Chicken that had hair under the skin
I went to store#125 on 9/16/23 I order a two piece meal, when got home i peeled the skin off the chicken and it had hair in it, the next day i went back to the store with receipt in hand, and ask to speak with a manager, I gave her my receipt and showed her a picture of the chicken with the hair, she then ask if I had the chicken with me, I explained to her that I put it in the trash, she told me there was nothing she could do cause i needed to bring the chicken back, I told her they had already picked the trash up, I ask for the corporate number and she gave it to me, I reported this to corporate twice and got no response. The area manager was to call me. It has been several weeks and still nothing.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund are at least replace my order i still have my recepit,
Service/Beverage quality
Service at this place is not the best. Even when they repeat the order you exactly what you wanted they still get it wrong. Correct them at the window to double check it was right again. The Popeyes store in Athens Texas was being fined by the city of Athens for not mowing their grass. I felt sorry for them and agreed to send my 16 year old son to mow the facility for them at a rate of $100.00 because they said they cold find anyone. After mowing it three times, once a week, they found someone to mow the grass. My son spent four hours mowing each trip plus his gas and equipment use even though we are not financially able to do this. It has now been over three months with no payment. We have sent in invoices three times and W-2's twice. I have made numerous personal visits to request payment and made phone calls to ask for the money. Please help us get paid for this job, I do not want to, nor do I want anyone else to have a bad opinion of your company.

The cashier was simply rude and absolutely hating her job. It does not hurt to act politely toward a customer that is spending theirs hard earning cash at you place. I was at the store at 6:40pm and only one other customer was ahead of me. The cashier did not even acknowledge me or even replied with a hello back. Simply why you want …no offer of upsell or asking if I needed anything else.

I was at the Chicago, 6400 N Sheridan Rd, Chicago store, on 09/01/20023 at 7:42 pm and waited for 5 minutes for assistance. I countened 10 staff memberbers, plus someone who said they were the store manager. Short young Afro/American man and was told the store was in a management team , so there was no sericeses, no services to be rendered. There was an Uber/Grubhub/Doordash person ahead of me. Yet, services were paid for. But NOT rendered.
You cannot have associate meetings, closing all services during service hours.

Cross Contamination
I'm mildly allergic to shellfish so I didn't think it would be a problem to eat at this restaurant on August 31st in Mississippi when I was traveling. However I was completely unaware that they cook all of their foods in the same fryer so if course I broke out on a pretty good rash on my face and hands and mouth. For a company that makes millions every year you think they could afford ONE extra fryer per restaurant. That would show they really care about their customer base.
Desired outcome: Please order one extra fryer per restaurant and for the restaurants that have separate fryers please do not mix your oils when you clean the oil. 7 million Americans are allergic to shellfish.
Customer service
At approximately 4pm today Friday September 1st 2023 we went through the drive thru and ordered the 8 piece original chicken family meal. We got home I started with the kids plates one got a leg the other got a thigh so starred to make adults and there was only 4 pieces left then called the store and told them she said bring the receipt and exactly what we gave you i said the kids already ate she hung up on me went to the storeand the man insisted I was a lier and was so rude to me but then put 2 pieces in a box and threw it to counter and said next time bring it all back to prove it I said i would have but didnt notice until after making kids plates he said how convenient
Desired outcome: The man doesnt need his job hes rude and dont know how to count and would like the right amount of the right kind of chicken ordered
They charged regular price and would not take coupon i had
I had coupon $22.99 for 10c with sides, they charged $37.95 and wouldn't take coupon, and top it off they gave me wrong order, store# 10524 I called them and they want answer phone, call corporate nothing but a machine. Honestly I feel they owe me my $ back. On 8/24/2023 I was at Popeyes in Henrietta New York at about 9:30 pm at the drive thru I sit there for afew minutes, I beep my horn one time do to not been acknowledged at that time staff said something that I did not understand I ask are you closed and staff stated yeah, I proceed to leave, I noticed that customer inline behind me was in conversation with drive thru staff, I went inside and ask why was I told that you was closed, Staff that was on register asked staff that was working drive thru in a joking manner why did she say that she said because I beep the horn, I stated that is very unprofessional and I will be contacting Headquaters. All staff was very unprofessional.

Delivery issue and broken support chat
Popeyes uses doordash to deliver their orders. The driver called me to say he was at my door but I did not find him anywhere. When he told me the address he was at, I realized that he was actually no where close to my home. He marked it as delivered even though he did not actually deliver the food to me. I was on the phone with him for almost 10minutes, with him explaining that it was not his fault that doordash gave him the wrong address. But it was his fault that he marked it as delivered, because now Popeyes believes that I got my food when in actuality I didn’t. I have no idea where the food was supposedly delivered to.
I've been trying to get in contact with support about my most recent order but the support chat is broken. I’ve tried emailing different addresses to get a response but I still have not heard back from them. It’s been almost a week now. I’ve attached screenshots of the broken chat and emails I’ve sent to Popeyes with no response back.

No food and unprofessional staff
I was returning transit from spain on the 23rd august by pegasus airline and visited popeyes at Sabiha airport Turkey. They did not have any food at 10 pm ( only chicken nuggets) not coke or drinks and the staff were really inprofessional and not up to Popeyes Standards.
Instead of appologizing he was telling me to go aways in a very disrespctul manner. Believe it is not up to Popeys standards and especially staff at the airport need to speak English and be professional, not staff insulting people in in bad manners. Thank you
