I am sorry to have to place a complaint however there is no other place for submitting my complaint. Over the last several months I have gone through the drive through to get breakfast at 0700, as the hours on the door and drive-through inform the customer they are open. However, they are not. The lights are on, but there is no answer at the outside ordering center, or at the window after knocking several times. I have sat at the drive through for 10 min waiting for a response and none. If the store doesn't want to serve breakfast that is fine please change the hours. If the drive through is to be open then please contact the owner and inform him/her that it is not open to customers and correct the problem. In case you are wondering the door to the building is also locked so there is no walk in ordering either. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
