My mother was denied using the restroom like a crackhead unless she made a purchase first. She said I’ll order lunch after I use the restroom. No! Was told to leave. Ridiculous! I called to complain to the manager. She said it was all Taco Bell’s policy. This was on July 3rd about 2pm.

Desired outcome: Manager reprimanded for not handling the situation correctly.
