'll let you decide if anything what to do about this but I'm never going back.
