Taco Bell review: My Taco Bell order was overcooked and missing a lot of items including the chicken
On November 1, 2025 it was getting late and I wanted to do takeout for dinner so after I was doing some searching I realized Taco Bell is one of the few restaurants that was open so I decided to go for Taco Bell for dinner while I was about to place my order I wanted something different from Taco Bell so I got the Cantina Chicken bowl as I placed my order I wait for while finally my food arrived then I opened the Taco Bell bag and to my disappointment the tacos shells were overcooked (As Shown in the Picture) and the cantina chicken bowl had no chicken in it (As Shown in the Picture) Also I was missing a lot sauce packets this made me lose my appetite and ruined my night as well.
Desired outcome: I just want Taco Bell to Give me a $50 Taco Bell Gift Card for the inconvenience

That is a complete fail on their part, no chicken in a chicken bowl is just embarrassing. Here is what I would do right now: call that Taco Bell location directly and ask for the store manager, not a shift lead. Tell them exactly what happened and that you have photos. Demand a full refund or a replacement meal voucher for your next visit. Also, use the Taco Bell app to file a complaint with the order number, because corporate tracks those and often sends a coupon for a free item. Do not let this slide, you paid for a meal and got a snack. Be firm but polite, and you will get your money back.
