On December 1st, my wife and I ordered a whopper meal and a double whopper meal. On both sandwiches the burger meat was so over cooked all you could taste was burnt crunchy cardboard like meat. Both fries were so soggy that they fell apart when you picked them up. Our meals were inedible, but we were pleased to see we had game pieces on our fries and drinks. We won sandwiches so we tried to use them for breakfast. We were informed we had to use them in the BK app. We added the app to our cell phones. The game pieces that were winners say invalid game piece when you add them to the app. I'm frustrated with BK and honestly want all my friends to know what a RIP off BK is.
