Meet coming out raw or still pink food not being made the way you want it and then you sit in the diner and it takes 20 minutes to get your food and it’s cold because they leave your fries sitting on a tray waiting for your meat you go through the drive-through and it takes 30 minutes and when you get your food it’s cold. This has been going on for the last year I don’t know why this is happening but it’s unacceptable. I pay $15 a meal and it’s cold or it’s raw and the manager isn’t super nice either she just says would you like me to make that for you again and the attitude isn’t pleasant it’s not friendly. It’s not an apology. She just says the machine is wonky. That’s why the meat not cooked all the way.

Desired outcome: Just better and fast service. I think you need to do more training or get a better manager.
