On Sunday March 22 I made an order for pickup at My local Wendy’s. When I got to the store I was informed that they were not receiving any app orders and I could order again. Pay again and call Wendy’s customer care for a refund. I chose to call the customer care line. When I call, it disconnected me every time. Only to learn they close Friday at 8 pm til Monday. When I finally got a hold of someone, they were patronizing, and informed me they need to go back to the franchise for the refund. The same franchise that sent me to customer care. I asked for a call from a supervisor that never came. I will not be a customer of Wendy’s ever again
