grilled stuff steak burrito
I visited the Red Oak, Texas location this evening (drive thru). This is the second time in the past month that I ordered the grilled stuff steak burrito for my husband. Both times...no steak, ground meat instead. These are one of the most expensive things on your menu. I would prefer to get what I pay for. This is ridiculous. When I attempted to contact the store my phone, after a few rings it went to a fax machine. Please train your staff better. We will probably not be customers any longer.

They are not friendly at all and when you order and pay the price for this stuff you should at least get 2 spoonfuls of meat and all in the boritos. We got maybe 1/4 of cheese with cheese fries. They dont smile at all or speak besides orders. They act like they don't want to be there. My husband wanted they steak nacho box and had to order something else due to it going to be a 30 minute wait on the steak.

I went in with a large order for me and some co workers, the lady taking my order kept saying "oh my god" "jesus" referring to all the extra veggies I added to my loaded fries making me feel embarrassed in front of others. I got extra beef, extra sour cream, with added guacamole, onion, red strips, beans and potatoes. when I got my meal it was most definitely not extra beef or sour cream and I counted my tomatoes and red strips (because there was so little there) i paid close to 10 dollars for my loaded fries and got a very disappointing platter, AFTER being embarrassed in front of employees and other customers because my order was "too much". I know in my picture I already started eating, but it's because I'm at work on a time crunch and I have to eat very fast and I was very hungry because I do a lot of manual labor at my job. I Paid 1.60 for Xtra Cheese on Burritos and NONE had Xtra Cheese! Ordered Light Lettuce on Tacos, they Put XTRA Lettuce! How do they get XTRA out of LIGHT is Beyond me!
a product that has not returned
Hello there, I am a committed customer, I am actually eating it right now as I am writing this. But I fell in love with a product that sadly, I have not seen come back. The naked chicken chips and the crispy chicken quesadilla were incredible and I know a lot of people enjoyed them as well! PLEASE bring them back and make them stay, I assure I'll come even more if that was the case!

She was down right rude while she was taking our order and kept getting snappy at us for not knowing what some people in our group wanted. This is not the first time she has done this and i dont think this is very polite to have her on your service and team any longer. She is completely disrespectful and you are going to loose quite a bit of service from her working at your compnay any longer.

nacho fries
For 1.39 I hate to complain but the NACHO fries are not worth getting. This is the third time I have received cold limp fries and that's enough. I was glad they were coming back and thought I would try again. Never again. Is the cheese sauce boiling hot so you won't notice the cold fries ? I am very fond of the crunchy tacos and the fries would of been a great addition but they need to be hot and crispy.

Well first a week ago it took twenty minutes just to order food. Then another 10 to get food. Today I order two spicy tostadas and to mini shredded chicken quesadillas the mini's had hardly anything on them so I took a picture. Tostadas are never made the same sometimes has little on it. Had nacho fries the other day and they were cold so I will never order them again. The cashiers seem to never listen and while waiting for food always leaning with back towards window. My wife halfway through eating her steak nachos when she noticed a black curly hair on it. I took her food and hand it to the staff at the register. The female staff picked the hair from the food and showed it to her supervisor? Manager? as she was preparing another food for someone and quoted "I don't know where it came from? You can see how we do it" she did not apologize to me or my wife, but a middle age staff at the counter said "I'm sorry". I went back to our seat hoping she will approached us and apologize, but instead she prepared something and whole time she keeps saying "Make sure there is no Hair in there" stated that numerous times as my wife looking towards the kitchen. Then the same female staff handing us a bag of food of something and said the name of the food the manager made and my wife and I refused to take it. And she replied back Are you sure? And we both nodded yes we are sure. We were upset how the store manager handled that situation and we wanted to address this in upper managment of taco bell

We arrived at Taco Bell around 10:21 on 7/15/2018 in Fort Wayne Indiana downtown at the Jefferson Street Location. The drive through was wrapped around the building with long lines. It was not 11:00 which is the lobby closing time so we decided to go in. But when my husband got out the car a manager was standing outside smoking a cigarette leaning inside a truck talking to someone. He stopped my husband and told him that the dinning room was closed. Now we were confused but the guy looked to be annoyed by our presence or interrupting his conversation. So we got in the drive though line. We sat in the line for over 2O Minutes. Then we were finally able to place our order and the young lady advised that they were out of Nacho cheese. But Finally we made it to the window and the time that the dinning room was to close was listed just as we thought 11:00pm. So why had they closed the dinning room over 30minutes early. Why the shift manager stood outside on a break with the line wrapped around the building and them being out of product. It was after 11:00 when we were finally done getting our food and left the lot. This service was awful and a lot of it could have possibly been avoided. There was no regard to the customers no sorry for the long waits. Continued actions like this will ruin the name that Taco bell has worked hard for.

Yesterday I bought my daughter an order of nacho fries at the drive through in Jennings Louisiana. When we drove off she spilled the cheese on her arm. It was so extremely hot she suffered a bad burn. I pulled the car over to help her because she was crying and screaming in pain. When I took the container from her even the container was hot. The container was too flimsy for a product that hot. The cheese was way too hot to serve to the public in an unmarked flimsy container. This product is not safe! I brought her to the doctor today for the burn. I have pictures of her burns.

