Unprofessional Employees Ruined Our Taco Bell Experience
Me and my girlfriend Sydney decided to hit up Taco Bell for a quick bite to eat. We were both craving some delicious tacos, so we headed straight to the drive-thru. However, our experience was far from satisfactory.
When we pulled up to the speaker to place our order, the lady taking our order seemed to be more interested in chatting with her coworkers than taking our order. She kept laughing and talking, which made it difficult for me to even place our order. I was surprised when she finally got our order right.
As we pulled up to the window to pay, the lady completely ignored us and continued talking to her coworkers. We waited for what felt like an eternity, at least three minutes, before she finally acknowledged us and took our payment.
We then had to wait even longer for our food. While waiting, we noticed the same group of girls laughing and throwing things at each other like they were in the middle of a school recess. This was very unsanitary and unprofessional, in my opinion.
Finally, after about ten minutes of waiting, we received our food. Unfortunately, it was cold by then. We were so disappointed that we didn't even bother going back in to complain.
Overall, our experience at Taco Bell was terrible. The employees were unprofessional and seemed more interested in socializing than doing their jobs. We hope that the management takes action and fires these ladies, so that other customers don't have to waste their time like we did.
QuesaLupa from Taco Bell: A Disastrous Experience
I recently tried the QuesaLupa from Taco Bell and let me tell you, it was not a pleasant experience. The first bite was just awful, the taste was so bad that it reminded me of something that I can't even describe. It was like eating something that was crusty and poor, almost like the flesh of a dirty person. I know that sounds gross, but that's exactly how it tasted.
Despite my initial reaction, I decided to finish the entire thing. That was a BIG mistake. After a few minutes, I felt like my insides were on fire. It was like the heat of a thousand men was burning inside my large intestines. I couldn't even produce any waste, my body was just completely blocked up.
Eventually, I had to call the police and paramedics because I was in such a bad state. They arrived and saw me in a completely disembodied state. It was so humiliating and I felt like my dignity and integrity were completely gone.
This experience has left me severely mentally and emotionally impaired. My IQ has decreased by 37% and I have little will to live. I wish that God could help me, but I feel like I am subject to the lustful caresses of the evil Lord whose name starts with S and ends with -TAN.
Overall, my life has been completely ruined by this experience. I would not recommend the QuesaLupa from Taco Bell to anyone. It's just not worth the risk.
Poor Customer Service and Mistakes in Order at Edmonton Taco Bell
I recently visited the Taco Bell located on 156 street in Edmonton. Unfortunately, the customer service I received was not up to par. The woman who assisted us was very short and rude. When I asked for a separate order, she informed me that they were too busy, even though there was no one behind us in the drive-thru. This left us feeling quite frustrated.
To make matters worse, when I was placing my order, I had to repeat myself multiple times. It seemed like the woman was not paying attention to what I was saying. When we got to the window to pay, she quickly took the machine away, almost causing my card to fall to the ground. I waited patiently for my food, but unfortunately, the wrong drink was given to me. I had to yell back at the woman to let her know that it was the wrong drink. She gave her coworkers an annoyed gesture with her hands up and went to get me the right drink. At this point, I was just over the poor service.
When we finally received our food and pulled out of the drive-thru, we realized that we did not receive the fries we had paid for. Additionally, they made a crunch wrap with chicken when we had asked for a chicken quesadilla. This was a huge disappointment.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at this Taco Bell location. The woman who assisted us was rude and unprofessional, and the mistakes made with our order were unacceptable. I hope that the management takes steps to improve the customer service at this location in the future.
Terrible Service and Food Quality at North Ridgeville Taco Bell
I gotta say, I'm a big fan of Taco Bell. I mean, who doesn't love a good taco? But let me tell you, something's gone seriously wrong with the Taco Bell in North Ridgeville, Ohio. It's just the worst. I mean, if there's even one person ahead of you in line, you're gonna be waiting for like 20 or 30 minutes. And when you finally get your food, it's all cold and soggy. It's been like that for at least six months now. And don't even get me started on the people who work there. They're just plain rude. And the food? Terrible. I mean, you're lucky if you even get what you ordered. It's just been a total disaster for the past six months.
Honestly, I don't think I'll ever go back to that Taco Bell. I'd rather drive out of my way to find a different one. This one is just the absolute worst. And even if they do happen to have what you want, it's like a miracle or something. Their service is just terrible. I mean, seriously, it's just the worst.
Oh, and by the way, this review thing is asking me for proof of purchase, but I didn't even buy anything because they didn't have what I wanted. Of course. Ugh, this Taco Bell is just the worst.
Taco Bell's Disappointing Service: Barely Any Meat or Cheese in My Order
I recently placed an order on Taco Bell's website for a total of almost $40. I was really excited to receive my order, which included three tacos and a crunch wrap. However, when I opened the bag, I was extremely disappointed to find that there was barely any meat or cheese in my tacos and crunch wrap. I was so upset that I decided to call the store to complain.
To my surprise, the manager on the phone told me that they were out of some of the ingredients and that they didn't inform me about it. I was really angry because I spent a lot of money on this order and I didn't even get what I paid for. I'm pregnant and I was really looking forward to enjoying my meal, but instead, I got a half-assed taco and meal.
I think it's really disrespectful and ridiculous that Taco Bell can't even inform their customers when they're out of certain products. It's not fair to pay for something and not receive what you paid for. I think Taco Bell needs to get their act together and start being more honest with their customers. This is complete bull$#*! and I'm really disappointed.

I ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito and got nothing more that a little beef and a splash of sour cream, the other burritos had no cheese or onions, and the tacos had so little cheese it is laughable. Paying for a product is what I expect to get NOT a tortilla and some taco shells. Reaching out to the workers and management was useless and I was told to "just file a complaint".

May 17th, I had someone to take me (due to medical reasons, I’m unable to drive myself) to Taco Bell (store # 838611). I purchased a party pack for $25.48 cash.
When I got home and started to eat, I realized the taco had an odor and a bad taste.
I tried another one and the same thing happen. I immediately call the restaurant to inform them of the situation (I keep the tacos a couple of days, hoping to take them back to the restaurant). I phoned several times and an automatic system keep saying to call back later. I phone the customer service line to informed them of what happen so that I can get this rectified. I was informed by customer service, since I paid cash that a supervisor would have to give me a call back in 2-3 days. I waited and no call. I called customer service again and was informed the same thing. I waited another 2-3 days and no phone call. I phone customer service again on rday June7th, this time I was informed that since I wanted a refund, I would need to go back to the store. I tried calling the store before I went to try to speak with the manager since I’m unable to drive but was unsuccessful. As I was explaining the situation with the woman who answer the phone, she hung up! This was at 5:17 p.m. I’m currently in a wheelchair and this is how I had to be transported to the store. I went into the store and asked to speak with the manager. The woman went to the back and came back shortly and informed me that she was the assistant manager and what can she do for me. I explained my situation to her and informed her that I had phoned earlier to speak with the manager so that I wouldn’t have to come to the store because of my physical condition. She informed me that the phone doesn’t work well because it only takes orders. I asked if it only take orders why did someone answer it and then hung up. She was at a loss for words. She informed me that since I had a large order, she couldn’t approve a refund, that the manager would have to do that. I asked her again, could she have the manager to come speak with me. A few seconds after leaving the counter I heard a loud NO! When the woman came back to the counter, she was speechless. I asked her for the manager’s name, and she wouldn’t say, she motioned for my cell phone and typed a name LaToya into it. I asked for her name, and she wouldn’t say. I informed her in a calm but firm voice that this is the most unprofessional customer service that I have ever had to experience. I informed the woman before leaving that I would be letting her corporate office know about it. I left the store without my situation being rectified and a little upset of the behavior of the employees.
Desired outcome: I would like to get a full refund for my purchase and an apology for those unprofessional employees. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Wasn't able to upload receipt to this message.

Supreme steak soft taco
I ordered two supreme steak tacos. They were both rolled up like taquitos. Both cold. Neither of them had sour cream or tomatoes, and one of the tacos had the ingredients halfway out of the soft shell into the wrapper. Just terrible steak, old cheese, and lettuce. The steak was tough and the chunks were too big. This location is always terrible, and I vowed not to return, but I decided to give it one last try because I was craving T Bell, and I didn't want to go out of my way. I have never sent a complaint before, but I'm sick of this. I will certainly not return to this location, regardless of my cravings. University Ave, Green Bay Taco Bell just lost a customer for good. Not that they give a damn.
Desired outcome: I would like to see an overhaul in staffing and management, since everyone they hire seems to be incompetent. But since I'll settle for my money back.
