I usually place orders at drive through but there are constant errors, last night went inside to get better service. He had the order together and was placing in the bag, I saw the grilled cheese burrito on the counter, assumed he was putting it in the bag as it was part of the order. He obviously didn't put in my bag. This is a problem and happens at this Taco Bell a lot...I am beyond frustrated...the worst part the servers do not speak clear English to get your order straight or ask a question.
Claimed loss: $5.69
Desired outcome: I want to be reimbursed for item not received...Thank you..again this is not the first time this has happened..
