Dear Sir/Madam,

I am penning this letter to articulate my grievance, seeking resolution before escalating to legal action.

On a certain occasion, I patronized your Popeyes Chicken outlet located on Smoky Hill in Aurora, Colorado. Unbecoming to my expectation, upon consummation I discovered foreign, non-edible fragments in the chicken which neither appeared to be chicken nor fat but brown/red particles. I promptly reported this incident to your customer service team through both, the Popeyes app and the official email.

In response, an offer of bonus points, followed by a promised refund was made. Regrettably, the inconvenience and unsettling experience of likely consuming foreign particles exceed the cost of the meal, and if necessitated medical attention, the cost would have been more significant. To further the matter, this incident has deterred me from consuming chicken henceforth.

I wish to express my desire for an amicable resolution to this matter. I invite you to engage in dialogue via email at [protected]@gmail.com to discuss this situation further. However, should I not hear from you by August 21, 2023, it is my unequivocal intent to file a lawsuit.

This serves as a final attempt to resolve this issue without resorting to legal proceedings. Without your prompt response by August 21, 2023, I am left with no alternative but to pursue legal action. In a lawsuit scenario, I would be compelled to seek redress to the fullest extent permitted by law. This action would include pursuing additional damages, recovery of legal services costs, court costs, and the accumulation of interest.

Asked if the new Ghost Wings were boneless and the person taking the order said yes. He barely spoke english. We also order a meal and a 20 piece spicy chicken tenders with 5 sides. Popeyes Service

For several nights I have been trying to get a meal before work. I am an overnight worker at a hospital. I have been to two locations which are about a 3 to 5 minutes drive from each other and have been unsuccessful. I have made about 5 trips which is ridiculous. One of the nights was no fault of one of the restaurants, it was an incident on the premises which caused it to be in a nonservice mode.

The issue is the employees are cleaning and preparing to close early and are just standing around waiting on time. The wait is absolutely too long and then you have to wait for the food to be cooked which creates additional wait time.

The lack of customer relations to service is unacceptable to continue to get the same outcome.

So my question to you. Can I get service after 9 pm? I am sad to have to even be bothered to write this complaint. I understand the post covid situation, that is why I tried so many times to try another night, and yet nothing is different.

Maybe you can help. Please inform customers of changes or re-educate your employees on how important customer service is even when it is telling the customer you are closed instead of just not answering the drive-thru.

Desired outcome: I want accurate information and a response and you tell me what the outcome will be so I will know what to expect from Popeyes

Popeyes I'm complaining about your crispy sandwiches

I have tried your crispy and new blacken chicken sandwiches, they're delicious. I stop at one of your restaurants the other day and bought both sandwiches. to take home. as I sat down to eat them with my dinner to my surprise when I remove them from the foil bag, the bread and chicken was soggy, from sweating in that foil bag. The hot chicken on a bun and to put in a foil bag, is not a good way to present your crispy chicken sandwiches to take out. The next time I get your crispy chicken sandwiches, I will ask the server not to put it in that foil bag and I will take my own sandwich wrapping paper with me for them to wrap it and put in a paper bag.

Popeyes Milwaukee restaurants

Any day of the week, or time the restaurants dont have more than two options for sides.

Large sides are severed in small size containers (total three).

Friday and Saturday evenings lines are so long at Burleigh, 76th Capitol.

This has been going on for years. We are paying for food and getting what we paid for! I’m so frustrated, this is everyday . Goodhope store is burnt down! This so not right!

Popeyes Service provided by 4 separate popeye chicken restaurants on 7/23/2023.

4 separate Popeye Chicken Restaurants on 7/23/2023. At 7:30 PM I arrived at the Popeyes located near my address. It is located at 3855 Lee Road, Cleveland, Ohio 44128. Trash is piled up so high on the side of the building. Paint severely peeling off. It didn't surprise me that they had nothing but spicy chicken. Mind you they close at 11 PM. I asked will they be making more. They told me, no. I then went to Popeyes located at 12910 Buckeye Road waited in the drive thru again. No Chicken. Drove up to South Euclid, Ohio 44121 Popeyes in the Walmart Plaza. I was told that the only thing they could sell me was sides. I said to them well what are you all going to do. You are supposed to be serving chicken and it was only a little after 8 PM at this time. The drive thru clerk said we can't close. I said you don't chicken, you should close. I then called Maple Heights store, spoke on the phone to Store Manager that told me his name. I told him what problems I was having with finding 24 Ghost Pepper Wings and a 4 piece dinner with strawberry bisquits. He told me that he would cook them for me. When I arrived the young lady said you have to cancel. I asked for the Manager and this guy named J lied and said I did not order it from him. I had to order something for the clerk before to tell me to cancel. Are you all going out of business? I have never had such bad service. I did not get home until 9:30 and had to settle for delivery from Happy's Pizza. I am sure they will be here with my order. $47.00. This is unacceptable.

I placed my order for 2 piece spicy white meat, I received 2 wings mild, as you can see from pictures and the receipt I did not receive what I ordered. Popeyes Corporate pig in the lobby

I went into store 2295 for lunch today, July 17th 2023 at 11:39 am, and there was some Popeyes corporate pig in there sprawled out over the table with his office. I tried to enjoy my lunch, but my appetite was lost due to listening to him talk on the phone about the correct way to fire people. You could tell he really enjoyed screwing with people's lives. I was sick to my stomach. that is conversations that can be done from his office. the store served me an amazing lunch, piping hot and fresh, I was ready to dig in, but listening to this pig, I had to get up and leave. just because he has a big paycheck and is some big boss does not mean he can act that way in front of customers. when we go in and pay for our meal, that is our dining room, not his office. I felt so bad for the staff there. when I spoke to the manager I could tell his hands were tied because the pig out ranked him. people like that should not be allowed to go into the stores and act like they own the world.

Desired outcome: pig to meet me at the store an apologize to me and all the staff at that store for the way he acted today. dig into his pockets and buy us all lunch. If not, channel 13 news. they love this stuff.

Popeyes Employees, service, management and/ staff appearance

I suggest there are so many things wrong with this store that only a company rep should surprise visit the store on High Street in Longview TX.

I will never go back. What made me write this is the 10 customers that drove out of the drive thru while I waited behind the man at the order speaker. He was a very patient man. I had one of my kids go to the dine in door and it was locked and no sign to say why. It was 6 pm So we continued to wait. I finally ask the man in front of me to see if the 3 cars I had seen pull around had got their order or just drove off like the others. He pulled up and finally got his order. When I got the

“Lady” at the window I said why is it taking so long. She said people are stupid and cannot figure out the microphone was broken and to pull around and order. I asked why she didn’t put a sign up over the order mic to let customers know She just snarled and I asked you don’t really give a [censored] do you and she just shook her head. A younger employee came over a told the window employee ( I assume was the Mgr that he was going to smoke a cig and walked away without being acknowledged. My food. Was cold and rubbery like it had been sitting there most of the day. This was the second time this past month I tried to get something decent and the mic was broken then and this day. As I drove off in appx 5 minutes that kid was still leaning on the building lighting another cig.
