I've been reading constumer reviews of this place and it makes me sick that there is nothing done to prevent the quality of this place to go down. I feel you should hold these stores at higher standards despite the alienation of the store. You could be bring in some serious revenue if you just held you standards at a reasonable level! What is wrong with is state and how everyone is run to the ground!
