Popeyes They charged regular price and would not take coupon i had

I had coupon $22.99 for 10c with sides, they charged $37.95 and wouldn't take coupon, and top it off they gave me wrong order, store# 10524 I called them and they want answer phone, call corporate nothing but a machine. Honestly I feel they owe me my $ back. Someone needs to contact me [protected]@yahoo.com, husband went back into Popeyes due to work shoving food into his hands and tell them order wrong but they told him nothing they can...well our $ isn't free and order should had be right

Popeyes serivce

1637 W Floyd Baker Blvd. Gaffney Sc 29341 I went to this locations 6:30pm to order a quick meal sat @ the drive thru for 15/20mins and a lady was rude I pulled around to the window to see what was the problem with her disrespect and she told me to move from HER window I asked for corporate number to make a complaint she said it was on the door of the restaurant (lie) I walked in to ask her once again what's corporate number she REFUSE to give me that information I asked for her name she refuse that as well she said she doesn't have to give me that information & that she don't know what to tell me. told me to get out of the store she was hostile the cameras would give a better picture bout the conduct of this employee I take this very serious it is the highest level of disrespect (don't know her name she was a black female with blond hair.) 09/31/2023

Popeyes unprofessional Staff at drive thru

On 8/24/2023 I was at Popeyes in Henrietta New York at about 9:30 pm at the drive thru I sit there for afew minutes, I beep my horn one time do to not been acknowledged at that time staff said something that I did not understand I ask are you closed and staff stated yeah, I proceed to leave, I noticed that customer inline behind me was in conversation with drive thru staff, I went inside and ask why was I told that you was closed, Staff that was on register asked staff that was working drive thru in a joking manner why did she say that she said because I beep the horn, I stated that is very unprofessional and I will be contacting Headquaters. All staff was very unprofessional.

Popeyes Delivery issue and broken support chat

Popeyes uses doordash to deliver their orders. The driver called me to say he was at my door but I did not find him anywhere. When he told me the address he was at, I realized that he was actually no where close to my home. He marked it as delivered even though he did not actually deliver the food to me. I was on the phone with him for almost 10minutes, with him explaining that it was not his fault that doordash gave him the wrong address. But it was his fault that he marked it as delivered, because now Popeyes believes that I got my food when in actuality I didn’t. I have no idea where the food was supposedly delivered to.

I've been trying to get in contact with support about my most recent order but the support chat is broken. I’ve tried emailing different addresses to get a response but I still have not heard back from them. It’s been almost a week now. I’ve attached screenshots of the broken chat and emails I’ve sent to Popeyes with no response back.

Desired outcome: Refund for order

Popeyes No food and unprofessional staff

I was returning transit from spain on the 23rd august by pegasus airline and visited popeyes at Sabiha airport Turkey. They did not have any food at 10 pm ( only chicken nuggets) not coke or drinks and the staff were really inprofessional and not up to Popeyes Standards.

Instead of appologizing he was telling me to go aways in a very disrespctul manner. Believe it is not up to Popeys standards and especially staff at the airport need to speak English and be professional, not staff insulting people in in bad manners. Thank you

Popeyes Rude, discourteous, slow service… Scottsburg, Indiana location

I just visited your Scottsburg Indiana location at the drive-through. My order came to $31.08. They asked me to pull forward and they would bring it up. I pulled forward 23 minutes later I had to park my car and go in and check on the order. First they couldn’t find the order, second when they gave me the order, they thought it was mine. It was all caught in, correct nothing was right. Third, when the manager came up and she got very very very discourteous and rude and she actually got so mad that she rattled up a piece of paper and actually threw it towards the counter and stormed off. The manager was rude. The store was not even busy. There were two people at the drive-through and two people actually in the restaurant. There is no excuse for your employees to treat customers the way I was treated I will never go back, and I will tell everyone I know not to go there.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am penning this letter to articulate my grievance, seeking resolution before escalating to legal action.

On a certain occasion, I patronized your Popeyes Chicken outlet located on Smoky Hill in Aurora, Colorado. Unbecoming to my expectation, upon consummation I discovered foreign, non-edible fragments in the chicken which neither appeared to be chicken nor fat but brown/red particles. I promptly reported this incident to your customer service team through both, the Popeyes app and the official email.

In response, an offer of bonus points, followed by a promised refund was made. Regrettably, the inconvenience and unsettling experience of likely consuming foreign particles exceed the cost of the meal, and if necessitated medical attention, the cost would have been more significant. To further the matter, this incident has deterred me from consuming chicken henceforth.

I wish to express my desire for an amicable resolution to this matter. I invite you to engage in dialogue via email at [protected]@gmail.com to discuss this situation further. However, should I not hear from you by August 21, 2023, it is my unequivocal intent to file a lawsuit.

This serves as a final attempt to resolve this issue without resorting to legal proceedings. Without your prompt response by August 21, 2023, I am left with no alternative but to pursue legal action. In a lawsuit scenario, I would be compelled to seek redress to the fullest extent permitted by law. This action would include pursuing additional damages, recovery of legal services costs, court costs, and the accumulation of interest.

Asked if the new Ghost Wings were boneless and the person taking the order said yes. He barely spoke english. We also order a meal and a 20 piece spicy chicken tenders with 5 sides.
