When through the drive thru and used code 8952, and the code information showed on the screen (3 whop, 3 cheese burgers, 3 small fries and then the rep cleared the info and told me the code did not work i then pulled up to the window and the manager told me the code was not good, so i showed her the coupon and she still refused to take this order. Burger King cold food after a lengthy wait in drive thru

We ordered the 2 for 10$ meal deal 2 whoppers with cheese 2 fries & 2 drinks. By the time we got to the window, more than 5 minutes, we were given our order and the worker was rude and abruptly shut the window. We weren't given condiments or even straws. The food was cold and bland, the fries had to have been sitting there forever. Could we possibly be given a remake of our meal or equivalent credit?
