I go to the store on bluelakes blvd in twin falls idaho pretty regularly! I love the iced coffee! It is a big hit for me. I do not however appreciate waiting in the drive through to place an order for five minutes, nor do I appreciate waiting in the drive through line for 10-20 minutes depending on whether or not my order is ready when I get to the window...

Burger King tv advertisement

I am offended at the commercial with a man stating he is a "damn fool". I find this inappropriate and offensive for all ages. Why do you feel that it is necessary to include bad language to get people's attention? Please remove this from your advertisement. I will boycott Burger King until is removed, and I will encourage my friends and relatives to do the same.

Every time I go to the Yelm WA Burger King, I am treated like crap, like they are better than I am. I went in this afternoon and even called to talk with a manager and complained and they brushed it off like it's no big deal for there employees to treat others like that. Already back on the road on a 17 hour road trip. We discover our food is not only cold, but the basic instructions we requested were ignored. We asked the sandwich to be cut in half for easy travel. I even heard the man at the register ask the woman in back if they were cut and she said yes. The taco shell was stale and the meat inside was dried out and inedible.

I had a rough friday so I went to Burger King to make me feel good. I ordered Hersheys Chocolate milkshake but they said that is just the regular chocolate shake and they are just using hersheys chocolate on it.but when i received my order there is not even a taste of chocolate on it.its color is not the same on the board and the posters. very disappointing.

Burger King cini - minis

Please bring back the cinna minis. They are the only reason I go to Burger King so now you have lost a regular breakfast customer. Every restaurant has a sweet to go with their breakfast sandwiches. What are you thinking? There is nothing on your breakfast menu now to make me want to go to a Burger King. Burger King has always had a cinnamon roll of some kind offered on the menu. This is a real big disappointment. Raise the price if you have to, but don't discontinue them.

On several occasions if I visit this location they refuse to answer the drivethru between 10:30 pm and 11 pm if they close at 11 why are they turning customers away tonight I visited at 10:45 pm same outcome when I drove off I could see in the window the employees standing around laughing like it's funny that they constantly loose your business money

Went to burger king in front royal virginia about an hour ago... Service is almost always horrible... Employees have bad attitudes and are not trained... General manager cheryl is extremely rude to customers. Allowed 3 of her employees to physical assault someone in the parking lot on christmas and isnt doing anything about it. The person was taken by ambulance to er with broken nose concussion and cheryl didnt seem to care at all. One of the employees who assaulted the man name was Dallas. The manager on duty watched and did nothing as this took place.

Burger King poorly treated cashier

Alright, long story short, I just got done with a major surgery. I had a c-section, as I ended up having a very traumatic labor and delivery. I am not completely healed, but I went back to work Saturday (12/21/19). Low and behold, I come back and am instantly told to start scrubbing chair/table legs. First, it wouldn't be such an issue if I wasn't at risk of harming myself and ripping open my incision from surgery; but for the sake of my job; I did it anyways because I have to support my newborn and myself. So yesterday, (12/22/19) I came into work, sicker than a dog. One of my managers KNEW of this, and there was no care shown at all. I was running back and forth to the bathroom vomiting and with diarrhea. I was getting dizzy headed and felt like I was going to collapse, and no care at all. I was taking orders at the register and serving food to customers; being ill like that. The strain of vomiting was causing my scar to pull and by the time I got to go home (got kept over almost half an hour), I was absolutely in tears and just laid in bed huddled over in pain. I could not stop vomiting long enough to call the store; so I had my mom call in for me today (12/23/19.) The person who answered the phone coped an attitude with my mom over me being ill, which is something I CAN NOT help, then hung up. Whatever I guess, right? I was going to have a doctors note. Go to the doctor today to find out, I have the stomach flu and am extremely contagious for up to 48 hours. Remember when I said I worked all day yesterday, and was taking orders and making food? Let's hope customers don't end up ill as well. Anyways, the doctor has put on my paper to excuse me from today and Tuesday as it is contagious. My mom has tried to call the store multiple times to tell them I'd be out again tomorrow; and would have a doctors note; and they're refusing to answer the phone. I love my job, I truly do. I like the business, and I have grown a close bond with some of my regular customers. What I don't like though, is being treated like a slave/dog; and being treated poorly over things I cannot help, like getting sick. I'm not bringing it to my own store managers attention because they brush any issue I have off like it's nothing. I'm so sick of being treated like I don't matter. A person should not have to dread their next day or work. I just want the situation handled. I am so tired. Thank you.

Burger King cheeseburgers

I pulled up and ordered 2 regular cheeseburgers, when I finally got a response I ordered then pulled around I was the only vehicle at the time, when I got to the window I was not greeted and I sit there for over 10 mins. I got my order and they were extremely cold almost stale, still I was never greeted even when he took money, I turned around and went back stated my order was cold, I got a window slam after my other burgers were brought out, very rude and I will not be back. This location is in Shreveport, La on Line Ave. next to I-20 interstate.
