This Burger King is one of various local fast-food restaurants. We have gone to dine in there 6 times in the last eighteen days. Two times (11:30AM) and (12 noon) dine-in was closed for lunch with a handwritten sign saying drive through only. The three times we went for breakfast over one hour after posted opening time (Closed). We always dine in at Burger King, never use the drive-through. The one time we were able to dine-in for lunch the employees forgot our catsup. When we informed them so it could be corrected, they grabbed a handful and thew them on the counter and walked away.
Hardee's is about the same distance for us, so no more BK.
Desired outcome: Close it.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE...
Today, Friday December 6 at 12:30 pm I stopped by the Burger King in Moyock NC as I often do 2 or 3 times a week. I ordered two double cheeseburger and a fries and ask to remove the ketchup and pickles and instead having a bit a mayonnaise. I have a medical condition that prohibit me from eating any acidic food. I was told at the ordering kiosk that she would have to charge me for mayonnaise, when I pulled to the window I ask why there was charge for adding mayonnaise since i was removing 2 ingredients and that I had made that same request many times before and never had an issue. The assistant manager ( her name is Reese) that was working the window at the moment told me that the mayonnaise was in packet and it was more expensive. I again said that I've made the same request before and all she said was "That's it" and shut the window. I stay there with my arm extended holding my money and after maybe 15, 20 seconds she reopen the window and told me to move and she wouldn't take my order and told me to have a "great day".
I have been on the receiving end of a bad customer experience many times in my life but I think this one take the cake!
I really would like to know who is the owner of the Franchise at that location to tell him/her what I think of their business...
Being a business owner in retail, I wonder how long I would stay in business if I or any of my employees treated a customer that way. I have favor BK over other fast food brand but I think I will go back to McD or any other but BK.

2 days ago I went through the drive thru and my order totaled $30.01.
I paid with a $100 bill and one penny, which made my change an even seventy dollars. Simple…
Not so much.
I was handed back a wad of cash and lots of dimes and nickels to equal .99. When i reminded cashier that I gave her a penny, she gave me a blank stare and shook her head no. Instead of arguing, I agreed to pull around to the double doors( as they ask you to do ever visit because they are “making hot food”) and waited for my order. Close to ten minutes later as I’m about to drive off, I count the cash in my lap. I was given $59 (and don’t forget the .99) .
Long story short, manager said drawer was not coming out over and basically said… yeah, I’m not gonna do anything to resolve this except take your name and number and call you if (and I quote) “your change is found.”
I assured her I was never given the ten dollars and said thanks. Never ever going back.
The employee never looked at me, didn’t ask if I needed anything while waiting at counter, and never asked why her drawer was even being counted. Wonder why?!
They need to review cameras because their employee is stealing from customers.