I went to taco Bell on 7-20-18. It is a brand new taco Bell just recently built in Mont Belvieu Texas. This was my second time to ever visit this taco Bell we have been so excited to have one closer to where we live now! My first visit I was a little upset because I made it all the way home and was missing both of my bean burritos but I let it go. My second trip there on the 20th I sat in the Taco Bell line with only three cars in front of me for 45 minutes. When I finally made it to the window the young man that was working the drive-thru I am not certain of his name had a smirk on his face like the whole situation was funny. He takes my debit card and charges me for my order and hands me my order I look through it and notice that I am missing my order of cheese fries I had ordered two and only received one. When I told him he said he will have to charge me for the second one because he did not the first time. So as I was a little aggravated because I had already sat in line and I figured since it was his mistake he would give me the fries I handed him my debit card and instead of him charging me for another order of fries he charged me for the order of the car behind me. Then when he realized the mistake he made he precedes to cuss profanities using the f word and the s word. I had my 16 year old son sitting next to me the whole time listening to this. He precedes to get the manager who starts to argue with him about what he did while the window is open and we are sitting there watching she starts to get on to him and made the situation much more uncomfortable. She attempts to fix the problem by refunding my card for the $5.58 they charged me. She said it would be back on my card immediately which was a lie I did not receive it until today 4 days later. I understand that it is a new restaurant and that you people are still training and I tried to take that into consideration but the customer service that was shown at this restaurant was Far Below expectations. It was a nightmare to say the least.
bottled water
I probably go to Taco Bell once a month I typically always use the drive through. I don't drink soda so I always get a meal and substitute bottled water for my soda. I've never had an issue with this until today. The girl at the counter told me meals only come with fountain drink and if I wanted a bottled water I had to pay for it separately. She said there is no way around it no discount or up charge that the meal comes with fountain drink and bottled water is separate I could not believe such an egregious policy and was left aggravated and upset after paying for a drink I did not want. Not sure if I'll be returning anytime soon.

I am a long-time paying customer with this particular Taco Bell I had ordered my food and ordered 4 water cups I have never received Clearwater cups I always receive the small black cups and when my children had got soda in a cup I normally get water this particular time the cashier / manager looked at my kids while I was at the counter waiting for my food turned around to me yelling real real loud with a room full of White people and said your kids didn't pay for that you have to pay for that I told her she did not have to do that she said I can do what I want to do I'm the manager and I will call the police now my thing is why did she have to holler why did she Target my kids and why did she give us the icy cups in the beginning the man in front of me as for a water cup and receive the normal water cup that supposed to be given when I asked her name she asked me why I didn't do anything why do you need my name I told her because I would like to voice my opinion... I just left from up there to speak to the manager over her head when I came in and spoke Softly and said hello Crystal is your manager here she replied no come back tomorrow and my name is Crystal okay Crystal... I was waiting for a receipt of my
Order and the girl gave me someone else receipt I gave it back to her then she called over someone else .i was then informed that the machine was broken . I asked for the manager name and number. I was given a number that was wrong and also not working.when I got the right # I called to file a complaint a person answered but when I started talking about the situation she put the phone down. When I hung up and called back the line was busy. Why am we being so mistreated?

The checked items shown below were missing from my order; with the exception of my request for "no sour cream". I had to scrap most of the top of my salad off to get the sour cream off.
After repeating the order back to me twice, at the speaker AND the window they still got it wrong.
I tried to call the store several times but they did not answer. This has happened several times in the past but this store does not answer their phone.
I feel I deserve compensation for this and this store should be seriously looked at.

On July 23, 2018, my husband (78) and I (73) ordered two taco salads and one shredded chicken burrito to take home. After driving home, getting out of the car, walking up the stairs, sitting down to eat, and then finding out No burrito! I went back to Taco Bell, angry, tired, and hot! But what transpired next turned the entire episode around.
Tamara, at the window, greeted me with a sincere apology, took full responsibility for the mistake, had them make a fresh burrito, and gave me a free blast to cool me off, all the while being totally professional and gently making me feel like a valued customer.
What a different world this would be if we had more young people with her attitude and professionalism.
I was so blessed by this young girl and her demeanor that I left there in an entirely different frame of mind.
I formally nominate her as Employee of the year! May God bless her life as she blesses others!

cheesy double decker tacos.
I went to the store in Bangalore at Ascendas Park Square mall on 10th of July. I had order a 2 set of veg cheesy double decker tacos and 1 cheesy double decker non veg tacos. I paid a bill amount of Rs 385.
My friend ate the non veg tacos and I had the veg one.
The reason I am complaining is that I have got food poisoning from the food consumed and needed hospitalization the next day. I have the statement of the purchase at taco bell in my bank statement.
Unfortunately I have lost the bill. I have the copy of the hospital Bill too.
I am really upset that with an international brand such an issue can arise. I can email the documents you require.
You need to take this up extremely seriously and check the hygiene of the store. I have suffered very badly due to this horrible experience.

drive thru
The hours on the window clearly state the drive thru is open till 11pm but they normally close it around 1030pm. I've been in line at the drive thru and they have shut the lights off and not waited on me and it was way before 11pm. This has happened more than once and it has happened when there were more cars than just mine in line. I have also gotten cold food going through there at night.

When I arrived at the Taco Bell on 4700 Boston St, Baltimore, MD, 21224 I was appalled. Only one employee was working who was both taking orders and making the food at the same time. I am a vegetarian so when I placed my order, I made sure to say NO MEAT. When I got home, each of my food items had beef in it and it was so disgusting I threw it out. Each taco was soggy and mushy and it was squashed and the beef was oozing out of it. On top of that, I was missing 3 items from what I ordered. I am disgusted and never going back.

At the first one I was told they cannot make my order because they didn't have a cook and there was no manager on site called back and spoke with the manager name Christy! At II Taco Bell I order my food I have a receipt for that one and was only given one item not the order that I originally ordered I would appreciate if I can get a call back from someone ASAP the call back number is area code [protected] least complaints are on Oklahoma City stores please someone call me back this is absolutely ridiculous and I'm thinking about taking it a bit further if I don't get a call back ASAP I was greeted by a manager at the second store that calls herself TT what the hell I know I Mama didn't name her that say it ain't so
